It is located in Dr. Colvin R De Silva Mw in Union place. Good parking space available but not a lot I guess and washroom facilities near the parking area and it's free of charge for both. The place is much spacious and a good environment for you to enjoy your meal.

The most disgusting form of marketing misrepresentation Ive ever seen! Living in Sri Lanka allows you to experience various forms of marketing misrepresentation, but Ive never experienced it to an extent as disgusting as this. It’s borderline unethical and in a perfect society this should be a criminal offense! Sad to see such a beloved fast food chain falling to such low standards.

Really shocked on the quantity of the rice portion. Barely 1/3 of the box ( almost a kids meal portion ). KFC is one of the places I enjoy a lot. Please maintain your standard. If can't provide enough, don't advertise promotions. Depressing........

Good for a quick snack. Usually really busy between 12-2 pm. Service can be improved and takes about 10-15 minutes during rush hour. They need more staff to up the service. Cleanliness is okay..

If you want to have your KFC meal peacefully this is the place. Even during the busiest time in Colombo, there are only a few customers will be there. Food is fine. The staff is friendly as well.

This KFC has good parking space and serves the specials of KFC. Staffs are good and hospitable. It seems the AC was not working properly. Felt hot inside. Other than this, everything was fine. Liked it.

Standard KFC setup, the chicken was fresh, crispy and tasty. However we ordered the Kutto, which was very soft and felt like it has been sitting there for sometime. Place was clean, nice area hand wash area.

Not Air conditioning very well. Short of staff I think. Only one lady at the cashier. The manager is useless. He just count heads while the customer queue is getting longer. On the positive side, the food is good as always. The cashier lady greets everyone with a smile.

One of the worst experiences un completed menu only few itms available the worst service ever got the food was cool made from hours and i the chef has the dare to give me and other customers microwaved food after waiting more than 20m.. i asked him is it fresh he answered with yes while i saw him with my own eyes microwaving it .. anyway that's true KFC has bad reputation in srilanka..yakky

Good place for dining. Not crowded. Calm and relax place. Nice and active staff. Friendly service. Food taste also ok. Good for couples and families also. Located in middle area of union place. Order will serve to your table within 5 minutes without delay. Highly recommended place for every non vegetarians. Clean enough. However, staffs handling payment counter use their hands without any grabs to grab corns for ice cream. They use paper to wrap the corn at last when they give it to customer, but they have already touch the corn directly by their hands before using paper. They don't care.

Just ordered 5 Submarine at Union place KFC. Oh my goodness. The poor quality of the food. They've pour a curry for the one side of the submarine and it tasted like having bread with Curry. Utterly Disspointed. Never recommend to our office colleagues and so for anyone we know. Poor Food Quality!!!

Requested for an extra cup for the Pepsi forms child the staff at counter purposely delayed without telling any reply...then after 2 minutes said they have to search in the stores. Bad attitude not interested in providing service.

Please do update your Google page ,closing time. After entering the Union place kfc at about 10.25 pm,when starting to order the food,Manager is telling its closed With the kids it's a disappointment for them.please understand the feelings. The union place staffs should be more proffetional.

Mojito was one of my favorite beverages from KFC, but sadly the quality has dropped significantly. It just tastes like a high sugar sprite.

As like other branch the food is good, but i wouldnt give a 4 star because there is no AC for the entire place and only few areas ac is available and spirit doesnt taste like it on a personal note
