Very good place. Very tasty food. I'm not a vegetarian, but I think I'll be a good fan of this place in the future as I love the taste of these. Also they were very good & know how to attract customers & treat them well. Any one who's going there please try Vasantha Vacant Special in their menu.

Very good vegetarian restaurant and it's a good choice for vegetarian meals. You can experience the taste of traditional India meals along with their spices. Staff is friendly and showed a great hospitality. Parking space is available. Door delivery is also available. Prices are reasonable.

it is a branch of Chennai Vasantha Bhavan. Same taste and same quality. it is in Colombo, near Nilumbuguna. Those are visiting Colombo, can take break fast, lunch & Dinner here. Those who are prefer the same taste like Chennai, can visit here. The staff are from Tamilnadu only. They know Tamil as well. Rate also reasonable

This hotel says "Pure Veg" But the hotel is serving non veg as well. When complaint to the staff about this they said the kitchens are different for veg and non veg. If they have both veg and non veg kitchens then why do you have board as pure veg ? This is to attract vegetarian and Indian customers

Average Indian food and forgetful ambience. Puri was really nice although I've had better vadai from roadside stalls. Food is better had fresh and dining in as taking away will take the crisp off your thosai in no time so to speak :)

Good place for vegetarians. Certain items were not in the menu but they agreed to make it for us specially. Really nice of them. Food was really good. Huge dosas with yummy chutneys.

Good food. Reasonably priced. But service could be better. All our food didn't come on time and we had to keep reminding the waiters on missing items

Expected much by looking google map reviews but, reality is less than expected. Vasantha Bhavan and Ponnusuvamy Restaurant are not separated by anything. Even not separated by wall😂. Very small place aswell. Food is the only good thing there. Personally not satisfied with services. Recommend for ordering or takeaway ✌

A Real Treat of Indian cuisine at a very affordable price a a sublime atmosphere heart of Colombo. Incidentally has a separated Non-Veg area I didn't know about.FabuDeliscious
