Today I needed a small spare part for the housing when I was moving, I saw that they are now in Cologne under the name LOGAKO and sent an email. I immediately received a call in response to my email request and my replacement part was sent to me. That was a great service and normally not a given, especially under the Corona conditions. Thanks!!!
