Foods are extremely good ,specially sub. Excellent customer service and nice relax place to dine

They deliver. Cash and card payments accepted on delivery too. Food is tasty as always. Their Vegetable Submarine gives the equal pleasure as the Spicy Chicken Submarine.

I have been visiting this restaurant for more than 20 years. The taste is the same and the quality quantity of the food is excellent. The Submarines are very popular. I love the Rice and Curry with Fish at lunchtime with the Jaggery pudding. Delicious tasty and filling. Service is top notch. You can expect consistent and quality food at a very reasonable price.

Update on 30/09/2023 Almost after year went again, nothing to complain,food quality is there and with our country economy crisis there are some sort of price increase and bit reduction in quantity, but no complains and hope they add hot drinks in there menu and some other new foods as well. Friendly staffs, budget friendly restaurant, I'm wondering why most of the dinemore restaurants not refurbish since there in the market for now more than 20 years, recently most of the restaurant has increased there pricing but dinemore fairly still giving a lemon juice for 350/- So can't complain there some Aircon unpleasant to see Toned out, beef chop there signature Dish and 2 people can eat with ordering a extra nan or parata.

This was the very first time I tried out this restaurant located next to Colombo city Centre. We really enjoyed their Dinemore Spicy chicken Submarine and crispy Chicken Burger with Pepsi. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Was staying at Mariot n jus for a snack popped into Dinemore... ordered a beef submarine, which was not as expected..the beef stuffing was not soft...i guess it may be buffalo meat......

Very bad service, we came to eat in the evening time. And we ordered club sandwich, also my friend was sick and she requested a glass of warm water and the staff refused to give. And we asked the manager to come just to get a glass of warm water. And the worse part is he requested us to buy a mineral water bottle to provide a glass of warm water. None of them was good enough to respond to our concerns, and the way treated us is very rude. I hope the management should take decisions against it.

For dinemore, atmosphere is superb. Staff is nice but the service is very much delayed. Quality of the submarines are good. Much better than the quality at Col 7 and Kohuwala branches. Overall, can recommend this place. Again, atmosphere is very nice.

Out of all their branches it's the best one. The atmosphere here is superb. It feels like you are in a 5 star restaurant. The food is good there is plenty of parking in their parking and even road parking is available. The customer service is really good. I started visiting this place recently and now this is my usual place. It's a highly recommended place.

A fairly low end and unhygienic place. We ordered subs which were dry and tasteless. The environment was gloomy and not bright enough. The tables were dirty. The only bright side was the fairly reasonably priced menu. Overall not a place I would recommend for dine-in our take away.

Dinemore is always the go to place for any occasion. I love their submarines with some extra mayo. Recently tried out the veg sub and it was not that bad.

The butter chicken ordered was not in good quality. Too much sauce. Was bit crowded. They have to improve the lighting of the environment. Not much happy with the cleanliness.

I was such a fan of dinemore. Bought veg sandwich from Moors through pickme. But after this, never ever choosing dinemore in my life.I doubt all their hygienic measures now.🤮 Am gna spread this word to my family and friends.

Food is really good. And working stuff in inside perfect. Customer service is excellent. Only problem is there parking issue and security person. Im going with my family 2 or 3 days a week. All the time that security person (that short guy) treated my wife very badly, he doesn't know how to respect or treat a woman.. that person is always with bad attitude, and he never understands his duties properly. Looks like women addicted person. He is not suitable for that place actually. Please do something for that immediately or remove that bluddy worker to an another place. Next time if something happens to my wife again, have to take an action and we will shut him in front of everybody. Hope management will take an action soon

Love the submarine

I have been a fan of dinemore for as long as I can remember but lately the quality has gone down....today I ordered six submarines and they tasted nothing like the usually just plain chicken with some mayo and cheese......they should maintain the quality despite the busy times as we pay a hefty 540 per submarine instead of giving something which you can make at home..... dissapinted and done with them...not recommend anymore .... If someone wants to check out submarines better or similar to this ...check out Burger hut Hill Street or chef rooster on Uber eats...... It's very good and they maintain a high quality always ....

The only submarine I'm addicted to, But please don't keep increasing the price and decreasing the serving size. Also please get me back the Potato Wedges I LOVE IT with the sauce. Thank You Dinemore for all the delicious meals

Love the cozy interior of this place! Service is always quite quick and rates are affordable. Submarines are the bestseller here, and their pizza is very good as well. They also do nice rice and curry at lunchtime, tastes like home cooked!

I ordered a chicken club sandwich from the Dinemore Colombo 2 branch today via UberEats.I received the order 2 hours later and when I opened the box I found only three pieces of the sandwich and a morsel of damp soggy fries. I have ordered the chicken club sandwich previously and have always received 4 pieces of the sandwich with fries. When I called Dinemore Colombo 2 branch they were not very helpful and gave me a contact number to Uber. in addition, I clarified with them re the chicken club sandwich they confirmed that it comes with 4 pieces. When I called the Uber number the restaurant gave me I realized they have given me the merchant helpline. Thereafter I called Dinemore again and then they gave me a mobile number. I spoke to the Uber complaints and they told me to lodge a complaint online, but to see they have rejected my claim. From the customer's point of view, I feel I have just been charged Rs. 1307.00 for an order which was tampered. Extremely disappointed !

