The best value for money pastry shop in Colombo 5. Food is tasty and made with care. The staff is friendly and attentive (much better than the staff at their branches at Nawala and Battaramulla). Fast processing of orders. Sweets are less sugary. Our favorite Bacon &Egg pastries are best with their home-made sauce. Parking space for about 8 vehicles and seating capacity for about 30 pax. Highly recommended for a snack at a relaxing setting, for reasonable prices. Freshly made tea and coffee (instead of machine made) and a restroom are the only areas for improvement (which could've earned ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐).

I tried their blueberry cheesecake which cost Rs800. It's really worth it and there are so many bakery items for reasonable prices. Apaart from this it's located in a rush place but fortunately you can't feel it inside 😜

Good please for a snack and a coffee. Ample parking space is available here. Staff is okay. After 2 cups of coffee and a snack I wanted to use the washroom but to my surprise I was told that the facility is out of service!!! When asked from the staff that it's a basic facility that a customer should have, they were unable to provide me of a solution. Absurd. If they had told me that first on a note at the door I would never have walked in.

Klassy has been the best place for butter cake 🥮 in Colombo for years. Nice restaurant! Good pastries! Dilusha and the Manager was very nice and helpful. Recommend place for tea in havelock town area.

Located in the middle of the city. Yet, specious and a convenient location. Food is worth the price paid. All items are great in quality and taste. Bacon and egg pastry, eclair and the ice coffee tops the list. The service is quite good too. Hi

One of the few Pastery shops around. Could find all sorts of sweet and savoury delicacies. Friendly staff. Although not really a fan of their red velvet role or the pineapple upside down cake. Savouries were good tho! Update : their Blueberry Cheesecake and the Gateau cake and they were so good, so worth the price (which was very fair too). Chicken Pot pie was alright too!

This place, I wish I had known earlier. It is situated in a place close to the main road (138 route) and there is enough parking space as well. Inside it is very clean and nice. The staff is very friendly and they treat the customers so well. The food is so tasty and the portion sizes are unbelievably good with a very reasonable price. We brought their chocolate fudge cake which is very fast moving due to its good quality. And the savoury items are all so reasonably priced, they have their own sauce as well unlike other pastry shops. We also tried their Pineapple upside down cake where they give you a generous piece of it. Their home-made ginger beer was also good but it was a bit too sweet for my taste. However it was such a nice experience there and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for their snack-needs for sure.

I've never had anything from Klassy but as per my friends comments it's a pretty decent place to have cakes and short eats. But I am concerned on whether this place is halal certified.

Klassy is one of the oldest pastry shop we patronize regularly ,today I got a spicy chicken pastry wich was old and stale specially when someone takes away food restaurant’s and cafes tend give stale food to customers ,many years of reputation of a business is washed away wit this type service, request the management to look into this area and get rid of old stock as a policy, the pasty was dry and sour and not fresh at all as we come here to buy quality food,I also tried calling their no answer.

I visited this week and had a really enjoyable time. Pastry shops are a bit of a hit and miss lately, probably with the price of ingredients being what they are. Places that I’ve loved have reduced their quality or quantity despite raising prices but this wasn’t my experience with Klassy. I ordered a bacon and egg pastry and a chicken samosa. The pastry was amazing, buttery and flaky, generously filled and very well seasoned. It took me back to having bacon and egg pastries as a kid and I forgot how much I used to enjoy them. The chicken samosa was also good, generously filled but the flavors didn’t hit the spot as much. The ambience at this shop is also calm and inviting. The staff were friendly. They don’t serve normal ketchup with the short eats but what seemed like an in-house made sauce which was a nice touch. There are lots of people coming and going. I definitely look forward to going again and trying a few things from their sweet side which looked great. 100% recommend coming here for a snack. Value for money, tasty, nostalgic and great quality.

I am only going to rate your Love cake based on the feedback I received from my friends. Excellent Every year I bring back Love cakes to be distributed along with a pack of VInrose tea to my friends (mainly European). I ve loved the P&S cake, although they needed to work on presentation. Last year my nephew gave me a stack of cakes from Fab - the boxes were beautiful and the cake was equally delicious. I never got any feedback from my friends but this year I ve even heard that it was too much to resist and some family members are even unaware that there was a cake. I personally found it crumbly but who am I to complain when the others disagreed with me. I would just like an expiry date on the box that was missing. Also, get some of the Love cakes to the airport as my friends are going to look for it in transit.

