Had my tattoo booked for 3 months. Traveled from England to Germany, I turned up on the day of my appointment, the artist was a full hour late and the staff tried saying I wasn’t booked in until I showed them my email from my initial correspondence and deposit slip, so I suspect she was late because they had to phone her to get her in, the staff were being really rude in German behind my back, my girlfriend was with me who is German but they didn’t realise, she told me after the appointment so I wouldn’t loose my temper. The tattoo was of a high quality (only reason for 2 star) but the staff, customer service and blaming the customer completely ruined the experience. My girlfriend had her tattoo booked in the month after and they mucked her about and the day before the artist cancelled because he haven’t sent the sketches or concept to her despite her constantly sending emails the weeks leading up to her appointment. Would not recommend, I would say go somewhere that is grateful and happy for your business.

I wanted to get a tattoo and the folks over at Reinkarnation walked me through the process of getting it. Highly professional team that let you know of all the steps that go on before you get your tattoo, the appointment, the chat with the artist whose style is best suited for what you want to do (had no clue about that) and how long it will all take. They let you know the price upfront and you have to give a deposit of 100 euros for starters, then pay for the rest depending upon the time your tattoo will take to be made. Likewise, you have to sign a paper that you don't have severe allergies to some of the chemicals they use as well as sign an agreement that gives the artist permission to take a picture of your tattoo after it's done. It being their livelihood, that's a fair thing to ask for. I am still in the healing process of my tattoo but I will add a picture once its fully healed.

The staff was professional and helpful for my first tattoo. I got a recommendation based on the design I wanted and chose Frankie. He also was very nice and professional. Definitely a positive first experience. You can’t pay with card but there’s an ATM not far from there. Edit: two years later, I have been 2x times to get pierced by Jenny. She in particular and in general the rest of the staff are always very nice and forthcoming. I have recommended them every time I had the chance and all of my friends that went were very happy too.

Rude people. Made me travel 8 hours to another country for an appointment which they forgot to put in the appointment book, said they're not gonna bring the tattooist only for 10 minutes, the tattooist that live in the same city and country. Ignored my emails the first month. Told me I should wait a full year(!!!!) for an appointment, when finally I saw a sketch it wasn't even a drawing - she just took a photo from the Internet and copy past a photo I sent her. The whole time I was there they made me feel like they are doing me a favor. I would definitely won't recommend that place, to anyone that likes to be treated good and with respect.

Got my first 2 piercings. Very professional and friendly. They explained to me the procedures and gave me full assistance. Prices are reasonable. Recommended!
