Ein kleiner feiner Laden in Köln. Die Auswahl an Uhren ist gross . Das Team dort ist sehr freundlich. Die Beratung von Herrn Krämer war einwandfrei. Ein sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Verkäufer . Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Einkauf.

Kurz und knapp: sehr unmotivierter Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Eigentlich müsste es sogar null Sterne geben, aber wenigstens der Security-Mitarbeiter am Eingang war sehr freundlich. Ich habe nach der Omega Swatch Serie gefragt. Das ist für mich absolut unverständlich und äußerst frustrierend! Infolgedessen begab ich mich direkt ein weiteres Mal zum Geschäft, in der Hoffnung, die Uhr vor Ort zu finden. Allerdings wurde ich erneut enttäuscht, da das gewünschte Modell nicht verfügbar war. Diese Vorgehensweise hat meine Geduld überstrapaziert.
