This hotel has very incompetent staff: 1. Cleaning in the room is poor, very superficial. There was dust and someone's hair in the room. 2. The rooms do not have slippers and bathrobes 3. During check in, I twice asked the staff if breakfast was included in the booking. He told me clearly: yes, breakfast is included. Upon eviction, it turned out that breakfast is not included in the reservation and you have to pay extra for it. 4. Do not be tempted by the pool, because this small container of cold water can very tentatively be called a pool.

Wonderful modern hotel across from the famous cologne cathedral ... the hotel is loaded with amenities, and customer service is professional and friendly. You get a pool and a sauna indoors, which is just fantastic for what could be considered a business hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for total 5 nights, great location for us because it’s right next to the Cologne Messe which we were there attending the exhibition. We are very happy with the facility as it’s an apartment style hotel, we had fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and essential cooking facilities. Check in was very smooth as we were able to check in early, the service at the breakfast was great although the choices of food could have been more. We are very happy for our stay, the room is spacious, housekeeping also did a great job make sure supplies were full all the time and cleaned well. The only thing that I was quite disappointed about was the staff at front desk, Dennis, was quite unfriendly on check out. He barely looked into my eyes when he talked to us, not friendly at all and even a little rude in general. Apart from Dennis, every other staff we encountered were friendly. Overall we are very happy with our stay and will definitely choose this hotel in the future when we come back.

Finding the hotel was difficult travelled all day from m the UK. You had to come out of the mainline hauptenbahnhof station, climb the stairs to the cathedral, then walk down the left hand side of the cathedral to the Ludwig museum walk past this to walk towards the love lock bridge, across this then continue straight, to the end of the main road, a sharp bend to the left, under the tunnel towards db station, stair entrance to climb the stairs to go inside, to then take the stairs down inside from memory the first set that takes you to the platform to walk a little way up to an opening which leads you outside to the taxi rank, keep walking straight and will see one motel to take this left turn and walk round to find adina. Once at reception you are given the bad news of having to pay £150 breakage fee incase any damage during stay which we was not awareof when booking online. The lifts are tricky to use and can be frustrating when arriving and leaving. Would never stay here again.

Great location balancing quiet neighborhood with convenient access to trains, outstanding service from friendly staff and overall a very pleasant stay. The rooms were modern and clean. The love-locks bridge (Hohenzollern) is just 5 min by walk and the Cathedral Dom maybe 10 min by walk. Staff (Norman and Linda/Kathy) were super friendly and even offered to walk with me to the station to get the right ticket. The online check in was also very impressive. PS: only one of the one bedroom apartments has a balcony and was booked out when we were there. Maybe good to request that. PPS: grocery store is a bit of a walk (about 10 minutes)

It's the little things that make your stay just that little bit more pleasant, it was certainly not bad but I feel like it could have been better. For example, we had chosen a room for 3 people, the 2nd bed was apparently a sofa bed that took up half the room. If you wanted to go to the toilet at night you had to crawl over someone else because both beds were against the wall. The room was also not tidy and I found a toenail in the corner by the window. I understand that the workload of the chambermaids is very high, but you don't feel completely comfortable in such a way. The breakfast was delicious, the sauna was wonderfully hot. The pool was ice cold, it's October.

This hotel is well located if you are going to the Messe. It would be ok for a couple as well, though not especially charming. For a family, we found it a little out of the way for the centre. It was generally clean but the loo was a bit smelly. Parking was expensive. It is obviously primarily aimed at business travellers and would be fine for that purpose but as a family we would probably try to find somewhere else if we were in Köln again. I should add special praise for Clemens who was very helpful in sorting out our reservation.

This is very nice hotel concept, big room and well facilitated. If u were to come to Messe this hotel is in walking distance. This is my 3 rd stayed at this hotel this year, I just notice that they giving 1 bottle of water to welcome you per stay! Yes if u were to stay 1 month, u need to drink the water from tap 30 days. I think this is very cheap policy coz the water cost nothing but the feeling of repeat customers. I talked to the supervisor bout this issue, they better charge to the room not to charge extra coz customers feeling is more important.