Over the past few years, one place we don't regret visiting. Fast food, and lots to choose from. They've got pizzas, burgers, submarines, Indian menu, Western menu, rice & curry, sandwiches etc. And many more to offer from the drinks list. A halal place to visit. Food tastes great and the same when compared to the olden golden days. We used to visit a different branch during earlier days but @ this place too and many more other "Dinemore" outlets, the foods super 👌 👍 😍. Will and must visit with friends and fam (family). Parking available. Atmosphere - ok & spacious. Prices- Good 👍 Keep it up, Dinemore 👌 👍 👏

Good quality food. Don't miss the taste of Signature dish of Submarine and beef chops. One of the best Submarine and resonable price beef chops. But why 3 start is. They always fail to maintain the menu.

I take this opportunity to specially thanks Manager Mr.Shardeen who was very polite and kind. My little one accidently spill the milkshake and he offered a new one complementary considering the incident what happened. He offered us new table and chat with us for few minutes to calm us and specially the little one. Then he left us to have our meal to forget the bad situation where were we. No complaint about the food and it was superb. They have changed the texture of dum chicken biryani and it is better than the previous one. Good staff, good food, good atmosphere what else we need. Highly recommended.

Singaporean fried rice 990rs Very worth it. Better than Dinemore sub, as i ate it yesterday and was still hungry a bit and that cost 1350rs I had the mango Lassie as well, for 500rs, i would not recommend, it has a too strong artificial like mamgo taste Im 6'1 and weigh 80+kg for reference for how filling it was

The place looks very rundown compared to other outlets as of customer service well it's pretty bad if you're looking for a peaceful place without much noise go to another dinemore outlet or don't go to dinemore at all

We went Dinemore in Col 02 on last week and we needed to order Nasi goreng rice but they said that their rice items are all over for that day therefore we ordered 2 beef submarines. After 10 or 15 minutes we got our order and the taste of those submarines were very bad. Not like earlier. And the funny thing is people who came after us they have got rice items. Its very unfair therefore Im not recommend here for anyone. Totally disapointed. 😏😏😏

I went to the Dinemore Braybrook place , spacious location for parking and dine in too. Felt like underground, really nice vibes of a restaurant. Submarines are the authentic cuisine I would say it comes very cheap as 1450 fir beef and same range for Tuna , chicken.. I see many order biriyani during lunch, must be affordable and tasty too. Great place to hangaround for longer time. Service was nice I think all are Tamil speaking English and sinhala too.

We visited to their Colombo 2 outlet which has moved new premises with larger seating space and more facilities. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool, but the staff is also really friendly. Services are relatively fast after they moved new place. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. We ordered below food items. Beef Chop – dish was not cooked up to perfect level, when I informed to manager about it, he took immediate action and replaced. Beef chop comes with one butter naan. Worth for the price. Garlic & Cheese Bread – Portion is not worth compared to other places; we got only 4 pcs of breads. Felt it was overpriced with size of the portion. This is good for children. Beef Shawarma – worth for the price, it was filled with well flavored & cooked beef. If you are looking for some juicy Arabic style shawarmas this the right place. One of my favorite restaurants around town. The meals served rapidly, and the rates were reasonable. Highly recommended. Amazing experience!

Recently renovated outlet looks better than before, but the service and the taste of food is worst. I ordered a chilli chicken shawarma where it should be a rotti stuffed with chicken but now they have added some french fries inside the rotti with around 10% chicken, I couldn't even tasts chicken flavour. My wife ordered a Spicy Chicken Submarine which was terrible 😔

Being one of the oldest of the chain, it does look a little run down compared to all other outlets but, food's still great. Other outlets didn't maintain quality as much. Had to wait sometime for certain dishes but pizza is delivered fast.Very tasty though! ❤ Prices may have gone up slightly, owing to the situ.

The new building is better than the old. Service needs improving cause the staff is quite forgetful. Food remains the same dinemore taste, but with less fries

Food is not that taste like what I had here in the same place 4 years ago which means they are not maintaining their standard and changing all the time. Try to change is a good attempt but before delivering to customers they should evaluate the taste and improve where ever it is required so that they can keep and maintain their customers and increase the base as well.

Today I ordered 4 submarines and i was disapointed with the taste. I have been a big fan of dinemore for donkey's years but now the quality has really gone down..not wort for the money...plz try to maintain the authentic taste of dine more.

I placed an order with value additions to be delivered on 21/09/2020 and paid in advance for the value additins. I received the order without value additions and the delivery guy argued its not mentioned in the bill. I hade to return the order and wait for another one hour to get the original order. This is my worst experiance with a fastfood delivery.

The name of the brand was perfect preticularly this out let was quit disappointments starting from the bathrooms, wash room and also with attitude of the steward, and food was perfect with the taste and quit good in quality too served us very quickly , And one more thing finding a Parking was oh noooooo🙄
