I
had
an
unsatisfactory
experience
with
the
Kia
Sorento
SUV
(Red)
that
I
rented
from
Ameri
Rent
A
Car
(May~June
2023
-
Close
to
one
month).
Although
the
overall
condition
of
the
vehicle
was
not
bad,
I
felt
that
it
did
not
live
up
to
the
price
I
paid
for
it.
Here
are
the
reasons
for
my
dissatisfaction:
1.
Deal
was
email
me
for
a
Kia
Sorrento
2018/19
model,
but
received
a
2012
model
instead.
2.
One
of
the
tires
was
worn
out,
and
I
had
to
argue
with
the
company
manager
to
get
it
replaced.
This
ordeal
took
up
half
of
my
day,
which
was
quite
inconvenient.
3.
The
air
conditioning
was
in
poor
condition,
requiring
me
to
set
it
at
18°C
just
to
achieve
a
minimal
level
of
comfort.
When
I
requested
for
it
to
be
fixed,
the
company
asked
me
to
visit
their
air
conditioning
repair
station.
Unfortunately,
due
to
my
busy
schedule,
I
couldn't
spare
the
time
to
go
there,
resulting
in
further
inconvenience.
4.
During
our
trip
to
Trincomalee
-
Thiriyai
Temple,
the
vehicle's
battery
died.
Although
we
managed
to
overcome
this
situation,
upon
inspecting
the
battery,
we
discovered
that
it
was
weak
and
needed
replacement.
In
light
of
these
issues,
I
strongly
feel
that
Ameri
Rent
A
Car
should
assume
greater
responsibility
when
providing
vehicle
rentals
to
their
customers.
It
would
have
been
more
fitting
for
them
to
thoroughly
inspect
and
ensure
the
proper
working
condition
of
the
vehicle
before
handing
it
over
to
renters.
By
doing
so,
they
could
have
avoided
the
inconveniences
and
frustrations
that
arise
from
encountering
problems
during
the
rental
period.
I
kindly
advise
all
individuals
to
exercise
extra
caution
when
considering
Ameri
Rent
A
Car
for
their
vehicle
rental
needs.
It
is
essential
to
be
aware
of
the
potential
issues
that
may
arise
based
on
my
experience.
