    I’m a Doctor who has received many complaints from my patients about this lab robbing patients money. The most recent one being, a university student who came to get a medical done from me had get get certain tests done. I gave him a prescription with the necessary tests with my stamp on the prescription. Meditrust people have done many other tests that I haven’t even requested them and changed the patient for all that. The management has initially refused to make a refund at all, agreed to refund the money only if the reports of the additional tests are given back to them. My patient had no problem with that, although the results of two reports were printed on the same paper, one of which the patient actually needed. So I do not recommend this place to even an enemy of mine. This institution is a prime example of corruption in Sri Lanka. I am already working with my lawyer to take legal action against this institution.

    The woman (head covered) in the front desk has some tribal attitude. She thinks that we have visit to the government hospital. Disrespectful person, giving false information. And treat customer like as she is providing free service. THIS WOMAN REALLY NEED SOME ATTITUDE READJUSTMENT!!!

    Went for GCC medical. Staffs at the reception are very slow. Waited more than 3 hours to get an appointment. But the nurses and medical staffs are very helping and quick. No MMR vaccine available as on 18th May, 2022.

    Very disappointed with the customer service..the receptionist are too rude to the patients ...our appointment time was 11.30 A.M we waited till 2.00 P.M still they didn't allow us to meet the doctor...they kept on sending the people who wanted to show their reports and didn't even care that we were Waiting for so long! When I started inquiring regarding this issue the nurse who's incharged to the 3rd floor was behaving so rude and then we came back home even without consulting the doctor or either receiving the refund.

    First of all, I should thank doctor for getting involved in this matter to take action against this lab and deciding not to recommend this lab to patients anymore. You have always done what’s best for your patients. Secondly, to the management of this lab, the reply you have posted shows the naked self of the management, by revealing patient details to public. There are ethics in medical field. A code of conduct. Your fictitious reply shows how this lab protects the privacy of their patient details. To correct your twisted narrative of what really happened I must write what really happened. Our family doctor wrote the prescription with the tests my son was requested to get done, after reading the the visa medical form thoroughly. When my son went to this so called lab to get the test done and produced the prescription with the list of tests clearly mentioned (with legible handwriting) to the receptionist. The receptionist, immediately has asked what are these tests for? My son replies saying its for VISA medical.Receptionist then asks for the medical form given by the VISA office.My son hands over the form but clearly TOLD HER TO FOLLOW THE PRECRIPTION and that the GP will take care fo the form. Then my son leaves to get the tests done. Meantime receptionist who went through the medical form has tried her maximum to include all the tests possible from the “VISA medical package” of MediTrust in the bill. Then my son realised that she has asked for a report which was not required. Tried to contact the GP. But couldn’t. So he again tells her to just follow the prescription. (The RECEPTIONIST HAS NO RIGHTS TO DISOBERY DOCTORS PRECRIPTION or do tests which aren’t on the prescription) When the reports arrived and they were showed to our family doctor. He said that there were reports that were not on the prescription. Going through the bill, the doctor realized that the lab has done unnecessary tests and billed the patient for those. My son realizing that he was tricked by this lab, decided to fight against them and reveal their lack of integrity and downright deceitful behavior of this lab. During this incident the tribal language and behavior of the staff and management was apparently. Finally they agreed to make a refund but they wanted my son to inform our family doctor to take down his review. They refused to make an online transfer and wanted my son to come to there at a time they have given. My son had to travel their in our own expense, rescheduling the lectures to collect the refund. When he finally got there, some HR person has told my son to go back home that they will make an online transfer which they first refused to do and made my son visit there lab. My son however refused to do so and took the refund and donated it to a family in need. You need a system change? Change the systems within you. Then you will see a change.

    Prompt & very friendly service provided by the staff. Very clean & green environment for the patient to feel comfortable. Also we noticed they have wheel chair facilities for people with difficulty to walk. Highly recommended for best doctor appointments.

    This place is located near Armour Streets, quite a wide entrance at the front to park all vehicles and easy to enter for ♿ wheelchairs 🦽 even. The front office you'll be having a good receptionists They could be rude sometimes depending upon situations as well face daily as for Sri Lankans (you know what it is right?) Generally well done with registration process to medical testing procedures As for individual they'll take around 3 hours to get their whole Medical Test done and be ready to give you recipet. Final results would be submitted within 2-3 days to your sponsored agencies However I gotta address this publicly, I know this isn't their fault or agencies fault nor our government forcing Vaccination upon us I Hate Vaccine because it's unnecessary immunity altercations and Genetic degenerative practice 💀 Whatever came after 2020 Worldwide Pandemic, Vaccine 💉 are the worse you could do to you natural, original Genetics and not letting your natural body immunity to Evolve itself under various circumstances I understand this is you possibly take it as joke , but do your own studies deepest into Biology, Biomedicine, (M.B.B.S) even though you might not even find or beginning to understand the depths I've been.. (Sorry for saying like this, lack of your knowledge to what I've known is pitty) With that being said, after you enter to Medical Testing procedures , you'll be directed to closely located rooms one another and building premises is consistent with 2 or more floors which is sophisticated for procedures I recommending Ware your 😷 mask all times , as much as possible, cuz we're still getting different diseases daily encounter due to population growth, immigrants and lack of Medicine within our country These guys does their best to give you fast, proper results and easier methods Just do as you were told, then it'll be easier for all If you have medical conditions please remember to inform them at the very entrance and they'll take of your specifically You have public 🚻 restrooms towards the ground holloway It'll be useful for you to be comfortable and provide necessary samples to medical staff After all the necessary testing done, you'll be noticed with slips and notes 🗒️ You can ask them to email or drop WhatsApp if it Mandatory and immediately needed for councils and ministries Have A Great Healthy Life for everyone

    Went to do a gcc medical on 29th of May and gave the blood and came back to home and the next day got a call from the lab and they asked me for the blood type 🙃 I don't have a idea I have given my blood can't you find the type and after 3 days I called to get the report they said something wrong with my blood and to come again so again gave the blood on the 1of June it as been already more then a week still every single day I m calling to get the report i just wanted to get the bloody results the staff don't know when the will get the results worst experience of my life

    Very poor customer service and long waiting time. Status of reports inquired over the phone and actual is never the same. There is no back up equipments whatsoever for a state approved medical centre. Had to spend hours waiting till the printer gets repaired. Better change the name removing the international part and amend it to Medi-Untrust.

    My experience at Medi Trust was beyond awful. The staff, including security, counter personnel, and even doctors/nurses, were incredibly rude and disrespectful. They lack basic human decency and treat customers as if they owe them something. It's evident that they are solely driven by money, with no regard for patient care. Additionally, they never answer the phone, forcing multiple unnecessary visits just to check on medical results. I've heard similar complaints from other customers about the owner's terrible behavior. If you automatically get appointed for GCC medical services at this place, you're really unlucky. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. There are much better and more compassionate medical facilities available. Don't get trapped at Medi Trust!

    It's a bad clinic and poor services. I am really disappointed with this clinic. I had an appointment and I went there on time but they said easily that the doctor is on leave today and they didn't inform me . Irresponsibly staff and the management is not good that's the reason is on going there.
