On est fin décembre et je n’ai toujours pas reçue la commande alors qu’elle a bien été débitée de mon compte. Suite à mon mail, on me répond qu’il faut patienter car la poste a beaucoup de boulot (la poste a bon dos) !! J’ai relancé et je reste sans réponse et sans ma commande à ce jour ! Je trouve cela inadmissible. Je ne recommande absolument pas de commander sur ce site.

Nul nul et nul ! Nous avons commandé une paire de boucles d’oreille pour noël le 5 décembre dernier. A ce jour nous n’avons toujours pas reçu notre commande pourtant débitée très rapidement ! Commande passée mais j'ai du relancer plusieurs fois pour obtenir un numéro de tracking (la remplaçante était malade.) Une fois ce numéro obtenu, mon colis est arrivé très rapidement. Bon emballage. Je suis très contente de ma bague. Très jolie. Taille parfaite. Légère et agréable à porter. Enchantée ! Par contre, le bracelet "cœur" a tenu 3 jours. Il s'est cassé au niveau du cœur et de la chaîne. Il s'accrochait dans pas mal de chose au niveau du cœur et non de la fermeture. Je pense donc + à un défaut. Donc 50/50 mitigée.

J'ai passé 2 commandes dans cette boutique en ligne car je pensais qu'il s'agissait de bijoux de qualité. Le sautoir avec médaillon photo commandé pour la fête des mères (qui était assez cher, plus de 60eur!) a cassé après à peine quelques jours, laissant tomber le médaillon qui est désormais perdu. J'avais également commandé un bracelet avec 3 petites étoiles qui a complètement changé de couleur après seulement 2-3 semaines, alors que je suis une personne soigneuse. J'ai tenté de contacter la responsable du site à 2 reprises pour voir avec elle si cela était normal et je n'ai eu aucune réponse de sa part! Mon avis est fait sur cette boutique.
