My review is about this particular showroom, not Eser Markering as a whole, I do like their products, they are affordable and of quality. I buy my bars and plates from them. I popped in this place a while ago, the sales guy didn't seem to keen on being of any assistance. Asked him if they had ez curl bars, he replies "na" and looked back at his phone. This was right before curfew so I wanted to get some stuff to work out from home, so next I asked him if they had 10KG plates and how much, he said yes, next I asked if they had 5KG plates and how much they were, he seemed annoyed at this point and told me the price per KG which was like 299/kg or something like that. (basically telling me to do the math by myself) Ended up purchasing 2 5KG plates in the end, the sweet old security guy was more keen on helping me than the sales guy there. Anyways, perhaps you should hire an assistant for that very busy sales guy there since his priority is his phone and his acts like he's doing the customer a favor by selling us your products. Or better even get rid of him and put the security dude in charge since he actually seemed to care more about the store.

I paid 5000 Rupees in advance to reserve a spinning bike, then the curfew started. After 2 months I called to pay tve rest znd asked for the delivery. The guy at the phine told me the bike is in the work shop, something is not working. He was lying, they sold it to somebody else, maybe because of not being organised like his desk was looking like. Then I went to Thalawathagoda Road, there were 2 guys working talking to a cystomer not even greeting me. I waited and asked for help, one if them came and was really not interested in a good service. It seems they don't need new customers. Very disappointing.

I'm soo moved by the customer service, I went today to get some gym equipments as a beginner who knows nothing about gym I was full of doubts and worries, but thankfully the people there were soo kind enough to teach me the ways to workout. They were answering all my doubts and I'm very thankful for them. I have my highest recommendation for this market.

A great place to buy fitness oriented goods. They do delivery as well. The sales person were friendly and helpful in deciding between products. I am disappointed as sometimes the products mentioned in their website "In stock" were not available in the branch. It might be better to call and ensure whether the product that you are searching for is available in branch before a visit. Apart from that I don't have anything to complain about. They have almost all the product an individual needs to maintain regular fitness. There is a limited amount of parking available for vehicles in front of the shop.

Would definitely recommend Eser for any fitness needs. They have a wide selection of equipment with reasonable pricing. Also, they have a good after-sales service, although repairs may take a week or two. They visit your home for repairs if needed.

Good place to buy exercise equipments. Good customer service. The only concern is that they have limited varieties of products. I went to buy a yoga mat but they had only few items. They did not have the color and size I was looking for. Checked on several other branches as well. Same problem. Other than that everything is good.

They sold me stating that they offer door service if something happens to the machine. My machine is now completely stuck and doesn't work at all. Now they ask me to bring the machine to their showroom. And they expect me to disassemble it and bring myself for more than 20 km to the showroom. I DON'T RECOMMEND TO THIS COMPANY AND SERVICE TO ANYONE. Worst service. We just have to pay loads of money for machines and even for service we have to do everything. Totally disappointed!!! --- Since there's no reply option to answer your question, I will edit the review here and send the answer. I've bought few items, but now the issue is with only OrbiTrek. It's Anuradhapura branch. I can confirm that there shouldn't be any parts missing. Because from the day I bought it's still in the same place without any movements around.

Didn't have space or privacy to test the machine. Salesperson blatantly lied that the body sculpture brand was the same as the orbitrek. Thankfully, I wasn't that stupid. Promised delivery over the phone, and then refused saying only bigger machines were delivered. The elliptical strider be 5925 is cheap, btw.
