The worst customer service, never been so unwelcome in a coffee place before. The product has absolutely nothing special and it has a huge cost ... Really, go to the one in front ;)

Bad customer service. Staff seems to be xenophobic and passive aggressive to foreigners, doesn't matter how friendly you try to be with them. Coffee is overpriced for it's mediocre (at the very best) quality.

Probably the best roastery in Köln. Their coffee is a must!

Overall it is a nice cafe with a good selection of drinks, sandwiches and pastries. Nothing exceptional but everything tasted good. You can order at the counter and some items will be delivered to the table. Our empty plates etc were also collected which was nice. The price is really good i would say. In general it is a busy place, very crowded and a bit tight to walk around but it also gives a lively atmosphere.

Been looking for a good coffee shop around this area. This is my favourite. Friendly baristas, good coffees & delicious croissant. If you like dark roast coffee beans, this is the place for you. Highly recommended. Special thanks to the young baldhead barista for assisting me on how to use the washing machine. U know who you are😉

Great coffee in a comfortable atmosphere. My kids liked that they had iced coffee options. The croissant were excellent as well. Highly recommend.

Richest, most expertly crafted mochaccino in Cologne. So far in all of Germany, and I've been here for 8 years and sought out this elusive drink in many cities around the country. Ask for three scoops of chocolate (they use real melted chocolate drops, not powder) if you like it really rich. It goes down exceptionally well with the homemade pistaccio croissants that they make daily.

Had a nice time drinking a very good coffee here with a slice of chocolate cake and cool ambiance… 5/5 will come again

Chill Place, but wifi does not work and workes said opposite but for none of the guests it worked..

Coffee roasted a bit dark for my taste, but that's a matter of taste. It was well prepared. The barista didn't give very helpful answers, when I asked, what kind of espresso they were serving. A second one I found, did

If a paying customer asks you a genuine question about the origin of the coffee then you should feel proud in answering it and engage in a discussion. You should treat your customers with respect. I hope you would not make the same mistake with others. Or you might end up losing them as customers just like me. 👍

Location is good, and since its summer you can sit down on their terrace which is super nice. Coffee however was a bit of a letdown, tastes very watery. I won't be coming back.

A great place to enjoy your coffee. I searched for them online n visited them for my birthday brunch. Since then I prefer to visit Cologne‘s Roastery to have a great coffee experience. Highly recommend to visit in Cologne.
