    I called after the optician told me that I should urgently see an ophthalmologist, the lady on the phone was absolutely terrible in terms of friendliness! According to her, it's not an emergency and she has time. It was interesting that the practice I called afterwards was really friendly and also said that I needed to be examined urgently and was given an appointment straight away. You are neither allowed to say anything nor are you treated kindly in the Pfeiffer practice. I absolutely cannot recommend it!

    Jetzt reicht es. Jedesmal abwertendes Verhalten von Frau Dr. Susanne Pfeiffer und fast allen Angestellten. Ich habe mich seit den 70ern nicht mehr so erniedrigt gefühlt. Auch eine sehr freundliche Patientin vor mir wurde unglaublich abwertend und erniedrigend behandelt bei der Terminvergabe.     The woman on the phone was absolutely terrible! Not recommended. I was constantly interrupted, not allowed to speak and my concerns were not listened to. The fact that my eye had sunk from +1.25 to -4.0 within 1.5 years and that I was told by the optician that I URGENTLY needed to go to the ophthalmologist to have it examined was dismissed as unnecessary. Or not even listened to it. The lady was only interested in the fact that there was a complete veil on the "good" eye and that didn't seem to matter to the woman either. I can't say anything about the doctor herself because I definitely won't go to this practice. The staff who answer the phone there are absolutely unfriendly, unprofessional and should definitely be trained in communication!

    A practice that doesn't keep up with the times (no online appointment booking)! Unfortunately, it is now almost impossible to reach the practice somehow. You can forget about it straight away over the phone. Send a carrier pigeon soon, maybe it will have more success. If you have an appointment, it goes quite quickly and the treatment is professional. You feel good. Provided you can get an appointment, because they are always fully booked here too.

    I feel like Dr. Pfeiffer is a very nice and competent doctor. I've been to the open consultation hours three times now and never had to wait an unreasonably long time, even though there was always a lot going on. I also didn't find the doctor's assistants at reception to be unfriendly; note that the ladies there work almost piece-rate. I can only recommend the practice!

    Schade das ich einen Stern geben muss um zu bewerten!Bewertungen vor mir nicht anders als meine NEGATIV Ich kläre am 3.1.per e mail vorher ab ob meine Maskenbefreiung Ärztliches Attest bestand hat,man versichert mir schriftlich das es kein Problem ist gibt mir einen Termin für heute 11.45 ich fahre (gehbehindert) mit dem Bus 1 Stunde zur Praxis,angekommen verweigert man mir die benötigte weiterbehandlung vom Diabetologen! This was dismissed without further interest and not even looked at under the pavement. True to the motto: Not my area of ​​expertise, not my construction site. I was then diagnosed with a contact lens injury. I was supposed to show up again on Monday. Of course, there has been no improvement by then, but rather the opposite. When she looked in again, the doctor jokingly said to her assistant, "The woman's eyes... deceiving us." This time a viral infection was diagnosed. The renewed reference to my rash was ignored again. Even though I didn't have an appointment, I never had to wait long in the morning and the doctor was very friendly and explained everything in detail. Regarding the waiting times, which many have written about here: Unfortunately, you have to expect waiting times with most specialists and many turn away patients without an appointment, which is not the case here (at least during open consultation hours). I find the waiting time somewhat understandable if it means that in an emergency you always have the option of being able to come quickly.
