😠 Wellness center is waste of time and money. I went to collect my reports and I had to wait more than an hour because of careless nurses and receptionists in the wellness center! Asked to sit and wait constantly though I clearly mentioned I juts wanted to collect my reports and no consultation needed...     Wellness center is waste of time and money. I went to collect my reports and I had to wait more than an hour because of careless nurses and receptionists in the wellness center! Stupid staff is fit for their business. Never recommend to anyone!

    Wellness Center (more like over paid hypothetical center!!!) Worst experience ever at your wellness center! Will never recommend for anyone. The information desk is useless! They don’t give you all the information. Don’t get excited over their “packages” coz most of its doesn’t exist and they give excuses. But they make sure to enter them on your bill nevertheless. There is no priority as they initially mention even you pay a huge amount, you still have to wait in like just like other patients. Such a waste of money and time. Never will set foot here at their so called wellness center!

    DO NOT USE THEM FOR IMMIGRATION MEDICALS! To be honest I don’t think they even Deserve 1 star. Me and my partner went to Asiri to get the NZ medical done for immigration. Channeling physician was Dr. Geetha Liyanage. First they forced us to doing a chest X-ray even tho it’s not requested by NZ immigration. Then couple of weeks later they contacted us to asking us to do additional sputum specimen tests requested by Nz immigration due to abnormality in the chest X-ray. Which took 2 more months. Then we were contacted again by Asiri to do another chest X-ray. When we asked what is the abnormality in the X-ray they weren’t answering our questions so we emailed our immigration officer to access our medical where we were informed Asiri has not uploaded any medical in to their system. When we went to Asiri to the final X-ray, the doctor came 2 hours later than the appointment time and did not even apologies. Now again we been informed by the immigration officer the documents filled and uploaded by Asiri is for a Canada visa. Our visa being delayed for 4 months now, when we call them it’s impossible to talk to someone who has an idea of the process, they are careless, unresponsive, not responsible, unprofessional, the Doctors think they are some kind of a god, and this place is just after money!

    I called to ask about the full body checkup. The call has been transferred to the Wellness Unit. They don't answer the call and sometimes they pick up the phone and cut again. This has happened to me 3 times. Poor service...

    Avoid this hospital This used to be good I came with my mom for an emergency, due to a hand fracture, the emergency treatment unit said there's nothing they can do other than taking an x ray, and made us wait 3 hours without any treatment till a consultation doctor to arrive for appointment even through we went for an accident treatment, employees have no clue what to do even the nurse, they show signs of they don't want to work, the hospital is pretty much like the pettha bus stand full of dust and all, do think this place had any clean up done in years, hospital air filters, highly doubt they would do any filtering, more like incubators of dust

    Their services and care is fairy ok., but not that happy with the customer services. They have one of the hortible car park in the area. Dark and gloomy, and ramps and curves are too narrow. You can see bumper scratch marks all over. To make the case worse, entry exit point is roofless and customers need to open their shutters to pay the tolls in pouring rain! Disgusting !

    I have admited for my ORIF surgery there. During my stay at hospital i have received best care and service. And successfully performed my surgery by Dr K Umapathy. I wanna thank hospital staff and Dr k. Umapathy who did outstanding job for me. Also Mr Raj who cordinate everything for my surgery. Thank you and best wishes all.. 👍

    Poor customer service. Pretty rude staff, especially the people at the reception in the wellness centre. Not courteous at all and laughing at the people when inquire. Takes too much time to get work done. Management has no co-relation with the front desk. Should communicate with the customers and guiding them through the process but we have to beg them to get our work done. Worst hospital service ever. I do not recommend for any service they provide.

    Asiri Surgicals hospital is one of the major private hospital in sri lanka which has very complex business model. The receptionist was really kind when admitting the patients to the hospital and every other process will be done step by step accurately in order to maintain good health. The charging patter is very complex and they charge you package wise. Major operations are done accurately hence constant and frequent patients are available. Sisters and other training staff and doctors also really helpful to recover people more and more.

