We book one room and when we went there staff came to us said you book a room that room not nice we will give you another room. And they charge us much more money. Dont go this place they cheat their customers. Totally very bad service. Room wasnt clean and so many cloths hanging around the hotel lobby balcony. Very very cheap place. I just wanted reply to owners reply. Once we entered to the lobby staff said the room you book its not good and you will not like it. How come hotel staff can say this? And how he know that i will not like the room which i booked. Because they are cheating their customers they put the pictures of other room and give another room just to get the business and they knows that. I have been traveling 8 countries in 2023 and only i had 1 bad reviews in a hotel and i am a local guide almost to level 7. I went to this hotel and i give my credit card to for payment and they said they dont have a credit card machine how come if they rate as them self 3 star hotel and they dont have credit card machine. And i told him to send his bank details but i fortunately i couldn’t send from my forign account as i am not living in sri lanka. Then i told them let me go to the ATM and bring the money they did not accept. Owner said wait 20 min he will bring the credit card machine so i waited some times i saw he was delayed and i had borrow money (cash)from my friend to pay for this room. See the reply from owner how dirty he is. He is trying to cover his dirty things by misguiding. Dont go to this place they will cheated u again and again. I said there was a laundry hanging on the hotel lobby and smell so bad and no apologies for that. Stay away from this scammers. And look the all reviews most of them is negative.

only 1room available. Family mates and kids are always at home.It's not a soundproof room.Also No water facility and a/c is not getting cool properly.No privacy for a couple at all.Never recommend this

The owner cannot be trusted at all. We booked the place at Ja Ela for four nights and paid an advance too. On arrival at the airport we got a text message from him to say that he had to give that place to another person. Also he said there was a robbery at Ja Ela Nature's Bliss. He also tried to increase the price saying about taxes and charges. We were given the place at Ragama and it was not convenient for our plans and had to spend more money on travelling. Could not have a proper shower due to low water pressure. The room was not fully ready on arrival even when he knew we were arriving after a long journey. The bathroom was not clean. The owner stayed at the property from time to time. He smoked indoors. However, two care takers, Indika and Champika were good. We advise you not to book this place.

No any view or scenery as on photos,hospitality is fine,It's just a house convert to hotel.

Now that I spent 2 month in Sri Lanka, i Can Say you Can find more cheap and clean places. Here is about business, and the food is not what you can expect for the hight prices. The place is ok but be sure to Ask for every detail and prices before to take it..

Central location with clean rooms. usefull pool for the extreme hot weather .

The place is great calm and with good privacy. Considering the rainy season, the pool is not clean as in the photos. The owner of the hotel is being helpful with travel arrangements. If you had an unlimited budget, they could provide chartered travel for you.

Super Place.. Nishan the Host is great.. Friendly.. Caring person... To improve I can say cleanliness is need to be done far better than now... Service can be improved... Not only focus on money... Easy access to main places... Transport is easy to find... Train tuk tuks are available... All day long...and TV is still 1990s... Channels you have non international or sports.... Better for Sleep over night and go out early morning....
