This place is really bad for enjoying honestly if you're new don't go alone because when you're there every minute risk for you life also they make fake bills. I recommend this place for who don't care about your life.

The food here is great. Among the best pub food places around Colombo. They have a happy hour from 5-7pm as well where you have a buy one, get one free offer on certain drinks. Food is generally served quickly and the waiters are very knowledgeable about the menu. A great place to just chill out, have a drink and watch a variety of different sports. (Duh! It’s a sports bar) Sometimes the food tends to come out one dish at a time instead of all together which can be a little annoying. But the flavor makes up for any shortcomings Highly recommended 👍🏻

Stumbled across the place while at Colombo City Center and decided to have dinner and a couple of beers. The place had a nice ambience and a lot of TV screens showing various sports surrounding the bar. I tried their fried fish (Mahi mahi) and chips and it was quite tasty.. my only complaint (which is why they get a star deducted from their review) is that their pint of beer is not a pint but a half pint.. I spoke to them about it and they are aware but apparently that's what their management insists on serving. Legally wrong IMO.

Good food and atmosphere (If you like watching sports). The menu gives a limited but essential selection of cafe food. Some battered food were too oily. Can recommend Submarines, Burgers and Nasi Goreng rice as better options.

One of the shittiest clubs ever!! Interiors are so sad that we felt like donating our clothes to use as a sofa cover.. Poor staff attitude who don't care about a customer's needs or desires.. They've one item as starter, main course or drink.. In fact if you think you'll get beverages, you'll end up disappointed.. Total time spend in this place: 94 seconds.. Literally ran for our lives..

Nice sports bar with a relaxed vibe. I went on a weekday night so probably completely different from weekends. The cocktails were good. Not over sweet or diluted. The food was ok. Good portion size and fresh but basic. I wish they gave the hot sauce on the side though, without dowsing everything (including the lettuce) in it. Service was prompt and polite. Prices reasonable and on par with bars in the similar range. Would visit again if I'm in the area.

One of the best pubs and places to watch live sports events on a big screen in Colombo. They telecast F1, European football, rugby, and cricket on large screens. It could get crowded, so make sure to make a reservation before you go. They charge a reservation fee of Rs. 2000 per person, which I haven't heard of much in Colombo, but you can cover the charge with food and drinks. I love the Yaka sausages, Sana's Nasi, and hot butter cuttlefish dishes. The Chicken Fried rice was meh. If you're vegetarian, try the Cheese fritters and Kochchi cheese toast. On Thursday nights, they have a salsa night where you can go and learn to dance. They have plenty of screens around the place, and during F1 races, they have separate screens with stats, etc. They also have an outdoor area. The prices of the food are reasonable for a place like this.

I am extremely happy with this sports bar! I will visit it for the English premier league for sure. Probably one of the best in Colombo. Great atmosphere, around 15 TVs, and 2 huge screens. Stuff is very friendly. They do everything to make you happy. I came to this bar when there was a Cricket match WC T20 on all screens, but even though they turned on one TV for me to watch the English premier league game. In the evening, for the premier league match Chelsea vs. Manu, the pub was full of football fanatics. It was great. They have talk beer, the food is tasty, and portions are a bit small, but overall it is excellent. The only thing is that you always need to call the barman to order, but they are very polite and friendly to you and always bring you beer quickly. They have happy hours from 5 to 7 pm.

Good food and convenient location at Colombo City Centre. Food is value for money and beverages are also great. They have good options in menu and the atmosphere is somewhat busy when it is peak time but during non busy hours you can experience a calm surroundings with music and screens which broadcast sports matches and games. Good place to chill with friends.

If you are looking for late night food and drinks inside Colombo City Center, this is the idea spot. They have about 16 to 20 television screens as well as a large projector. It's a fantastic spot to watch sports. Their cuisine is also quite good, at a reasonable cost. The place was less crowded as it was a weekday. We loved the cocktails. They do have sports screening as the place is a sports bar. If you are looking for outdoor seating, yes they do have that too in a balcony.

