Poor service. I stay around 1 month. Not clean. They not clean the rooms. And water system not working properly last 2 week hot water not working informed several times they not trying to repair that. Room tv not working not replaced last two weeks. I am not recommended this place

This place is outright scary.. do yourself a favour and steer clear. We needed a place to stay overnight urgently and looked for the nearest hotel. We expected it to be slightly rundown maybe but our mouths were gaping as soon as we set foot in the building. We felt quite unsafe just walking up the stairs but we thought the rooms might be nicer (like the pictures). Oh boy were we mistaken. The walls probably used to be white at some point in the distant past but they're covered in so many layers of god-knows-what that they've become a dark brown. Imagine rooms at the Cecil hotel- but 20 times worse. Perhaps the only positive aspect of that experience was that the receptionist was kind enough to give us our money back. We'd rather have slept on Galle face green than in that building..

Staff service was awesome. Please do maintain room cleanliness. Over the walls too many spider webs and rest room was not clean. Stings when enter inside. Balcony is too dirty. Dont just display good pics to attract customers and disappoint.

Hotel seems to be old,but the view is just fantastic. It is evident that rooms needs some repair at some places. Do carry universal power adapter here. This hotel seemed to us a bit shady being close to pubs. We were given room on the top floor and v didn't felt anything like that though.

I stayed for one night. It's a nice place in Kollupitiya rooms are facing sea view, good clean spacious rooms but no balcony, friendly staff I would recommend this place for anyone

Spacious,comfy rooms, with sea view. Watching sunset from the room window was amazing. Safe for solo travellers. Rooms are with AC, and a TV. Wash room is clean, with hot water and toiletries. Since its in marine drive, very easy to access to many restaurants and coffee shops. Parking available at the hotel, and 24hrs security at the front. Since it was a short stay, and didn't get food from the hotel, cannot comment on that. Comfortable and safe to stay.

Good views and a good room. But thats about it. The overall experience was bad. Loud music from two of its shady bars/dance clubs will disturb you even on the fourth floor! Worst of all, for their anniversary they played some chants/prayers all night long and made sure each and every room heard it by placing gigantic speakers in every floor! I had to unwire the damn speaker at 4 in the morning to catch some sleep! Ridiculous. The place is overpriced given the experience.

Renovation to the hotel needed. ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS. Ideal for a family of 4. One big studio like apt but be warned there is a night club in the basement and may mot be the best place to stay if u have teenage girls

It was a really bad place. We went there after our airport taxi driver recommended it to us. The room had windows that you couldn't really open, all full of dust, mold and it smelled like piss and mold. Very bad ventilation. Everything falling appart. Loud at night, and i could go on and on. On top of that, Extremely overpriced for what you become. Should be your last option in Colombo.

I entered the hotel through the car park side entrance. It reminded me of a horror movie. Because it doesn't seem to be properly maintained around. I think they only clean rooms. As far as I understood they don't care about hotel appearance. The employees are polite and friendly. If you are choosing a sea side room, the sea is pretty close to the room and you can get the good sea view experience. When I came into the room, I had to kill a cockroach. The smell coming from the bathroom is unbearable. I think there is something wrong with their sewage system at time. WIFI internet connection is not working. As i felt, their restaurant food prices are too much. After all i wanna say to you, The price you pay is not worth it. They charged me Rs. 8500 for one night only room for two persons. Finally you rarely see the standard of 3 star hotel in here.

Food was decent . Had breakfast here. Bacon was not good. It was not even like bacon. The chicken sausage is nice as well as the fresh juice. Service is good. Decent ambience. Just worth a visit if you are staying in the hotel. The hotel has really nice rooms at reasonable rates and facing the sea.
