Cloud 7 is the restaurant at Saninro Hotel where you find mouth watering foods including Indian foods. My family loved their Indian food with butter chicken masala which is exceptional. The vibe is very good to hang out with your family and friends while enjoying background music and meals with lot cocktails and drinks. They serve wide range of forging and local drinks and beers. Noted that lot of female groups hangout there since they maintain high standards. Rooms are spacious and clean for stays. Also they have banquet hall which can cater 300 people and two small party rooms each can cater 70-100 people. They have safety car park with onsite security personal. Recommended to family / couples/ friends who want to have good food with good vibe 😊

Good place to hangout with friends and family. They got a roof top which is called Cloud7 and a very good place around ragama. Prices are affordable and food is fairly good. Staff is good and the service is okay. For me nothing to complaint. Enjoyed the time spent there. Attached the menu here.

The rooms were overpriced for what they offered – outdated furnishings and a lackluster ambiance. The staff's attitude was indifferent and unhelpful, making the experience even worse. It felt like a blatant money grab rather than a genuinely pleasant stay. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for better value and service.

We celebrated a birthday party there. Friendly service and kind people. They arrange plates and napkins for each one of us only the birthday cake we had to bring from outside. We also had lunch. Food absolutely delicious. We enjoyed a lot. Thank you. 🙏☺️❤️

I have ordered mixed chop suey and it was okey. They did not include any rice for it and we have to buy additional rice for that dish. Dish is filled with alot of vegetables and very few pieces of meat. Then the waiter recommended me to eat biriyani and he mentioned that they have Indian chef. OMG that's the worst biriyani I had in my entire life. Chicken piece is smaller than egg. I have attached the pictures of it and the rice taste like over cooked. I have complained that it to manager and he's very nice and genuine person that he understood my issue. He checked my complaint with the kitchen and he come to know that the biriyani is over cooked. Finally they kind enough to give me some discount for my final bill. But this restaurant is not in my recommendation.

Well maintained place.

Went there to see for an wedding hall... The staff was supportive yet they can be improved. The location is easy to find. They have enough parking facilities. Can say the place is nice and pretty. How ever the rates are a bit high. If they can be reduced it would be great. Can recommend for birthday parties and other functions. Banquet hall was huge. Overall experience was okay.

So the place is nice and cozy. You get a nice hall for functions and it's not overly sized. The parking is the only downside for me because it's not very spacious. Food is good for the budget. The place is very modern and with multiple ways of accessing the building

Good place to take a beer with a chat, they serve hard liquor also, so you can not bring your own brand and drink here, foods can rated as average, not the greatest food i had in that price range. friendly atmosphere , ladies also can enjoy this place since they are maintaining a quantity there which most of the places dont have. prices for rooms are above average in comparison of room sizes. Food prices are average. They have in house gym also,

Ordered a Chicken Biriyani via uber eats today. potion size is a bit more than for one person. Rice used is not a quality basmathi probably some long grian rice. Not Flavourful, very basic, very avarage. over all Not satisfied will not be ordering again.

One of my friends from overseas stayed in this hotel & I went with him to the hotel to pick a few stuff. I stayed back in the car with the engine running in front of the way (no way blocking anything) while he quickly came. Meantime, hotel security asked how long I'll be staying & whether I'll be gone quickly, etc.. Very bad service.

Cloud 7 Pub/ family restaurant is a very calm and relaxed place throughout the day. A must to visit if you want to hang out in Ragama. Friendly staff and good food. Sometimes the music can be annoying. Rooms are small and basic but it will do.

Best place in Ragama. (I mean in Ragama) rooftop vibe is good. Servers are overall okay. Some are weird. Ask marginally insulting questions when ordering food. Food is good.

There’s a nice pub located inside the hotel called Cloud7. Everything is good but taking much time for dine in orders. We have been sitting for a long time while waiting for the food

We really wanted to try a new place to have a party close by. We have been to different places around and last evening we happened to visit your premises to spend the evening. Food was delicious, service was not too bad. But we found that the liqour was not up the satisfactory level. In other words I honestly say the liqour was fake. We know the real taste of the drink we ordered but we were given some other brand which was so uncomfortable after drinking. Not only me even my other colleagues had the same issue. We are not boozed but felt vomiting and was burning in and out of the body. The major issue was the General manager did not accept and also the way he addressed us was not pleasant at all. The customer handling was too bad. So guys please be alert and be careful of the liqour when you purchased. Thank you

Another great place to have a beer. This place is located on the rooftop of the Saninro Hotel, near the Ragama Hotel. Through the concept of "restaurant and bar", a wide variety of dishes are available at reasonable prices. Because of the rooftop, you can experience this while looking around.

Place is new and clean. There's a nice rooftop restaurant with a view. Unfortunately the view is mostly taken up by the surrounding hospitals. We ordered food (mostly bites) and there service was quite slow. They had a calypso band playing who was reasonably okay. They also had a private room for dining which felt like a boring conference room and we immediately decided to use the rooftop restaurant instead.