Have Good cocktails and a good atmosphere but the Buffalo wings were one of the worst I have ever had. The sauce it came with was just bitter and vinegary. It wasn't buffalo sauce.

Went over there last Friday, and i genuinely believe we were ripped off. Went into for Happy Hour, Ordered a bunch of Cocktails, Everyone had two each (at least) including two Kamikaze shots each. None of us felt A THING. This isn't an issue about tolerance or anything. The cocktails were 100% watered down. People usually would feel a little buzz two beers down. We literally had Rum and cokes. Tasted more coke than rum, and towards the end it was just basically water. Extremely disappointed and we made a vow to never ever recommend this place to anyone. Pfft.

Great place to hangout with friends, have a drink and watch sports. Their food is great, and the place has a good vibe. Waiters are really helpful and provide a great service. Their Cheese toast with bacon and kochchi is one of my favorites. Their prices are a bit high and Saturdays it’s a bit busy. But the overall experience is really good.

We visited at around 1.00 pm and it was practically empty, there was a table for 6 to 8 people and there were 3 of us adults with 1 child and requested if we could sit in the comfy and cozy looking booth, however we were asked not to sit there as we are too few in numbers. Requested courteously once more as the place was empty telling them that if a large crowd comes we will move, yet we were not allowed. So we sat at another location. No hassle there and no big deal. Then we order a few beers and chilled till our movie started, when it was time to leave we asked for the discount but was then told that it was only valid if we have the tickets. Even after showing him the E-tickets it was rejected. No big deal, paid the full amount and left. Came back after the movie to have a few more beers and at that time to my surprise I found the table that was large and where we were rejected being occupied by 4 adults. Now at this time, it was apparently not an issue for him to provide this large booth to only 4 pax which was very disappointing. Then came the order this time around and upon paying for the bill, the same waiter double checked with me twice over to confirm if I watched the movie and was treating us like people who would forge tickets for a 10% discount. Which was quite disappointing. Adding to the above its good if the management takes a look at the foosball table which is about to collapse on the feet of people. Noticed it later on, but in can cause some serious injuries to the players. Overall, the food was great, but there is no point in visiting a location with such terrible service. And to the owner, the team keeps stating that it is their “bosses orders”.

It's a sports bar with a number of TVs broadcasting different sports events at the same time. It's spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. You can find a mixed crowd here. One thing I loved is that the music wasn't too loud so me and my friends didn't have to shout at the top of our lungs. During the weekends it can get pretty busy so would recommend to reserve a table. The food and the drinks are a bit pricey but they do serve a reasonably sized portion when it comes for food. You find both finger foods and mains on their menu.

Coming from New Zealand I take my pies quite seriously so was quite apprehensive to order one but wow! The creamy chicken pie I ordered was definitely up there with one of the best pies I've ever had. It was generously filled with delicious creamy chicken with a great pastry casing. In fact it was so good I very almost ordered another straight after but was a little too full. The steak fries and lettuce the pie came with were also suepr tasty. I also ordered a Coronarita which wasn't the tastiest but not bad value for money. Overall I'd highly recommend this place, the staff were also helpful and the venue's pretty chill and has a nice view over the river.

The last time I had dinner with my partner last week, the service was very poor. They did not serve one of our main course. Management should look into this.

It's a place to go for after office food and drink with your mates. As a sports bar you get a ton of TVs showing various sports and music videos. Center piece is a large bar counter with several tables and booths. Staff is attentive and service is swift.

