Had
dinner
with
three
of
my
friends
at
Epicure
and
it
was
a
pleasant
experience.
The
ambiance
was
great
for
a
nice
dine
out
with
friends
and
would
be
perfect
for
a
romantic
dining
experience
as
well.
The
owner
was
highly
professional
and
friendly
and
the
staff
was
exceptional.
The
service
was
quick
and
the
staff
seemed
to
be
well
trained
for
their
jobs.
When
it
comes
to
the
most
important
part
;
the
food....
it
did
not
meet
the
expectations
(I
should
say
I
am
a
tough
critique
with
high
expectations
when
it
comes
to
food)
.
I
had
the
Grilled
Squid
which
was
served
as
one
whole
big
squid
which
could
have
presented
more
eloquently.
The
squid
was
slightly
burnt
and
too
salty.
Even
the
pasta
served
as
a
side
was
not
the
best
complementing
texture
and
taste
with
the
squid.
Overall
the
dish
was
not
a
fine
dining
quality.
My
best
friend
had
the
Barramundi
with
Bok
Choy
and
he
was
not
pleased
with
the
dish
as
it
was
a
little
bland
and
almost
felt
as
if
it
was
a
soup
with
a
piece
of
fish.
Again
not
too
fine
dining
quality
dish.
My
other
two
friends
had
the
Duck
and
they
loved
it
!
Presentation
wise
it
needed
more
work
but
according
to
them
it
was
well
cooked.
The
deserts
were
also
ok
but
there's
much
room
for
improvement.
As
a
constructive
criticism
I
would
say
the
chef
should
look
more
into
the
presentation
of
the
dishes
to
match
the
expectations
of
a
fine
dining
quality
dishes.
Also
be
more
careful
of
the
preparation
and
execution
of
each
dish
as
the
intended
quality
and
taste
may
not
conveyed
to
the
customer
at
all
times..
We
were
surprised
by
the
prices
of
all
the
dishes
as
all
of
them
were
very
very
fairly
priced.
I
hope
the
management
will
continue
to
thrive
in
improving
the
quality
of
the
dishes
to
match
the
beautiful
place
and
the
amazing
staff
.
Sri
Lanka
needs
good
fine
dining
restaurants
and
I
hope
Epicure
will
eventually
reach
upto
the
expected
fine
dining
standards
very
soon
!