The pastries, savories, cakes and sweets are fresh here. Mutton roll is a must try. Plenty of seats inside and outdoors. Good for a quick bite or snack. Overstaffed? Maybe you need many, as the crowds are quite demanding. Parking for 10 cars available. Occasionally the parking becomes a problem. Wheel-chair friendly. Staff seem to be enjoying their work.

The best Muttom rolls. The staff is so lovely. Food is value for money. Been a client since I was in my mummy's tummy 😁.

The quality of the pastries at Klassy was truly exceptional. Each bite was a harmonious blend of fresh, high-quality ingredients that showcased the skill and expertise of the talented pastry chefs. From the first taste, it was evident that great care and attention had been given to every aspect of the pastries, from their exquisite flavors to their flawless textures.

Food tastes delicious! Fairly priced. But parking can be a problem on week days. Staff not very attentive.

  • 1/5 chathuranga b. 1 year ago on Google
Food is ok, but the security guard handling the parking is worse. He doesn't do the job, lazy and makes whole De Fonseka Road a mess. Always asks tips from the parking customers. If your management do not concern thos security guard you will loose lots of customers and businesses opportunities.

Klazzy was really good in the past . Just brought bacon and egg pastries. It was difficult to taste find the bacon or taste it. The sausage roll has become half sausage roll 🤣. Klazzzy gone

This place used to be great a decade ago, they’ve got a facelift and more parking now but that’s all that’s good about it. Can’t speak for the savories, but the cakes are dry and the cream in the eclairs had a weird medicinal aftertaste. The staff were talking loudly about their personal matters while taking customers orders like an afterthought, in between their conversations. Cashier lowkey shamed a man asking for the prices of short eats and bad-mouthed him after he walked out! Honestly shocked that the staff in such a fancy looking place behave this way. Would not visit again, would not recommend.

Fantastic place since I knew it. Firstly in Battaramulla. Then here & Nawala road. Ample of parking. Collection of snacks & sweets are more. I always preferred snack by this. They have renamed Nawala outlet as Kurtush. Need to clarify both of these outlets are owned by same owner.

Loved the variety of snacks and drinks. My favourite pick is the mutton roll. Iced coffee was great too. Place and ambience were really awesome. Good safety measures due to covid. Great staffs. They were so polite and efficient. Highly recommended.

Great pastries and other short eats. My 2nd order got botched up by Uber eats though which left a bad taste in the mouth (pun unintended) and was not resolved. Basically I paid but did not receive my order. Fault was not Klassy's though and Uber eats service and attitude was deplorable. Klassy's staff were not able to step in and help as there was no manager available at the time.

Food tastes great! Thank you for maintaining the same great quality. Every time I visit my home country, this is one place I make sure to visit. To try there ice coffee and my favorite short eats 😋 thank you many years of great taste!

Hi we always patronize you and love the quality of your food. But, today, we noticed that the size of your bacon & egg has gone smaller. Is it due to the cost escalation?

Definitely recommend this place. Ambience was really pleasant and calm. Safety precautions were maintained properly due to the pandemic. Menu had a great variety of snacks, sweets and pastries along with the choices on drinks. Tried most of the snacks on the menu and all were delicious. Friendly staffs. They were quick and efficient. Parking facility is available.

I ordered a mutton roll at the havloc city mall, and I found a piece of string inside it. Very disgusting and it could have been a choking hazard.

I ordered a sandwich and i am the one who had a cold sandwich… it old and expired… once i said to staffs the dose not respond also… The hospitality from klassy staff was very poor. Do we need a like this poor outlet havelock city mall??

😐 I had high hopes on this place while everyday I pass this place to and from work. Today I happened to attend something in the morning without having breakfast. On my way back home I hopped in here for late ( very late) breakfast. Place is so charming. Neat and lovely. But the staff is not warm and f...

👍 A very aesthetically pleasing interior. With a great shisha lounge in the back garden area.
