Great escape room! We escaped the Rabbit Hole as a two person team and had so much fun. The puzzles were diverse and plenty and the aesthetic of the room and the whole place was authentic and lovely.

The room 'Santa´s List' was nicely decorated and had some fun puzzles, but we were disappointed with the support we received. They seemed understaffed and continued to give tips to puzzles we already solved (about 5/6 times). Because of this we were still stuck, even after asking for hints, because they were not relevant to the puzzle we were stuck with. I would recommend not coming here on times when they are busy (we were here on a Sunday afternoon) so they can pay more attention to your group. The room is a bit 'old school' with a lot of padlocks, but there were also some nice surprises. There were several types of puzzles we never seen before in other escape rooms.

We tried the Rabit Hole experience and it was really fun. The staff was also very friendly and attentive! We had a group that did the Saw like room and they also enjoyed it

Great spot with amazing rooms. We went in total three times during our stay in Cologne. The staff is super nice and very enthusiastic about the games. Well designed

Really fun escape room! We did the Alice in Wonderland one, was much better and cheaper than one we did in the UK. Love the themed room and the riddles were fun to do. The host that watched over us was very friendly and made the experience that much more fun!

Extremely fun experience! We tried out the time machine room which is listed as their beginner and therefore easiest room since my partner and i are quite new to this (I’ve never tried before, he had been in one in the past)! The room wasn’t very easy but we enjoyed the challenge immensely! What was a huge plus for me was that everything was also in English making it possible to solve the room with my non-german speaking boyfriend! The staff also was very accommodating and helpful! The price per person is in my opinion just fine for the quality of entertainment you get! I’d definitely recommend anyone to try!

Having escaped every room but one, I am confident to give this place a solid 5 stars! The staff is always friendly (though they weren’t too please when we were late, which makes sense!) The system feels much more advanced than in other places - they have monitors in place to provide hints and we can manually ring a bell/switch a light to request one. Puzzles are all themed and unlike other places, these themes really make you feel involved, as opposed to just being a random room with puzzles. Whether you’re trying to find the recipe to the world’s best whisky or whether you need to escape out of Santa’s station, you really feel like you’re inside those worlds because of the amazing set details and designs. The price is about average for Cologne, but the experience unbeatable. Very challenging, but rewarding experiences.

The best escape game place ever! Had lot o fun! The game master was very nett, kind and helped us become part of the story!

I would totally recommend this place, the location is great, the hosts were super nice and the athmosphere of the room (we did John's secret) was amazing. The puzzles were right at our level and we had a blast.

Very friendly and enthusiastic staff. Exciting escape rooms that are playable with older and younger participants. Just here as a tourist but we would certainly come back to do the other rooms

We just did a family trip on the room Santa's List here, 2 adults, 16,14,4 old kids. We made it in the last minute and even the 4 year old had a lot of fun and even helped ;-) Very nice room, one I can really advice.

Great escape room! They have SO MANY options! Staff was excellent. Their rooms are all in English (we are from the US) if that is a concern for you do not worry! We did the horror escape room and it did deliver on the scary factor, very much recommend!!
