Good place to eat if you are looking for healthy options. The salad was 1000/- and the portion was huge. The quality of the vegetables and the meat items was great. You can customize your salad by selecting the vegetables, meats, sauces and many more. You can pay extra and have add-ons too. The eggs were made in a unique way. The staff there are so professional and extremely friendly.

The customer is in charge of the selection. That is what i love about SubWay. The breads are crispy, the meats are juicy and the vegetables are fresh. If they had more space I feel that it would be better. And I really hope that they expand their number of sauces and dressings. And especially Desserts and Beverages/Drinks. Great Service.

Had the worst experience ever. I have ordered thru pickme as a pickup order. But they were not ready untill i reach there. I was arrived to the place after 30 minutes passed from the ordered time. The staff switch off the phone and did not known that there is a order pending. I had to wait more than 30 minutes because the staff wasn't much care on the order. Never gives the priority to my order.

Absolutely terrible service. Staff is lazy and unfriendly. They were not able to cook order for half an hour. We’re saying excuses. Then they said they can’t cook at all, just shut the door and hid in the kitchen. These two guys on the photo were absolute rudeness.

Variety of menu to choose from, customizable portions and menu, clean, tasty and healthy food. Very friendly staff and quick service.

(2023/02/24 @7pm)I was served by the young waiter who wore spectacles.I ordered a footlong Tandoori Chicken sub and was disappointed to find that there was very little chicken in my sub.Instead,It was heavily filled with an excessive amount of sauces,tomatoes,and other add-ons.The bun was barely covered with chicken,which greatly affected the overall taste and quality of the sub.This exerience was disappointing,especially considering the high price of the sub. I suggest that the staff at Subway pay closer attention to the quantity of ingredients they are putting in their subs,particularly the chicken. Thanks.

I've been a fan of subway since I was small and I was over the moon when they opened up in Sri Lanka. Really nice and chilled out place to dine with friends and family. Kind and friendly staff. Quick service. Only issue I see here is parking, sometimes I park in the temple down the road and walk! You guys have been doing a great job for 2 years. Keep it up!!

Just ordered a beef salad via Uber. The salad and its contents looked really old and stale. Called the branch and the excuse was that they do not have bags to hold the box to give the Uber driver and it was the Uber drivers fault. Hello - I am complaining about your salad which contained yellow lettuce, three tomato slices, 3 cucumber slices. Get your act together - you are representing a world wide organisation. Don’t order anything from here.

Alright, but cant recommend it. They didnt have diet sodas. One of us wanted a salat, but it wasnt possible to get. We couldn't sit upstairs. The food didnt taste like it should, Devilled Chicken wasnt devilled at all. It wasnt clean where we did sit and eat. The dude behind the counter tried.

Ordered the roast chicken sub. The chicken was just boiled chicken. Totally tasteless. The bread was over cooked by them that day, so it was hard and brittle. Super bad subway. Quality back in India is so much better with unlimited sauce options and plus at a cheaper price😐 highly dissapointed

Great place for have a meals . Good customer care. There is a nice dining place in upstairs so we can have our meals without disturbance . Lot of varieties of submarines and beverages . All of meals are in good affordable price range and also have special kids meals.

Seems like softlogic have taken subway.some change in menu food is good. Nicely packed. Friendly staff. But couldn't find any parking 😟. Outlet needs a new makeover.. new price is bit higher..

Subway is always my favourite snack place. However, the service quality have dropped in recent times. Further, options are limited ( as per the staff, they didn't get many materials due to the dollar issue of the country).

Maintaining the quality, but limited no. of vegan items are available with high price, rest for non veg there is lots of varieties available price range is also attractive.

The best thing about Subway is you can choose the bread, vegetables and sauce for the Sub. And it's so clean the way they make it infront of your eyes. The outlet is clean and attractive. Prices are reasonable and you can enjoy a nutritious meal.

My go to place for mid day/ dinner pick up. Tried and tested the Roast beef foot long, packed with fresh and pickled veggies. Kudos to the management and team for the effort put in, for the efficiency and standards maintained, food-chain done right!

Honestly, 1 and a half hour wait on Ubereats to receive a tasteless, soggy "sandwich". Terriyaki chicken was nothing like it, only lettuce and all other veggies missing. Very disappointed.

Service is good Eventhough little bit slow. Maybe due lesser number of staff. They are offering dining in nowadays. Price is reasonable compared to other fast food chains in sri lanka.

Subway is a great place food is very tasty when you figure out what suits you. But sometimes they don’t have all their ingredients to make exactly what I want. The lack of ingredients has gotten worse because of Covid, understandable but their bread selection has shrunk and that’s not acceptable because it should be made locally
