Small place but the temple designed and built superbly. Very calm place and superb place to prayers and meditation. Visnu is the main god here Specially, every Sunday they will provide free lunch. Reasonable parking area is also available

This is one of the big kovil's in Colombo and is open to everyone to visit and take part in praying and paying respect to the God's. The entrance has ample parking space and shop's from which you may purchase items necessary for praying such as Flowers,Insence etc. You can also conduct personal pujawa by requesting the Sharmin, this maybe for progress in your life, protection, improvement in business, studies, job etc. They do close quite quickly on Staurday's at like 7:30-8pm.

The temple is very good and clam place to do prayers. If you really mean to pray well with god’s grace all blessings are showered immensely. Best time to visit is early in the morning.

I'm a Buddhist. Somedays me and my friends attending the sunday prayer. It was such a nice and calm place. Sometimes when there was special events like weddings they providing lunch. It is very cultural place. We sat on the floor and ate thosa. That day was awesome.

A very calm and serene environment. The Kovil premises are all covered with trees and plants which makes the area more appealing. It was actually a bit busy on the evening we went. The pooja work done here is very organised and pleasing. You can also make offerings from the flower shop which is available in the kovil premises. Parking was quite small but manageable. Yet it would have been better if there was more parking space. It is highly praisable that the prayers and way of making offerings is very methodical which makes it a lot more easier to do our prayers. There are many devalas for other gods as well.

Serene , Spiritual, Peaceful atmosphere, Balance of Thoughts amidst Divine Chanting, and presence of Positive Vibes , felt presence of Unseen Mentor. Words are not enough to explain the essences of Beautiful Divine Temple. Each Visit to this Divine Abode beings moral mental peaceful clarity. Love this place.

Unique vishnu koyil in dehiwala for hindu people to pray. Special poojas in special occasions. Always people are around. Can come sit and pray in clam environment. Sunday is special day. Bit crowded in sunday because of special poojas. It has wedding hall inside temple compound.

Very spiritual temple, of God Vishnu. They have special poojas on Sundays & Annathanam ( alms giving lunch) will be given to all the people who comes there. I really love the pond & the statue of Lord Krishna riding Arjuna ( mahabharata character) to the final war, preaching him the bhagavathgeetha ( the sacred book of Hinduism).

The place is simple and neat. Went there at noon and it wasn't crowded so enjoyed the whole ambience alone with a calm environment. Loved the place.

Sri Venkateshwara Maha Vishnu Moorthy Kovil best place to get blessings from and worship Vishnu Deviyo. There are special puja call vishnu shashra nama puja. For that You have to call the kovila and arrange a time. You can do puja for Katharagama Deviyo, Gana Deviyo, Ishwara Deviyo, Shiva Deviyo, Paththini Maniyoband and Etc If you wish to worship with red or white Nelum Flowers its better take flowers from Bellanvila

It's one off greatest place for a hindu to go and get ones spiritual mind uplifted and the issue is the kovil small. Loads of people come on weekends. You have to pray in rush not relaxedly. This place is one of the most powerful divine places I have ever been to.

Attended a wedding today. The wedding was at the hall they have built independently to the Kovil. Good place and some wonderful vegetarian food.

Crowded in Saturday and Wednesday. Limited entry due to lack of parking. Pleasant environment. Friendly priests. Owner is really supportive. Recommended to visit during day time to avoid crowds. Be careful in narrow roads since lots of traffic.

Nice temple architecturally and the Sami's are nice too. However the trusses of the temple keep cattle in squalid conditions and never moved about. While satisfying cultural norms you also have to be empathetic to other living creatures.
