Unfortunately our experience of shopping in your store today was a big disappointment for us. We asked for help from a young salesman, but the guy was so bored that the words coming out of his mouth could hardly be heard. We asked if the item we wanted to purchase was compatible for our device and without checking he assured us that it was the right match. Unfortunately arriving home, we discovered that our purchase was absolutely NOT for our device's model. So now we are obligated to go back and ask for our money to be refunded. Why should we have to go through all this stress because some irresponsible salesperson can't do his job properly???

I have a problem with my order it has been canceled but it was charged from my account. However Saturn store was closed so for two months I had a very tough time to coordinate with their staff. But now its open so I have visited them I have found very good and easy to solve my problem so I have edit this review. Place: Köln, Weiden-Lövenich

A very good shop for buying electronics, but now you can enter the shop only under 2G Germany rules. I have drive to Media Markt - Venlo where I have buy the same product, at the same price, but I have enter in MediaMarkt only with one Covid-19 fast test!

Great prices for some things, but getting help is a s l o w process..

Good offers, not the perfect service (friendly and helpful yes, but I had to wait for it, looking for the shop assistant)

Good quality products and helping staff.

It's quiet on work days. The staff are nice and supportive. All your questions would be answered. It has wide range of items for shopping, including home appliance, video game, printer, laptop, electronic device and cable, camera etc. They have Iranian staff as well.

I like it so so much! But one thing if you add more K-pop bands albums example. Stray Kids, BlackPink and Twice etc.But other than that it great!

do not ever try to buy sim card O2 in saturen(this address), there is Turkish guy who work in saturn he work as employee in O2 in saturn.about appearance he has so many tattoos in his body and he’s big guy,first he spoke politely but after you do contact,he doesn’t care about anything and after it he tell no i don’t tell such thing to you ,go out from here,be carful guys and if you want to do O2 contact,please don’t do it in this place. and , If he is rude again make complain or you can call the police, just be carful.
