A gem in the city center. This is our second stay at Unique Towers. It is located right at the center of the city giving access to all the 5 star hotels & their restaurants. Among other things, the apartments are immaculately clean and the staff who work there went the extra mile to make us feel more than at home. For us, when we visit Colombo, the place to go is always Unique Towers. Thank you to the staff for making us feel so special and at home. We highly recommend the apartments at unique towers for a short and/or long stay. Looking forward to our next visit

The friendliest staff made us feel like home from the moment we stepped foot on the property. The rooms were great and the location was perfect.

Excellent place, the duplex is really nice and spacious. Well maintained. Kitchen has basic utensils provided. Muslim prayer area in the upper floor is much appreciated.

Nice rooms.. Good for long stay.. Have super market, parks, pizza Hut, KFC and glitz for fashion shopping.. It's like u have everything.. Room service is very hospitable and friendly.. 2 separate families can stay in one apartment..

I highly recommend this place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They gave us complementary drinks on reception. There was also complementary water bottles in the fridge. The apartment very specious. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. Very clean and well equipped.

Booked a penthouse for 5 days here and it was well over what i was expecting. Rooms were cleaned and tidied up thoroughly. I have never met better hotel staff in anywhere, they were very friendly and catered for anything we asked for, and gave us a complementary late checkout.

The property is centrally located. It is away from the noise you get along Galle road where buses honk their horns 24 hours a day for and for no reason. What makes this property more attractive is its close proximity to Arpico (supermarket) where you can do all your grocery shopping and more. The building is getting a little old and can definitely do with some renovation. I have stayed here with my wife and kids more than 3 times each time for 3 weeks. The apartments are big and nicely configured. It feels like home. The team that work here is truly exceptional. The housekeeping guys are wonderful and they do their best in cleaning. We have been impressed with their drive and commitment. You will find lots of restaurants and take aways a short walk away, Domino's Pizza, Pizza hut, Baskin Robbins etc are within a few hundred meters. Banks are also very close. There is a local fruit and vegetables market not very far where you can buy local products àlong with fresh fish, meat, chicken etc. This is much cheaper and much fresher than supermarkets.

Central location in Colombo. Very spacious apartment where you could live. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining, living and kitchen. Breakfast was delivered to the room and was varied and tasty. The room was a little dated, cupboards wouldn’t close etc but this was a minor issue.

I did not expect the Place to be that greats as it was not a hotel. Once I entered the Suites, I realized it was a good decision as place was fantastic. Three huge room, excellent living room and a great kitchen. My entire family felt at home and the added advantage was the location. Overall Immpersely happy.

After we finish work in Sri Lanka it’s always great to come back to Unique Towers Apartments. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment is very clean and spacious. There are also great restaurants within walking distance. I have been coming backs here for 5 years and will continue to come back.

Center of town, ease of accessibility to all amenities & a wonderful apartment for a family

The apartment was really nice and spacious. Very comfortable and cozy. Enjoyed the stay alot. I highly recommend this place for any one who is looking a place for short stays. And also would like to mention Mr. Dilshan, who was really helpful and made sure our stay was amazing. And we are definitely booking the place again.

Fabulous family friendly hotel, bang in the heart of the city. Walking distance from the massive Odel shopping center, and shares a wall with the Arpico supermarket. The hospitality in the hotel was top notch; we wanted to use the gas stove top, and they were very happy to come and help us with that. The rooms were spacious, very well furnished, and it helped a lot that we were given a 4 BR apartment instead of 2BR we booked (only 2 BRs were open for us to use, but the common living and dining area was huge). Great place to stay in when visiting CMB with friends and family.
