It’s a family friendly restaurant. Very good service cozy environment and ambiance. Staff very friendly. Family own business, even the owner is pretty nice and friendly. Overall good place to go with the family. Coming to the menu. They do mostly sizzling platters and few other rice, noodles and kottu items. Food was pretty decent, portions were big and taste was decent as well. Without even asking they notice we were with a kid and offered extra cushion for the seat, for the child. And to keep her occupied till the food get ready the gave a drawing and colour box for her to paint. And before we left they have pinned it on a board near the entrance and the kid was very excited. The staff were friendly and extremely nice. The food was good too. It took a while for us to get our order but it was worth it. We had the prawns for starters it came with fries, and then the Mongolian rice with chicken and Chinese noodles with beef. All 3 were good. Specially loved the prawns, it was really filling too.

Unexpectedly good! The staffs are very attentive and helpful. Food is good, with reasonable price. Didn’t expect this in Sri Lanka. I have chicken leg with the hot pepper sauce. The chicken leg was alright and the sauce is so tasty! The food portion is very generous. Chicken soup is also good. Not the normal soup you have it outside. The texture is like congee. I love that texture. And the drink is not using syrup one, they have their recipe. Only if they have a better ventilation. When everyone’s there sizzling, I left like I’m still sizzling (the smell).

The food is next level. A unique experience. The taste of food is 5 star ! How it is brought to the table is on another level ! Staff is really polite and efficient! They provide special attention to birthdays , anniversary s etc. When it's full sometimes it can be cramped inside Cons : Prices are really high because of added taxes. You can easily go to the Hilton buffet with the prices of the Sizzle

The Sizzler is a go-to spot for a fun night out. The atmosphere is inviting, and the service is attentive, almost reaching fine dining standards. However, the prices can be a bit steep, making it more of a splurge than a regular haunt. Nevertheless, the quality of the food and the overall experience make it worth the occasional indulgence for me.

I am happy to share my experience with you I had dinner At Sizzle yesterday Food is fair but not value for money. They charge "excessive taxes". Meal cost around 16k and tax around 5k Especially, most people come for birthday parties and anniversaries. I’m not recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!!!

Awesome sizzler’s and the best place for it. They celebrate your birthday/anniversary in a very fancy way and also capture the moments and frame it for free. You can design your own sizzler meal and they also have varied options of prebuilt menu. Their fries are also so good and crisp.

Located in an inside road infront of McDonald’s Kollupitiya, not very spacious, adequate parking space. Friendly & attentive staff and pretty fast service. During weekend the place gets packed fast with families coming for dinner so you might have to wait a while to get a table. They’ve pictures of people who celebrated bdays in the place, pasted all over the wall which is nice a gesture. Food comes as warm as they can be as the name suggest. Food is not worth the price, and not very tasty. Had the worst brownie from here, brownie definitely doesn’t belong in a hot plate, base is burnt and all the brownies have some sort of nuts and it takes the taste away. They do have rice , kottu , roti and chicken as well. Way over priced, one person around 4000 for a meal.

Our recent dining experience at The Sizzles at CCC was truly exceptional. We kicked off our meal with the chicken popcorn meal accompanied by rice and mashed potatoes. The presentation was not only visually appealing but also set the stage for the delightful flavors that followed. ❤️🥘

One of my favourite places to dine! Best place for sizzling food. Even their desserts sizzle. Ideal for a family night out!. Make sure you make a reservation beforehand.let them know of you are celebrating a birthday, then they will arrange a small surprise setup. About a 4 car parking space available and there is plenty of parking available by the roadside. The place is well cleaned. Friendly staff.

I felt some quality reduction after years. The best of sizzle is western type dishes anyhow i can fele the taste is drastically changed.

DOn't believe the reviews in this place 1. The restaurant is very dirty and looks more like a gym rather than a restaurant, also bathrooms are also very dirty not cleaned. 2. Burnt food (who actually review this place), ordered a Mongolian rice and the rice was burnt, sausages was burnt, but the chicken was actually good though (I get the sizzle part but how am i supposed to eat burnt food?) 3. Staff messed up my order. I asked for a Mongolian and the dude bought a western. Had to wait again. 4. The menu on the premises (not the website) is confusing with boxers names on it (Again the gym part), please update it. Overall food in this place is not good at all, the only part that is good about this is that you can upload a photo to your socials.

Overall a very nice experience. You have to park on Galle road or down valukarama road. Usually not crowded. Decent food and nothing too exciting and nothing to complain either. They're little on the pricey side.