Studio is really equipped with everything you need or may wish in case of a longer stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ideal location next to Exhibition centre. Huge parking underneath hotel.

Next door to the Messe trade-fair/exhibition centre and the Deutz-Messe station (with its multitude of long-distance train connections), yet only 15 minutes' walk from the centre. Clean, quiet (though perhaps not when a fair is in full swing), friendly staff, decent breakfast, two OK restaurants just a minute away. But studios are really designed for one person.

I recently stayed ppat Adina Hotel Apartment Köln and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was both beautiful and peaceful. I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, which was spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook my own meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Cologne. The hotel is located in a quiet area, just a short walk from the Messe/Deutz train station and the Rhine River. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only downside to the hotel is the price. It is a bit more expensive than some other hotels in Cologne, but I think it is worth it for the level of service and quality. Overall, I would highly recommend Adina Hotel Apartment Köln to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay in Cologne.

Superb location for Lanxess Arena concerts. However.. if the bar is understaffed after a concert, may I suggest the bar personnel keep to behind the bar and stop serving tables. Standing around the bar chatting about a good concert is a lot nicer than getting annoyed while sitting at a table waiting to be served. It is nicer for the bar staff as well.

5min walk from train station (due to works need to go via station towards gate 12 to get to the correct side of the railway). Rooms nice, all what you need and more I guess :). Pool,sauna and gym available from 6am :10pm. Very pleased with the stay. Old town 30 min walk.

Very nice business hotel. Smooth experience at check in, pretty good clean room, small but excellent spa and gym with enough amenities to have a great time. Service level nice, they know now how to deal with clients needs and when they mess up, for sure the management knows how to solve the issues. The breakfast is very good and you have sufficient options to be happy.

Loved our stay at this Adina (our first experience with this hotel chain). Our room was super comfortable, had all the amenities we needed, and the pool/sauna was especially nice to enjoy after a long day of touring the city. We will definitely stay at more Adina properties ---can't wait!!!

For accommodation close to the Messe, Deutz and Cologne's city centre, you won't find much better in terms of quality and value. Love coming here. Each room has a perfectly equipped mini-kitchen and great proportions. Hot powerful shower and super comfy pillows, and well insulated for sound. Perfect little gym, swimming pool and sauna to unwind with after a day out. The garden courtyard is popular and relaxing. Just a shame that the bar / restaurant isn't always open, but there's great choices elsewhere within a very short walk.

Would give 1000 stars if I could, the customer service is best I have had since I have been going to Germany.

Stayed here for 4 nights in May, couple and dogs. Great kitchenette and nice spacious apartment, and fantastic fantastic staff. Really made us miss this place when we moved to our next destination!!

Great experience. We are group of 3 and decided to staycation in this hotel. We booked 1 studio apartment for three of us. We were lucky because the hotel website had a special promotion in October, thus we paid a little less. Often they have some promotion, just check it before booking through other agencies. The location is perfect near the Messe train station (5 minutes walking distance). The facilities are great also.. Small plounge pool and sauna can be interested when raining and cold outside. The check in and check out process are easy. Just mention to have a print billing as our proof of payment.. The staff are lovely and friendly.. Breakfast are not big however it is quite good.. at least I got my cappuccino and scramble egg.. It is great to stay here.. 👍

Unfortunately, I faced the worst dealing with this hotel reception and management, I booked 4 nights, 2 nights through booking and 2 nights extension though the reception. Booking blocked amount was payed successfully. But the 2 additional nights blocked amount wasn't paid successfully so they asked me to pay straight from my visa card and they promised me that the blocked amount will be paid back to my visa in 4 or 7 working days. to double check i contacted my bank and conformed the blocked amount, the bank informed me that I was supposed to have a paper proves that the blocked amount will be paid back to my visa which I didn't. So I emailed the hotel manager assistant. He wrote back to me regarding the first blocked amount which was paid successfully through booking. I replied to his email in details and I attached 3 invoice to confirm that there is a blocked amount that is supposed to be paid back to me. No response what so ever. So I called and asked for him by name, they told me they will call me back. One week passed and no one called 2 weeks passed and I haven't received my money yet. So I think it's a scam to do this to people "Sorry your blocked amount wasn't deducted, you will have to pay by your visa and we assure you that the blocked amount will be paid back" And you will never see that money again I wonder how many people have fallen into this trap by this hotel in 2022, where things supposed to be way easier and way clear !!

