Bei der ersten Anprobe des Ringes gefiel mir zunächst nicht die Ausführung des Siegels und die Form des Ringes wurde insgesamt sehr verändert dass die für mich ausgewählte Annehmlichkeit des gewählten Modells verloren gegangen schien. Als ich das Hr. Felten mitteilte, wurde er sehr ungehalten u hat mit Widerwillen die Neuerstellung des Ringes angeboten. Davon habe ich aber abgesehen, weil ich mich eingeschüchtert fühlte u nach 2 Monaten den Ring auch mal erhalten wollte. Für sein rüdes Verhalten hat er sich später entschuldigt. Erst auf Nachfrage 2 Wochen später, in denen der Ring nur noch gefasst werden musste, erhielt ich von Hr. Felten die Auskunft, dass es Probleme mit dem Fasser gab. Nun, zu guter Letzt gab es den Ring in einer 585er Version, die ich m. M. nach so nicht bestellt habe.. Schade, aber ich werde mich davon lösen, der eigentlich gewollten Version nachzutrauern. Wenn alles gut läuft, hat man sicher eine schöne Erfahrung mit dem Haus Felten. Wenn es kritisch wird u die Gegenseite/Kunde nicht so mitläuft, kann es schwierig u unangenehm werden. Bestenfalls alles nochmal schriftlich festhalten, bevor man etwas in Auftrag gibt, ist zumindest meine Quintessenz aus dieser Geschichte, die aber auch die letzte mit Haus Felten sein wird.
