Ordered "fresh" Soursop via ubereats. All soursop fruits were spoiled. Expected better after being charged a premium price for the product. Very disappointed.

Ordered over 2500LKR order over Uber eats app. they delivered only a pack valued less than 1500LKR.Called their land line and reported on this also. but they said uber delivery guy has stolen.. but when i see their bad reviews on google i can see they are pretending their business as a valued service to customers. also their items have very higher charge, so the quality and service must be better than other stoles..You have no far future and we can gurantee that seeing your bad reviews on google.. Also when i reporting this issue to their land line , a lady admire that something was wrong with their order, but later their manager, Upul has called me back and wanted to explain that this was stolen by the uber driver.. that is so rude and they never do that, they are very poor/innocent people.. That was how their manager Upul wanted ro solve it in a cunning way.. and i heard thats how they treat their customers once they got any complains via uber eats.. So BE CAREFUL. If this has happend to to make sure to report in a uber eats app. They are very cunning and this has never happend via a uber eats before, even from other small stoles, who has fare prices for their goods. RIP Tropical Fresh Good mart 🙏🏼 You are not worth to have any appriciation. We really disappointed on your service.

Be careful from these Cunning people. specially their management is proving very cheap service to their customer and they never value you. And their previous reviews says it all.. even comparing to other good stoles their prices are also far better higher.But for the first sight i thought that was because of their quality service. but thats never true.. I have had bad experience from this poor business. Really disappointed and unhappy about your service.

400 rs for two King Coconuts! This is just daylight robbery! I didnt know the price until I paid. Everything was overpriced here even before today and now they have upped to a whole new gear. I should have read the reviews here before I order juice from this shop! Yesterday I ordered through pickme, two bottles of one litre avocado juice. And they sent only one.

It's just a over priced place. Very small cafe with only a single fan. No AC, even on cool days It's very hot inside. Food is okay but not worth the price. It's mediocre place which charges premium prices

They describe on pickme stall that they serve submarine tandoori chicken and finagal submarine bun but the submarine I ordered was not tandoori chicken, it had deviled chicken and submarine bun cut in to half

Today i have bad experience with tropical fresh good. I was ordered some vegetables through pickme around 3000/= many vegetables are spoiled and some vegetables low quality. I informed to the shop through over the phone one lady shout me to the complain. She said pls sortout your issue through pickme. What is service ????? Realy disappointed

Place for have quick bite . They git plenty of fast food items including fresh fruits items. The do uber /pickme . No dedicated parking spaces

I ordered club sandwich from them. The bread they used for sandwitch had burnt. Lettuce and cucumber was not fresh. Not worthy for money. Disappointed.

Poor quality in service. Juices are fresh but not that tasty, not chilled at all. The prices are higher than the amounts mentioned on the board. They serve the 500ml drinks in bottles. And not friendly in customer care. So all in all not a good experience.

First of all my order took 1 hour to deliver via pick me, just for 3 juices. Secondly I'm very disappointed on the iced coffee you guys sell, it's literally the #Kotmale iced coffee in your packing, please make your own thing rather than ripping off people on pre-made coffees of other brands. Will never order again from this place again!

Their sandwiches are highly recommended. This is a very busy place. If you request for a delivery they take a long time. But the waiting time is worth for the yummy food. Prices are competitive with the other cafe's.

Disappointed!!! Not worth the price at all. Ordered vegetables costing more than 1.5k but not worth it. 250g of cauliflower was just leaves and tiny a part of cauliflower. Not even sure if the vegetables are the quantity I ordered.

Took more than 3 hrs to deliver and they say in there name tropical fresh .. this is how it’s fresh .. totally disappointed. When I call they give lame excuses like, it’s must be the new boy . So It’s not our fault whether it’s a new salesman or not .

They serve Fresh juices and other on the go snacks. Reasonably priced, atmosphere is clean. Recommended

This is a small outlet located besides the rockwood apartments. It has fresh juices, fresh fruit salads and limited number of pastry items. Talking about the quality of fruit salad it is not mind blowing to be honest but for the price range they offer you a better deal. However their kill is the range of sandwiches which are fresh and totally worth the price. Try them if you are visiting for the first time. This place has no designated parking space. Inside you may find about 5-6 chairs for seating so it is not suitable for a large gathering. Staff is friendly and nice.
