An authentic feast indeed. Have been a fan of their food for some time and visited the place for the first time. Without a doubt every single dish tasted delicious as it brings out the authentic flavours of Sri Lankan cuisine. The most important reason I'm writing the review is to give a shout out to their presentation. Every item comes in a very unique and a beautiful set up which all of us enjoyed the most followed by the mouthwatering meal. Prices are a bit on the high end compared to other places where we had to order the rice and curry separately and the meat item separately which was overall above 3500Rs for one person. But the portions were very big and filling. If you want to enjoy some delicious food with an overall experience @ceylon.curryclub is definitely a place to try out 🖤

This hidden treasure where I have had the best Sri Lankan cuisine. They had a live hopper station in which several different types of hoppers including plain, milk, egg, chicken and prawn hoppers were made and served along with various chutneys and sambol. Their curries and other delicacies were excellent too. This is a place worth visiting if you like spicy Srilankan food.

Excellent service, great food, good ambience. Ee came on Poya day, so no alcoholic beverages were served. Would have been awesome otherwise. Complimentary cinnamon tea is nice as well.

We had lunch here. This place is right next to the Ministry of crab in the Dutch Hospital. The service here is quite good. The dishes we tried were the Beef curry and Yellow rice and Prawns and Eggs Godambe Rotti. It was a bit too much for the two of us. We tried a local Helapa too which was a bit too honey sweet for me. Overall a nice place to have a laid back lunch when in Dutch hospital.

Excellent food, easily the most memorable meal I had on my trip to Sri Lanka. I loved the prawns, the hoppers and all the dishes I tried. Wish I could have sampled some desserts, but I was pressed for time. The only downside is that there is no restroom and you have to walk quite a bit and pay 30LKR to use it. Overall, great ambience, well air-conditioned and great food. The service could be improved. The staff is usually crowded around the bar area and is not too cued in to when guests need them. The interior design is very elegant and elegant. The food is beautifully presented and tastes delicate. The spices used in each side dish are different and very layered. The service staff is very polite and the service is attentive. I like the cinnamon tea that is served to guests. It’s an appetizer and worth a try for all friends who come to Colombo.

Had an amazing experience at Ceylon Curry Club, their food was a great experience with the potions, taste and flavours. Desserts was amazing and the cocktails was great. You would find the best Sri Lankan desserts only there! The place and the ambience was great with a super friendly supportive staff, will definitely keep visiting.

Environment - Clean and comfortable restaurant. Good place to dine in. Food - They provide traditional Sri Lanka food and fusion food. So you can taste the traditional and difference here. Taste - Sri Lanka crab and bread serve with the curry and topping with cheese. The crab meat is firm and the curry taste more creamy so it feel more smooth. Service - Standard services provided. Location - Located in the town area and around the restaurant have other choices too.

Me & my friends had an amazing dinner yesterday. The evening started with the drinks setting the tone along with the yummy hot butter calamari. Then came the smoking Kochchi Chicken Skewers & Crab Cobbler both were delicious but my best was the crab cobbler with the well balanced crab & gravy together with the soft cheese rolls was heavenly. Both were generous portions so certainly are sharing dishes. Just when we thought that the baked curd dessert is the best we also tried the Lankan Orgasm (dessert cocktail), a concoction of curd, treacle and arrack was more like a local version of Bailey's Irish cream and gave that final pleasure to our taste buds. Another must mention is the warm hospitality by Manager Supun & all the staff creating an atmosphere you want to experience more. Will definitely recommend this place specially for foreign visitors who want to try our local cuisine with a twist along with warm Sri Lankan hospitality 👏👏👏

We had an early dinner here on Saturday and found a table very easily as the place is rather big. You can sit inside with AC or outside as well. The service is very attentive and friendly. The food was amazing. The egg hoppers were prepared right in front of us (they range from not spicy to very spicy). We paid 8000 with tip included for 2 mains, a beer and a coconut drink. I would surely recommend it.

If you are looking for authentic Sri Lanka food this is a must try place. Their welcome drink is a booster. Recommended for anyone tourist who like to try sri lanka food.z

The food was delicious and well presented. Wonderful service by our sweet server, Lanka. She was friendly and had the biggest smile on her face. Overall splendid!! Would recommend to anyone! ❤️💯

Each portion is good for 2 people. If you are sharing please keep that in mind. The presentation is phenomenal. The food was displayed nicely on traditional clay pots. All the food takes at least 20-30 mins to come out. So you gotta be patient. They make hoppers right in front of you which is very cool and it tastes very fresh. Overall food is good. Customers are mostly tourists. The whole plaza are for tourists only. But you should come here and dine in as the restaurants are clean and have AC. The best one is the seafood fried rice. Must try! Chicken skewers look cool and good. Everything else tastes good. Family of 6 with 2 babies ~ 28,000 LKR

Overall amazing restaurant. The atmosphere was very clean and welcoming. The hostess was extremely kind and helpful. The food was delicious with traditional Sri Lanka dishes. For those who can not tolerate spicy foods I would recommend making sure to tell the chef of no spice added. I only told the waiter and I think between my allergies he had forgotten. I would definitely eat there again. The portions are good for two and prices are considerate for the portion size.

A lovely first meal in Sri Lanka - especially the spiced roasted pumpkin soup! And at £3, great value. We loved the complimentary cinnamon and honey tea that everyone is served upon arrival. And the attentive service we had from Eranga.

This place stands out for its excellent service, we were very welcomed from the entrance. We ordered several dishes, the food was delicious and beautifully served. We definitely recommend dropping in here for dinner and a wonderful evening! We especially recommend the rice and curry, and the fish curry. It was our best dinner in Colombo.

Visited the place before catching our flight back to India. Got nothing but positive things to say. - Had the seafood platter, would recommend, it's got anchovies, prawns, octopus, calamari all prepped with caramelized onions. - The Wellington isn't really a steak, but more pulled beef that's wrapped in a pastry and served. - The pork curry rice was pretty good, overt on the black peppers - but that's not really a bad thing. - The hoppers are great, they've got a station that pulls up to your table and they prepare them for you. Experience ga lore. The beer on tap certainly helps 🍻

Perfect place for a flavorful meal. They have several kind of hot drinks and also Srilankan best food menu. The food quality and the quantity is great and the prices are little bit higher but worth for the food. Staffs are very helpful and in good manners. Help to select the food and they gave a cinnamon tea and I loved it. That is a signature point in this place and you will definitely love the tea. I hope it’s in its original taste.

We are coming here cos of the YouTuber was say it's nice and fancy restaurant, it's OK but the food not that much for a high price, even the WC so bad the man toilet plz check it . On the other hand the waiter not that professional we are not feeling comfortable at all. When we ask him the bills he send it with some we feel something went wrong!! It's not in a professional if we asking to take the food with us the water tell me to The employee asked me to put the chicken by my hand in the plate, which is unreasonable In the end all the waiters looking for us if we going to but some Tips No way it was not nice . We always but Tips for a good place and good service. NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE .

Ending my trip in Sri Lanka, I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant. Experiencing a lot of great local dishes on my trip, this place left an indelible impression which I will always carry with me, from the food to the service. Ceylon Curry Club is a true heaven for curry enthusiasts. The Manioc Cutlets were just as tasteful with lot’s of local flair.

Was a great experience from the very first minute. Nice welcome with a cinnamon tea. Staff was very supportive, nice way of serving meals. One must try the traditional and innovative desserts which is truly amazing and love their Beverages, specially the "palathuru" made out of Avacado and curry leaves.
