V got a 2 bedroom service apartment. Very nice for the price. Buffet breakfast was nothing to write home.

I was a bit worried because of some of the bad reviews but I wasn't disappointed. The rooms and the bedding were clean, I liked the amenities too. Worth for the price and location.

We stayed in a 3 room apartment, very good size with view to sea...housekeeping staff was doing a very good job with cleaning everyday and very helpfull...there is also kitchen with microwave and keytle to warm water..you can always call the reception and ask for more plates and cutleries

Lovely cosy place to stay. Very nice friendly staff. Everything was great. You can park your vehicle in their secured garage. They are monitoring through CCTV cameras. Room service will be available for 24 hours.

This is my first review. I have never had such an urge to write a review whilst staying at the hotel. This is a budget hotel and would definitely consider if this is even a 3 star hotel. Firstly in our first room we had issues with the air conditioning, the door was so stiff you were unable to open and close. We were then moved to another room. Issues again with the air conditioning with now water leaking onto the mattress. We soon came to realized there was a strong pungent smell from the toilet room seeping into the main room. We could smell the sewerage passing through. We had decided to have dinner after a long day. I had ordered the club sandwich which stated chicken. They decided to pull a fast one and put some sliced meat without telling me. Slow Wifi as well although that was not too much of an issue. Avoid staying here.

we stayed here almost 20 days. it is good service apartment, wherein two or more person can stay comfortably, with lessor cost compare to hotel. Though, the restaurant is not as per our liking, nearby lot of hotels and restaurants are there. The service is Good. Facility is Good. Free Wi Fi connection are there. Good for tourist who wants to stay in Colombo for one day and pass on. it is advisable for three or more people to stay at a economical rate.

Very clean and comfortable bed.. located at a very convenient place with access to almost all the shops and public transport. Price is slightly on the higher side compared to other serviced apartments. Room size is smaller than expected..

A well kept hotel close to the beach area. Also in close proximity to the main road with plenty of shopping outlets. The cost is similar to other facilities nearby but pricey in comparison to other cities in South and Southeast Asia. Mainly servicing Chinese tourists and workers. Pleasant and quiet.