Rude, unapologetic, mannerless, incompetent staff! My husband and I have been going to this place for the food and music before the pandemic. recently we saw on facebook that Dillon from slipping chairs was playing there so we decided to go. and it happened to be a day where they had a cocktail promotion for ladies .1500 entrance fee for unlimited cocktails. on the first friday they never mentioned about the cocktails promotion, we ordered from the normal menu. after sometime we heard about it from another table and asked the lady who was serving us about it. She very reluctantly explained it to us. If there is a promotion going on they should let the customer know when they are ordering. they just advertise promotions on social media to lure in people and never mentions it when customers are there. eventhough the experience was bad we left a generous tip and decieded to go back next friday because the music was good thanks to Dillon. I made a reservation around 4 in the evening to go there around 8 p.m . A female answered the phone and took our reservation. so we got all dressed up , took a cab cause both of us were planning on drinking and came all the way from dehiwala right after a family trip to kosgoda because we really wanted to see Dillon perform. When we went there ,the same female waitress who served us the last time checked the reservation list and seemed lost. I dont think she has even written our reservation down. there were a couple of empty tables but she said they are all reserved and pointed at the dark corner of the bar and said we can sit there. it was near the kitchen, cant see anything other than the bartender. to sit at the bar , you dont need a reservation. its for walk in customers. when we politely asked whether we can get anywhere else they rudely said no, there is nothing they can do. they didnt even try. and didnt apologize even once. so we went home. we will never be going back there again. And we found that Dillon is playing at Breezebar at cinnamon grand on saturday evenings. so the next day we went there. I have no words to explain the difference between the customer service. its like night and day. they were proffessional and as soon as we sat down explained us about the cocktail promotion they have and was so good to us. and the music was perfect. So if you are a person who goes for the music then go to breeze bar. everything is way better.

This place is one of the best bars in Colombo. I would recommend to anyone. Envirnoment feels like a world class establishment comparable to any top bar in cities like New York, London, Tokyo, Shanghai, etc.

For a sports bar it's pretty neat. Love the ambiance and the food I've ordered so far were delicious. It has a totally different vibe on open mic nights and on Fridays with the music. Overall a great entertainment spot to hangout and watch a game with the boys. There are a lot of screens as well to be able to comfortably watch in any seating position. The foosball table and darts can be really fun and just adds more to the experience.

The premier hangout place for all fans of any sport. The new refurbishments have given playtrix a very stylish environment that makes it stands above the rest. Its a bit on the pricy side when it comes to food and snacks but they got good happy hour deals from 5-7 pm on certain cocktails and liquor. If you want to enjoy a premier final or a match with a decent crowd and a beer this is definetely the best place to do it.

Not my favourite place to hangout or watch a game since it's inside a mall. But for a bar inside a mall this is pretty neat. Good for an occasional drink or a hangout session. Nice ambience and good service. Limited food/ bites menu. But they do justice to what's on the menu. Occasional open mics and good music on Fridays keeps the crowd coming back.

I do not recomend this place to anyone. They do not do advance bookings. Even the so called team do not have the qulity to call and tell the reapeat guest if they can do a resevation or not. I wil be sharing the top sports pubs in Colombo with qulity to my facebook and other online groups so my friends and fans which is over 10.000 persons can reserve without dissapointment.

We went to the place on a thursday evening. We had a prior reservation as well. The place was a quite crowded. It seems it is like that everyday. It's a great place to have a drink while watching your favorite games. It has several TVs set up facing different directions so that we can watch the matches easily. Food was also tasty and good.

One of my go to places for a beer and chill with friends. I love the food here, especially the Nasi which is out of this world. There's always good offers going on so make sure to check with the waiters about them. Generally it's not very crowded but on days with some sports event like a cricket match it would be very lively. Best part about here is that if you need a break from drinking you can play darts or Foosball, and occasionally some Playstation games are also available but that's really really rare. Definitely will recommend and keep visiting.

Great place for a drink. Large area with ample space and seat arrangements but at the same time could get filled to the brim on weekends. Diverse collection of liqueur options along with bites. I've had my fair share of LIT cocktails in loads of bars & hotels in search of a cocktail to finally get me drunk 😅 and the LIT I had here finally managed to do exactly that, kudos on the bar for it. Staff was friendly and the drinks were served in time. All in all, a 5-star bar. Recommended.