It’s an extremely friendly restaurant. We were with a four year old and they gave a pet fish in a bowl and some coloring to keep the baby engaged. Surprises didn’t end there and since it was Father’s Day husband received a gift and a photo taken with the baby. Hats off to the hospitality. Place is bit congested mainly because it was pretty crowded. Food is ok, slightly too salty for our taste. Potion sizes are pretty big and value for money is good. They charge all the taxes applicable, so the taxes sum up to a considerable amount out of the total bill. Overall it’s a good place to have a different kind of dining experience.

1. Ordered grilled barramundi with vegetables and potato wedges. As a result, they brought extremely very thinly sliced fillet on a pile of stewed cabbage, next to them were boiled carrots and long beans. For some reason, my friends had thicker pieces of fish fillet. The waiter refused to add a portion of fish to me and said that it was normal.Just a few potato slices. The stewed cabbage was not fully cooked, so it was crunchy. There is a lot of water in the plate because of this. Sauces separately. Absolutely not tasty. Only based on chili pepper or garlic. The management of this restaurant probably haven't heard of tartar or cream sauce for fish dishes. 2. The strawberry iced tea at this restaurant is a mixture of iced tea with strawberry syrup, where you can't even taste the strawberries or tea. Fresh strawberries have never been heard of here. Apparently, for the “cool” effect of serving drinks, they add dry ice instead of natural ice, which made of carbon dioxide, the vapors of which are harmful if inhaled. Be careful, if you decide to drink your drink, do it only through a straw, otherwise if you touch this chemical ice with your lips, you will get burns, and if swallowed, the result can be fatal. 3. The interior is very cheap and uncomfortable inside. Doesn't match the price level. There is no atmosphere. It's more like a canteen, but not a restaurant. What we have in the end: for 6,000 per person in Colombo you can eat more deliciously and in a more comfortable and atmospheric place.

We went for a friend's farewell and booked a table for 4. We were given custom name and farewell themed deco near our table. They even played a farewell song in the speakers and gave a small cup cake to remember that day. I loved their hospitality. But the food is bit pricy though.

Went there after a long time expecting the usual services to be down but i was wrong! The prices have gone up anyway, but the same old good service snd taste is still there. Food was really fresh as always.

This is the third time I'm visiting 'The Sizzles' after around 15-20 years and the experience was as usual great. Loved the food which is innovative and service was exceptional.

I believe there main promo is food served piping on hot rocky plates. We need to wait for the food to cool off a bit before attempting to eat. Taste wise, they're good, serving portion - 1 plate : 1 person

The food was good but not worth the money. It costed me around 12K for two. I’d rather go for a buffet in 5 star hotel. The cost of food was around 8K and the tax was about 4K.

Excellent service especially by krish. Was very polite and helpful. Would recommend to dine in and enjoy the food while it's hot and sizzling. Sometimes it can get a bit warm when it's fully crowded. Better to place a reservation in advance during the weekend. Friendly staff. Food too was scrumptious. Has limited parking inside.

This restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, kids friendly - they provide printed papers & colour pencil to colour. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again. 😊

I went to this place a few months back. The place is not very big but got enough space. I got a different kind of experience having food in a metal dish. Food is good and price is also fine when compared to the prices in the neighbourhood. The staff is good. Note : I made a reservation before going as sometimes the place is fully occupied.

Nice and cozy place to hangout with your family and friends. The first impression is bit awkward, since they are not paying much attention to the cleanliness of their external environment. And of course they have a very small parking slot. However the quality of food provided and the service of the staff is unmatchable. I am basically in love with all their foods from Mongolian rice to kottu and all. And they have an identical way of serving the main dish which is very attractive and amazing. The portion of the main dishes, girls can easily shared with two people but I doubt with boys😁. Prices are reasonable. I sincerely recommend this place for a hangout.

I was really happy with my first visit to Sizzle, the food was amazing but after that i can feel that the taste of the food is slowly reducing and last time i felt like this is the worst i can get. So i have decided not to visit here again, you may wonder why I'm posting it here! 1. Google asked me a review 2. Loved the quality food. From the sizzling lime juice to the sizzling main course were mind blowing. Especially the kothu base was so tasty.

Nice and cozy place to hangout. They give special discount for birthday with small cupcake. Also they took a photograph and frame it for free.

Ordered through UberEats on two different occasions. First order was Fried Chicken Lollipops & Sausages Kottu Roti and second was Grilled Chicken Cubes and Chicken Sausages Mongolian Rice. It was really delicious on both occasions. They manage to retain consistency in terms of taste. Decent packaging. Well worth the price. Highly recommended.
