Was a great being there even of was a closing time. The employees were very friendly and patient and didn’t push their customers with their “we have to leave” face attitude.

OBI has a reputation for being a little over priced but don't let that bother you, at the end of the day you find much difference to any of the competitors. The store in Pesch however has other advantages, being on the fringe of the city it's a little less stressful than driving to the inner city locations, has a large easily accessible parking lot, and good selection of house and garden products. I have always had good experience with the staff here as well. There are also 2 major discount supermarkets nearby so you can get a lot of essential shopping done in a short while.

A little bit messy, a bit hard to find things. Overall good customer service, helpful staff and large variety of products can be found there. Garden area is full of different plants for every season.

I do like this Obi its convenient and the fact employees do their best to assist in other language than German. The selection of some items like plumbing material is limited. And the cashier can be overloaded on Saturdays. However I am pleased with as mentioned with the service provided by the OBI personal which is rare in shops in Germany

Unfortunately, just not a good experience. I bought the Smokey Joe BBQ from Weber, but, the grill piece didn't fit. So had to go back the next day, which is very annoying. Few other things that made this a negative experience: - I wanted to change 2 twenties en 2 fivers to a 50 euro note, but the woman behind the Info Desk was "Not allowed to change" - I wanted to buy three candles, but, the line was so long (six) at 1815 on a Thursday, that I didn't want to wait. All in all, not too good of an experience. One exception were the workers, they were very friendly and helpful!

I don't know a lot about places like OBI, but my experience was pretty good. Everything looked organized and clean.

You dint get most of the needed stuffs. Needs major revamp. Most of all need invest more on staffs respecting the customer.

Good service, friendly and always available to help one find the right thing / solution. Their smartphone app is fun to use.

I felt discriminated against here for being a foreigner. The atmosphere is terrible there, the gentleman with the beard is a fascist. It's awful there.
