I was stay there, my last visit in srilanka Colombo. It's good but not maintain service. There have not available food facilities. Also not maintain room service. I was very bad experience on this hotel

Not the best place, main problem was ventilation.. no windows in some rooms , has a smell of a morgue 💀. Most AC's don't work . Saw it's popular with indian traders etc .. just not the quality I was looking for . Good security guard called Deen .. friendly

The hotel’s family room was clean and well-maintained, making our stay enjoyable. It was a good value for the price.

Great place to stay if you are just looking for a night to sleep and shower. Food is pretty good had no veg options at the time we stayed. Room was decent nothing to really complain about. You get what you pay for. No extra amenities. There's lots of great restaurants walking distance. I would recommend Shri Vani Vilas hotel (veg only) and Al Maas (veg & non veg).

The room they gave me was old. The carpet was dirty and the furniture really in bad shape. The bathroom was dirty and the shower had no curtains. The bed was Ok and confortable. I Stayed 2 nights and they forgot to clean my room on the first night. The guy at the desk was unfriendly and didn't know how to treat us as clients. I'm never staying again.

A nice hotel for stay . Parking is limited but security will help to find parking. clan room, staffs are very friendly, and helpful i strongly recommend this hotel

A very good hotel located in the middle of Colombo City. There is an amazing outdoor restaurant in the 1st floor. Very calm environment. The staff is very friendly. Prices are not too expensive. Easy to access. But parking facility is limited.

No proper customer care received by reception. Water glasses was in the room was not cleaned. Found trashes in the cupboard. A/C water out was leaking in the bathroom. most TV channels are not working.

Very poor service, had to wait in the corridor for an hour to get the key, and room was so unhygienic. No proper pillows, AC remotes missing, no international channels on the TV. Not recommended at all.

Nice hotel to stay. Good staffs n very helpfull n polite. Front desk n managers very concerned with guests. Room service perfect. Room is clean n rest room is very tidy. Hotel ambience excellent. Elevator, all floors were maintained very clean This is a good example of lovely house keeping. Since budget hotel no morng newspaper available. i enjoyed free breakfast( Every day different menu and is a buffet breakfast) House keeping manager immediately attends to our needs with respect to house keeping n other related matters concerning our comfortable stay. Reception manager works out a good rate for the room upto his reach. Only television channels is limited. We dont get Tamil suntv news channel and CNN etc. If they increase more international channels it would add to their merits of running a nice hotel. We get very reasonable cost lunch, buffet one. Last but not the least worth n recommend to stay for short or longer periods.

Excellent place to stay in Colombo 12. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy room and washroom. Food was delicious at the restaurant in 1st floor. Highly recommended!!