We stayed at the Adina Köln over the weekend and must say it was a relaxing and awesome experience. Our room was spacious, the staff were polite and friendly. We also got an early check-in, breakfast was delicious and late even cocktails in the Terrasse area was even better. I definitely recommend Adina and I will definitely love to stay here again. Thanks.

Great location, 2 min away from Messe/Deutz station, spacious and tidy rooms that also have a small kitchen, washing machine and a dryer. Good choice of breakfast options. Few small points of improvement: Hotel does not have hair conditioner and some employees’ English level is limited at times but it is enough to maintain a conversation.

I was here on a business trip. It was a pleasant experience. I had an studio apartment on the 4th floor (there are 6 floors total). The setup of the hotel is interesting as the lobby is on the first floor (not ground level) and there is like is very nicely arranged patio with lots of seating and plants. The hotel is very well kept and clean - it seems brand new. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately I did not get a chance to check out the spa area, so I can't indulge into that. Breakfast nothing spectacular, but tasty and sufficient. The area around the hotel is in development, there are nice restaurants opening all over the place. In case you are hungry, there is an Osteria right next door. All in all, I highly recommend Adina Cologne and I will definitely come back.

Fantastic location, friendly and professional service. Room and pool areas are super clean. Easy to get to train station, high quality restaurants and city centre. Would definitely stay with Adina again. Only negative is the parking cost 💲 25 per day. 😖 Perhaps Adina can arrange guest discount with the parking service provider?

I would rate it 5 star: it is clean, rooms are very comfortable. Good price ~160€ for a night. Pool is small but enough. Sauna is not working though. NO SUMMER BLANKETS. If you'll ask for lighter blankets they would say smthing like "BUT WE HAVE AIRCONDITIONER and people complain they're cold". Also the view is not so pretty so there is not much for higher floor rooms i guess. So that's a solid good 4 stars.

We had a studio king with a garden view. The room was spacious and modern with oversized windows, a kitchenette with a washer/dryer combo, cooktop, refrigerator and oven, and a dining area. I think it's large enough for an extended stay for two people as long as you like each other. Otherwise consider the 1-bedroom. The staff was very gracious and accommodating. The hotel is on the far side of the river but it is an easy walk to the Messe/Deutz sbahn station which puts you one stop away from the Haupbahnhof. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone coming to Cologne.

It’s a beautiful hotel, very modern. The breakfast is good and the bedroom was clean. There was a door in our bedroom that led to the room next door so the noise was a little bit too loud in the evening.

Very nice and cozy hotel with big size rooms. Breakfast was ok, nothing too big and special, but absolutely enough. Also the gym was good enough, having weights and machines for proper workout. Location is good, 10-15 minutes walk to old town.

As someone who has traveled extensively over the years due to work, a good hotel drastically changes the level enjoyment and productivity during your travel. This year, at Gamescom Cologne 2022, the Adina Cologne has contributed lots to me finishing the exhibition in good condition and being more productive every day. The location is literally right next to Cologne fair. Location couldn't be any better for business travel. The staff is incredibly friendly and seems to genuinely care about you. The rooms are tidy, modern and comfortable. The wifi is speedy and reliable - two things that can be quite uncommon in Germany. All in all, the Adina has been one of the top 3 hotels I have ever been at.

+++ I love the design and functionality of the rooms! Lightning on point which is rare to find in many other hotels. Plenty of mirrors! You can easily consider this place as your vacation home since the studios come with washing machine/dryer, iron & board, dishwasher, all kinds of equipment you need to cook. Genius concept! + Staff is very friendly but English level of some needs improvement. * One addition to the amenities would be awesome since it became standard even in much lower starred hotels - hair conditioner. Lovely overall, will definitely visit other locations.
