Great place to hangout and have a drink or dinner with friends. The place is peaceful close to beach and in front of marine drive. You can stay in the outside garden or inside. Whats best is their food. We ordered a koththu, fried rice and a pork curry. All of them were top class. A variety of foods and drinks are available. Customer service was also excellent. And the price was also reasonable.

This is a go to go place even though I dont drink alcohol just, i love to go to this place to have a great time with friends while they have a drink. Their food menu comes with a variety of food with a huge choice of dishes. Starting from fried rice, kottu, French fries to so many bites. My upmost favourite of their menu is Bangers and mash. It comes with 2 large sausage, mashed potato topped with an onion sauce which is to die for. Even though I'm not a vegetarian, recently the vegetable fried rice my friend ordered tasted damn good. The ambience makes everything better coz its situated at marine drive just opposite to the beach so as you all can guess that its gona be a place where you get the sea breeze which is my favourite part. 😍 I'd like to say they have a friendly staff who definitely does manage a busy day quiet well and quickly. Finally to talk about the prices. It surprises me that this place does not add any taxes or services charges which makes their food and drinks very cheap. And for those who love to split the bill, trust me theirs is the easiest to do so. Over all I would highly recommend this place for all those who loves an outdoor spot to hang out with their bunch .

I liked the place, very quiet & tranquil. Good place for a group of friends to hangout & have fun. I felt like They must utilize the beech view more. What's the point having the spot neer beech but it's not visible to the customers? Cocktail & drinks are good. Verify fast and friendly service. I would appreciate if they use real fresh juice rather than something like sunquick for the cocktails. No major complaints, of they improve a few things they would be even better. It is a good place to chill as it is. I recommend this place.

The worst menu items we ever had in Colombo. The chicken was charged rs.750 and only had 4 pieces with a plate full of onions. And I was chewing the beef fry for almost 5 minutes. It was not undercooked. The beef was old and chunky. Almost vomited everything. Not recommended at all. And the customer service was the worst. Zero reactions for our complaints.

Good staff and surrounding. But chef’s are not thinking about customers. Three days ago ordered takeaway seafood rice and found that all are spoiled. Informed to Manger and he agree to check and comeback. Up to now three days passed and never call back. Very disappointing. Be careful about foods they supply. we earn money doing the job with good manner. We don’t have smuggled money and we feed our children as well. These people are try to fool with us

The first time I visited, I liked it very much, everything was great. The second time they brought the same dish, made very poorly. It doesn't always taste good. Ps. On the third visit, the food became even worse cooked, boiled chicken was poured with sauce instead of frying.

No frills bar along the beach, dishing out some really good food and decent drinks. I have only tried Lion beer there, and it was good. The food was very tasty and very reasonably priced. As you might expect, the service was not great. Very slow and lethargic, but for the price, I think most will put up with it ! Overall a good place to go with your mates for a few drinks and some Sri Lankan style bites ! I will definitely visit again on my next trip.

As goes by the name, it indeed is a perfect spot to chill. They have great cocktails and personally I love the dishes specially the thick cut fries and batter fried cauliflower. They serve a generous portion and there's value for your money. A must try :')

Cool Stuff. Been there with a friend, The place is peaceful and located in front of marine drive, This bar has a good atmosphere with interesting outdoor seating and also indoor with music! They had a tv screen playing World Cup. That was cool. A variety of foods and drinks are available, Food was good and customers service was also cool. Great selection for beers, will come back.

The food and drinks were good even though the portions were small. I normally don’t complain about people in the service industry as they work hard. I ordered a margarita which was not on the menu and the waiter told me it was 2000 and when the bill arrives it was 3000. It was not about the money but the staff was trying to play the “not my mistake “ card and was a bit unprofessional. The owner was there and looked like a decent person yet don't know he cares about such mistakes.

The food was good, I visited there around 3pm, which was less busy. Order nassi guran and cheese pasta those were tasty but the nassi guran was very spicy 🥵 (even i asked them make it less spicy). Cocktails and other alcohol served. It is a very peaceful environment, a good place to have a chat and relax.

Services are good, and the environment is pleasant. You can spend time with friends, the cocktails are very tasty, and you can watch sports on a large screen. However, the last time, the food was not as tasty and of the same quality as before. I am a bit disappointed with the food's taste.

Always my preference to Chillax for Chill with friends. Staffs are very friendly. Orders on time. Prices are affordable for the location. Safety place for girls too. Mostly decent crowd. And the food is okay.

The location and the atmosphere is good. But the foods are not recommended. Specially, tried the hot butter cuttle fish, it's like raw cuttle fish with coated flour. Worst dish I have ever tried.

The Best Bar in Colombo. Good ambiance with excellent local recipe. Try their devil collection it’s amazing. Hottest taste with coldest local beer !!! Highly recommended. Don’t miss if you are a Food Lover. 🤤

Drinks and food were really affordable. Me and my friends had a good time there. There was only one waiter on that particular day serving all the tables. The benches were quite filthy they could do some scrubbing and probably remove the menu card which is hard stuck to the table top and with some pieces have come off and very dirty. Doesn't look appealing at all. If you don't mind that then its a good place to chill and hang out with friends.

Chillax is a good place with indoor and outdoor seating, mostly people come here to have alcohol, the price wise it's good compared to other pubs, if you are going as a group you can get a tank of beer which is 3Liters , and servers yourself, have good music too, the staffs are friendly, The good thing is on the total bill they don't charge you VAT or service charges, from that you save some bucks,

Food and ambiance spot on! Sometimes a bit too difficult to get an order in, but all in all great place to drink, eat and chill. The sea breeze is just awesome too!

Nice place to hang out as it is outdoor and has a beachside feel to it. Prices are fairly cheap though when the place is but crowded the service is a bit poor.

One of the awesome destination in name for delightful cuisine and BAR. Nice decent Bar with good foods round the clock and we'll decorated interior with well versed service personals. But the prices are bit higher than normal.
