Bought a cake piece which was solid cold and tasted old. Not really reasonable for the price as well. Environment inside is nice. Service is good. 1 piece of cake can't do justice for my whole review but 2 stars it was that bad. Didn't even eat the piece.

Advertised for “work” friendly cafe, but the whole building has about 5 plug points. And the private “work” stations does not have any plug points. They are more like a private cubicles for couples with curtains on (it looked so dodgy). If that’s their business module that’s totally fine but they are called E-cafe!! And it is misleading. The food is mediocre and way overpriced for that quality. Pizza is starting from 1200 and the pizza base is like some sort of a tortilla. On a special note: the chef should lay off the mayo for a bit. There was mayo in my sweet scrambled egg sandwich! And in most of the dishes I saw coming out! But the staff is really nice and friendly. End note: I would never go there again!

Convenient location in front of the police park with decent parking space within the dedicated parking area. They have a nice setup with couches, separated rooms and private dining cubicles. Hospitable staff provides a great and efficient service. They offer a range of hot and cold beverages and some great meals. Prices seems moderate and on par with prominent cafes in town. Recommend for couples, families and large groups.

This place has quite a lot of privacy especially in the cabins upstairs. Could spend all day in the cafe with high privacy in cabins once your bill exceeds Rs.1500/ Food was delicious. I heard a lot of people say things like people peek into the cabins and all, but it wasn’t like that, you can spend hours and hours alone and have full privacy in the cabins with no problem at all. There are cameras focused onto the sofas and batwing doors in the cabins. There are open rooms with tables and sofas. Very peaceful and silent, books on the shelves to read. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone. There were no negative points that I could think of . If you’re searching for privacy this is one of the best places I would suggest. My experience was great and I would definitely visit this place again in the future..

Cafe is for couples to have privacy. To have such a closed table you need to pay above 2500LKR. Food is not tasty and they call a Naan with cheese a Pizza priced at 1400LKR. Food is overpriced and taste bad. It's all about couples having privacy and good for have a meet with friends. Not a place to have tasty meals which worth the price. Smoking area is available and washrooms are in fine condition.

E-Cafe is an amazing place places to hang out with your friends and family. It’s located opposite to Police park grounds. This place has a different vibe and it’s wonderful. They have a cool menu with different verities of food and beverages. They have a decent seating area and the speciality is they have separate dining areas divided. It’s very convenient and have privacy. And you can get great photos for your social media posts as well, because they have a cool surrounding in the restaurant The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to spend a quality time with wonderful food. 😍

The owner of this coffee shop is Korean. The strong scent of imported Korean coffee is excellent. The bread made in Korean style is really good. Spaghetti here is the best in Sri Lanka. All menus taste the same as Korea.

I went to buy a birthday cake for my child. The green tea roll has a beautiful color and it was easy to eat because a lot of cream was not too sweet. Next time I want to buy almond rolls.

Good atmosphere , the day I went coffee machine is not working .. many stuff were not there .. cashier didn't know that they don't have the AMEX facility .. also on top of that they charge 3% for the credit/ debit card payments . Very bad service . Food is ok .. Good parking space ..

This is the first time I visited this place, and it managed to give me a good first impression. All the items available in the shop is made in house. The food is healthy and it has creamy taste which u rarely get from coffee shops. Also, I have to say I'm impressed with their coffee menu. All the items are very affordable. Their coupon system just attract you to come and try more.

I've been here a couple of times and I have tried almost all of the food and beverage options here. Food is overpriced and its quality and taste is below par. For example: I tried the cheesecake here once and it had a massive block of ice in the middle. And the ice latte/mocha tastes like water with sugar. I only recommend the spaghetti with bacon/chicken. It's the only item which is on a satisfactory level. Overall the atmosphere is calm with lounge music playing in the background. But the food is horrible and way too expensive.

Private dinning place

This cafe has a unique arrangement. Would loved it if they could have better air-conditioning in the afternoons. Have a few unique drinks. Love the seating arrangements on the 1st floor. Boxed-rooms type of a thing. Parking is about for 5 vehicles. Friendly service. Prices are indicated without tax.

Had a very poor experience as the cake ordered was stale / spoiled. Clearly it was kept in the freezer for days coz the cream was all frosty On top of that there were ants in the coffee Washrooms were horrible

Good place

I conducted a workshop for two of my delegates at E Cafe for 3 days. They have two closed rooms that you can book (at no extra cost) just for yourself and conduct your sessions there. We used a projector and projected to the white wall. The air conditioning system was not properly functioning though.

Absolutely Amazing place. I'll start with how my experience started, The Cashier, who may be the head of the place, was very welcoming and gave life to the cafe. I'll be honest, I wasn't a fan of the Hawaiian Pizza, felt it was way too thin but the Strawberry Smoothie was on point 🫶🏼 Absolutely will recommend the place to anyone who wants to have a peaceful place to get their work done or the upper floor to mingle (I think you have to have a certain amount in your bill to go upstairs)

Great place to hang out with friends and have a chat. Highly recommended for official meetings as their meeting rooms are spacious and you would rarely be disturbed with noise. The staff are very good and friendly. The only negative point would be their very limited menu. But the prices are really affordable on the available limited menu items.

E-cafe used to be a good place to hangout but its reduced in quality over the months. The sofas and the seats at the place have become dirty and require to be cleaned or shampooed. The coffee is not great, any coffee lover can vouch for that. The place is good to have meetings and discussions as they have private rooms you could reserve prior to coming to the place. Overall its a place good for meetings and doing work , which is fair enough I guess.

One of the cool cafes in Colombo with uniquely spaced dining areas which is quite an intersting concept! The whole space is quite spacious and perfect to actually get some work done with not a lot of distractions!

Lovely place to chill at, work and best part is they have got like mini private corners if you want privacy. Absolutely love how they have managed the space.

First of all this place opens at 10am not 8am owner of the place or manager please change this on google maps. Secondly i went in a little early at 9:30 cos i thought it opens at 8 and there was one employee (a guy) who told me to go out cos he hasnt cleaned the place yet. I asked if i can sit somewhere until he does or stay inside at the entrance and he couldn’t be the least bit polite and plainly said they open only at 10 😒 i came in an uber and had to stand outside in the road till this fellow cleaned the cafe and was ready! Worst customer service 👎🏻

Nice and relaxing place

The menu is a bit off-putting though the portions are a plenty for the price. The booths here afford decent privacy but the tables in the booths are too high.

Since 10pm, the staff says that we have to walk out because they need to close and leave by 11pm. But still until this day Google says they are open from 9.45am to 12am....

The bread here is still of high quality. Recently, alcohol service has finally begun!

The most expensive orange juice I've ever had in a cafe in Colombo. Rs.830/- It's a extremely exorbitant pricing and even there other items were too pricey. More expensive than coffee bean for coffees. It's an hangout spot for teens and young adults.

The staff service was very poor ! I ordered a cappuccino and it was not upto standard!
