visited
Dhawalagiri
Restaurant
with
high
expectations,
but
unfortunately,
my
experience
left
much
to
be
desired.
I
feel
compelled
to
share
my
honest
feedback
to
help
others
make
informed
decisions.
First
and
foremost,
the
hygiene
standards
at
Dhawalagiri
Restaurant
were
disheartening.
I
observed
the
staff
using
their
bare
hands
to
handle
food
and
place
it
directly
onto
plates.
Furthermore,
the
tables
were
noticeably
unclean,
which
significantly
impacted
my
dining
experience.
The
service
at
Dhawalagiri
Restaurant
was
a
major
letdown.
Throughout
my
visit,
I
felt
neglected
and
overlooked.
Despite
sitting
at
my
table
for
a
considerable
amount
of
time,
no
waiter
came
to
attend
to
me
or
even
acknowledge
my
presence.
The
lack
of
attention
and
indifference
from
the
staff
were
disappointing,
to
say
the
least.
It
was
evident
that
the
establishment
was
understaffed
or
poorly
managed.
Another
aspect
that
contributed
to
my
dissatisfaction
was
the
lack
of
friendliness
displayed
by
the
staff.
The
overall
atmosphere
lacked
warmth
and
hospitality,
which
is
essential
for
a
pleasant
dining
experience.
Even
after
settling
the
bill,
I
had
to
endure
an
extended
waiting
period
just
to
get
the
attention
of
a
waiter.
Such
delays
and
disregard
for
customers'
time
are
simply
unacceptable.
In
conclusion,
my
visit
to
Dhawalagiri
Restaurant
was
marred
by
subpar
hygiene
practices,
unprofessional
service,
and
an
unwelcoming
atmosphere.
As
a
customer,
I
believe
it
is
crucial
for
restaurants
to
prioritize
cleanliness,
attentive
service,
and
a
friendly
ambiance.
Sadly,
Dhawalagiri
Restaurant
fell
short
in
all
these
aspects
during
my
visit.
I
hope
that
the
management
takes
these
concerns
seriously
and
makes
the
necessary
improvements
for
the
sake
of
future
patrons.
It

my

that
