I felt a bit under-dressed when I walked in all by myself after a full day of seeing the city, but I was promptly seated with friendly service. The food took a little long to be served, but when it finally go to me it was very good - as most Indian food seems to be. They can also accommodate large parties too.

Been there only once. The food was great and the service was good. But it took ages for the food we ordered to come. Not very crowded even during lunch time when most of the restaurants around are pretty packed. Wouldn't mind chatting again as the food was good.

Food was of amazing taste, great hospitality and courteous staffs. Hotel ambience and layout was good too.

Good place to have Indian foodnin Colombo I liked historic look and old wooden furniture in restaurant. It feels like you are seating in old ancestorial home.

The veg Thali was good especially the rasam

Service is not that great. Only 2 persons where there to take orders, clean tables, and to serve you the food in the entire hotel, which leads to lots of confusion and wastage of time. Could have kept extra persons at least on Sundays when the hotel becomes crowded with customers. Average food. They charged 1200 as service charges and tax after all.
