This is probably the biggest hidden Gem of a Hotel that I have discovered during my holiday in Sri Lanka. The place is just brilliant. Clean, conveniently located to all the amenities ( Located to all the shopping and restaurants, transport, can get to the airport very quickly) and it also Gave me the sense of staying in nice quite Villa awhile staying in my own home. The management (Thiwanka) was so welcoming and gracious. They did everything they could to make our stay a memorable one.

Pros:- affordable price, clean room, good location, high security Amazing experience. Rooms are clean and nice, it was late night checking and they didn't even bother with money, just gave me the room. Highly recommended for anyone.

I did not go there But I booked a room via Booking .com and called them to confirm I got the number from google .Answered the phone call by lady and she talked me aggressively. Then I cancelled it without going there.I think need to improve their service.

Extremely adorable hotel. I wish i had more time there. I had a nice room with very hot shower and AC. They have a kitchen and the garden is wonderful. Thanks Thiwanka for being a great host and always being helpful. Totally recommend.

Bed isn't that comfortable. But staffs are super cool. Nice location.

It was a pleasant stay. Helpful two old ladies found very humble. They were try to make my stay comfortable as much as possible.

Excellent place to stay in Kiribathgoda! Owner and caretakers were very friendly and easy to contact! Rooms were clean with AC, cable, hot water, and a garage to park your car! Hotel location is close to everything—supermarket and restaurants. Stayed on and off for about 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience!

Better facilities for a good price. All living facilities there. Parking available enough. Balcony for all rooms, Iron, outside chairs, Free Wifi, Inside fridge, Clean wash room, Hot water, Air conditions, Tea / cofee maker available. Friendly staff. Tiled floor. New hotel. Better to come from Kalaniya Temple site. Google Map route quite difficult. Recommended place

"A nice cosy hotel which was located in the city center. A very convenient location because all the attractions were at a walking distance. Very budget friendly hotel with decent rooms and a good breakfast spread. The staff were very nice and friendly. Enjoyed staying there."

Perfect base to see Colombo upon arrival or prior to departing. We absolutely loved the clean, modern rooms and the hospitality extended to us by the owners Priya and her husband Saman. Kudos to the caretaker Dayananda for catering to our every needs while we were there and for the wholesome breakfasts he prepared. Highly recommend Kelaniya Heritage. It's a little oasis with every imaginable restaurant close by and Pick Me cabs and tuks aplenty.

Booked a room for 8 days over the phone, and it was easy. The room and bathroom was clean and with quality fittings. It was easy getting around as the place was very close to the main road, and well placed in the heart of town. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. Very secured and quiet place. Enjoyed the stay and we'll book again if needed.
