If you think of bringing guests DONT stay here if not you will only keep your friends in the dull lobby although u have paid for the room. Dear Management, Make sure you mention in booking.com that you don't allow guests after 9.00pm. That way people who wants to bring guests won't even think of booking. Even 5 star hotels do allow guests to the room. People book your hotel just for the location, please don't ruin ur business by putting childish rules

Great view of sea, had earthquake feelings while train passes. May all hotels have both on marine drive. I stayed a night only. Rooms have good space, but cleanness was not up to mark. Being cheaper (LK Rs. 6,000 per night) worth money.

Was calling to make a reservation fo 5 rooms unfortunately The person who answer the phone very lazy and rude. First impressions is 😤😤poor customer service

Tried calling them to get some information, and my 1st call @9pm was not answered and my 2nd call @10pm was answered by someone who just wokeup from his sleep and before I could even explain why I called and to see other options he was in a rush to say sorry no rooms available and that's all I heard. Owners should take note if they want to survive in a tough competition their staff should be trained well on how to treat guest and calls, or if the reason for tiredness is because of overwork then you should look for additional staff.

Good hotel we booked last minute for an affordable price. Room were nice and big however, the bathrooms were very stinky. It is close to the city and close to shops. The receptionist guy was nice but not owner. We booked the room for few days but one the second day they told me and my family to switch rooms and move our luggages and stuff because a foreign family was coming which was not really fair. You can only use wifi in ground floor.

Rooms are okok not so bad and location is super you have nice beach view.

There is no dining facility because of covid, TV was not working and toilet seat was also not clean.. But location was good and bed was comfy...

Rooms need to be more cleaner for the price charging. Other than that it's very convenient spot in Wellawatha.

Rooms are ok for the price. cockroach problem is there inside bathroom. Outside street noise is always coming even is if we close the windows.

It is a nice and cleaned hotel. Rooms are 90 percentage ok in clean and facilities. There are workers to Clean the rooms hotel everyday. Importantly we can make sunrise 🌅 beautifully and perfectly because this hotel is located in beach side. One important thing there is not parking facility for our vehicles. We want to park in the road side. But they said us they have security guard 💂‍♂️ to maintain the parking vehicles.

Very rude staff and worst service in marine drive. We took 2 rooms and disappointed due damaged air-conditioner and dirty beds. They will treat you very nicely until your payment and then they will not care about your complaints

Location is most wonderful. Rooms and interiors are good. Facilities provided are better than the comparable hotels of this rate range. The staff members are very courteous. Breakfast is complimentary, a real good tasty food. Those who relish South Indian food must try. Overall experience was wonderful.

Located in the seaside, which made me go there but unfortunately I didn't want to stay there due to poor customer service and unfriendly staffs especially from the reception area. Rooms are not looking same in real as pictures advertised. Need improvements to attract people.

Rooms are spacious. Perfect in terms of views from almost all the rooms. Lobby is well lighted and kind of open and spacious. I could not give 5 stars becoz there is no swimming pool facility which is , I think, is a must in a hotel.

We stayed there in August 2016, the room we stayed in was small but spotless. The pricing very fair. The view was gorgeous. Outside the room it was very stark and the facilities at the hotel as good as non existent. The small Tea Coffee bar in the room was the only solace. The staff were polite and helpful.

This is a simple hotel, well located in welawetta colombo 6 with bare minimum features. Good for a short stay. Apart from that if one is looking for a comfortable and upscale stay you need to look elsewhere. Very courteous staff but the rooms aren't that nice as there are issues with insects and damaged furniture which you wouldn't expect in a hotel. I stayed there for 13 days as i was on a religious visit and spent most of my day outdoors. If you are looking to do that then choose this hotel. The management were looking to upgrade, if they can do that it will be an excellent place to stay due to ots location, but until then it will remain simple.

Great! Sai sea Hotel is luxurious and comfortable. Also affordable. My experience with the hotel is almost satisfied. Pleasing environment makes me a calming and stressed off. Thank you .
