Acropol - One of the best family restaurants in colombo city. They are known for the quantity. Their regular portion can be easily shared by two people and Large by 3-4 people. I really loved their cheese chicken kottu. It’s my favourite here. The srilankan kottu is completely different from south indian version. The shawarma mix platter ( Beef and Chicken) was delicious. The Nasi Goreng rice was spicy and accompanied by chilli paste. It was fine dining experience with family here. The service is too poor and slow but food taste is exceptional!

A restaurant with great food reasonably priced, friendly staff and ample seating. They’ve got a unique interior with dim lighting. I personally loved the cheesy fries Shawarma. The milkshakes are the ordinary ones with Ice cream if am right. One thing that they lack is parking as you gotta find your own parking. Do check it out

The beef kebab plate and the chicken shawarma plate were justifying the Arabic cuisine. Yet I found the Tom yum seafood soup too spicy. The interior was pleasing. We had to wait for a long time to grab a seat. It's quite crowded on holidays and weekends.

As usual order is very late and I have ordered Butter Chicken Masala but served Chicken Tikka masala. Butter Naan & Chicken Tikka Masala was 👎 not tasty. Butter naan was not soft and like elastic. Chicken 65 was just a fried chicken wings (photo attached), chef may have not seen or know the Chicken 65 recipe & there was half a portion of onion served with it is a waste! No body will eat it. But to be honest Mixed Shavarma plate was good & tasty. I recommend this place for Shavarma only.

No parking available. Have to park in the roadside. Place is clean and calm. Good for family dining. Also can accommodate for a large group. Food is okay. Order was bit late. We enjoyed the drinks. But the food doesn’t seem so fresh except the club sandwich. I loved the mintshake. The place is bit dark and tables are very near. So its bit noisy when the next table is occupied. But the service is good and their price is affordable too. Its not Visiting frequently kind of a place.

Parking is limited and have to park by the roadside. Its a two storied restaurant with good seating. Takes time to place the order and to receive. The sweet corn and chicken soup was good but our mains;beef kebab in a plate and chicken shawarma “stuffed” with French fries were not so good. Portion sizes are good and a budget friendly restaurant but personally tastes are bland. Good for groups

Worst submarine everrr!,The bun was dry as the "SAHARA DESSERT!", the chicken was invisible in the "chicken" submarine, the onion rings were an inch big. the "Foot long submarine is only 8 Inches long. The package came from uber looking like it went through the worldwar ii batte fields. I Don't usually leave bad reviews but i was super hungry and i had to say this, Never Buying anything from this shop, Not worth the money!

First time experiencing the big mix platter and I have to say that it was excellent. For the price it's well worth. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the restaurant.

Located in scolfield place in Colombo 3.. Acropol offers Arabic Indian and chisels food. Takeout and in house dining is offered here and you can also order via ubereats and pickme. It's a nice setting with friendly service and reasonable pricing. You get the full range of menu items in the evening. Parking is bit of a Hassel but in the night you can find parking. Overall a decent place to have good Arabic food.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Acropol, and it was a wonderful experience. The restaurant had a charming atmosphere with friendly staff who provided attentive service throughout the meal. Acropol restaurant is situated at Bambalapitiya, 01 , Schofield pl. I went to Acropol hotel in the noon time recently . They open the restaurant about 11:30 a.m. The dining area is on the second floor. There’s a decent seating space. The food was very delicious. I enjoyed the food a lot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Acropol restaurant . Nice restaurant to visit with friends , family or with loved ones. ✨

Horrible experience..!! Im still at the restaurant and we’ve been waiting for the food for the last 30 min and it finally arrives..it’s ice cold..!!..the best part is that the restaurant is empty…even the waiter agrees that it’s cold..everything including the shawarma and the club sandwich.. The food is tasty nonetheless when it arrives but sad they have to serve us cold food Utterly dissapointed..!

Located close to Amana takaful, and on the weekends its difficult to get a proper parking space. We ordered koththu, Nasi goreng and mix platter. There was a considerable amount of time for the order to be provided to us. The first time we ordered Koththu, it was ok but on the second koththu which we reordered the koththu was not up to mark and was not worthy at all. The mix platter was tasty but not worth the price but may be worth for a try. Their Nasi was good. I had previously tried their Fish and chips which was so good along with their Mayo. A little bit over priced but is a decent place for a family outing...

We went for dinner, good food and worth for price but ordered took too long. Crispy chicken burger tasty and had good portion and cheese kothu also tasty Hope they can maintain the quality and standards. Parking is little difficult

Food was really outstanding and I would especially recommend their cuttlefish devilled dish which was great even the drinks, Service and the stuff was exceptionally fast when preparing my takeaway order aswell. Overall good atmosphere to dine in and have good meal.

The food was ok, different taste than other places . Nasigoreng was bit spicy . It seems this restaurant is more famous for dinner than lunch , shawarma is their best meal. The place is near and clean , seating arrangement and decoration is unique. Parking will be the main issue need to find a parking slot in the road side only.staffs are very friendly and provides best services

Good food, but from kitchen to table they took a very long time plus it was not even a busy day just few other people were there. Other than that everything was good and definitely value for money.

Best budget friendly restaurant ..staffs a friendly ..long time to take prepare meals..overcrowded ..shawarma is okay ...kebab and nasigurag is good 👍.