    My experience at this hospital every time has been hopeless and utterly unprofessional. I was quarantined here in April 2021 when I arrived from abroad because I needed urgent treatment for my medical condition and was kept in ward 9. The nurses in this floor though friendly didn't know how to insert a needle in me and kept blaming me because apparently its the fault of my veins. I have been in several other hospital both in sri lanka and out and I haven't been told it was my fault before nor have I been subject to this kind of incompetence. The nurses treated my hands like clay, slapping it with all their might to get a vein out, followed by using a canula of the wrong size. After about 2 attempts they'd succeed. On top of that, they never got my food orders correct. Everyday I'd call their kitchen and give specific requests and it's never delivered. But food was the least of my concern due to how much they messed up everything else and left me traumatised. On arrival to the hospital I had a negative PCR test and then 7 days later, while quarantined in the hospital with no visitors, I got a positive test result. When questioned on how it can happen because only the hospital staff can visit the ward, I was retested and that turned out negative. Is this some sort or scam you run to push us into another 14 days of expensive hotel quarantine or human error? I am not sure because of how terrible my experience has been. Just yesterday (29 June) I went to get a CT scan. I was in the machine with my hands raised above my head. The nurse in charge there had inserted the canula wrong and I discovered this while I was inside the CT machine when they administered the contrast without warning. My hand was burning and I screamed but nobody did anything. Then, when I came out of the machine I saw that my hand was swollen and the contrast probably wasn't administered properly. Neither the radiologist or the nurse apologised and pretended not to know what's going on. I asked about it and the nurse's response was to act surprised and then come up with an excuse that it was the machine's fault for injecting the contrast into me like that. I am certain the scan hasn't come out clearly. I have spent over a million rupees for my tests and scans in this hospital during the above mention instances and for the hard earned money that is spent they are not helpful nor considerate. The staff acts unprofessional and tries to probe into my illness and my personal details as if that is important for them to know. I would have been ok with some friendly banter at least if they did their job right. I hope I never have to come back to this hospital, a so called private institution which promised on their website the following: "Our patients receive the best care thanks to our dedicated and experienced staff." I dont see dedication nor experience. As usual with everything in this country, maybe you need to be a VIP to get basic human treatment.

    This Magic corn stall is placed near the Entrance through the car park in level one of Asiri Surgical hospital. Portion might look small for the price but it’s not. (At least for me 😝). Taste is great. Negative: They didn’t accept card payment when I tried.

    This hospital is doing a very poor service. When I went to get medicine for my minor leg injury, the doctor there asked for an unlimited amount of money. What do you think? How outrageous is it to ask for unlimited amounts even for a small injury like this? I immediately left the place. No one should go. There is a charter service for this hospital.

    I was well received and treated at the cardiac care unit, amazing doctors, amazing nurses, etc. What failed here was the accounts and billing department, pathetic to say the least. I was more stressed getting out of CCU than I came in having to battle them to get my invoice. Sitting idle for hours and paying hospital time for they couldn’t prepare an invoice and bill me for hours. The noose around my neck to keep me from leaving was the cannula they placed on my hand. Once I threatened to remove it my self and walk out things happened. Frustrating.... frustrating....

    One of the most prominent hospitals in Colombo with adequate facilities to cater to all medical needs. They have over 100 multiple types of rooms that offers superior care by well-trained staff who are attentive and treats all patients with all due respect. Their massive vehicle parking facility can accommodate a large number of vehicles safely at any given instance. Certainly a top of mind choice when it comes to any kind of medical need.

    Your care is wonderful. But what we expect as a Muslim is a place to pray for us who come for treatment. Because doctors usually consult with patients only in the evening. The evening prayer times follow each other in a very short time. Therefore, your service will be more sacred if you reserve a prayer space for us. Let your management pay attention in this regard. Thanks.

    Cleanliness in good, and their front desk representatives could work on their communication skills a lot more and learn to act professional. Prices are affordable BUT there’s one irritating thing they charge for car parking even after paying all the hospital bills. But other than that, everything was good.

    I made an appointment to see Dr. Ashoka Kamaladasa at Asiri Surgical Hospital on September 26, but it was postponed to October 31 due to the doctor's illness. Although I waited to see the doctor for a month, my name was not included in the patient list due to a mistake by the staff of Asiri Surgical Hospital. When I made a phone call and asked , they answered very unpleasantly, concealing mistake of the staff.😡

    Poor customer service and the staff needs to realize that this is not a government hospital where you can treat patients like trash . Who ever is responsible in that department is definitely needs to be fired !! channeling and admitting myself or any of my family members here is definitely out of the question ! Durdens far better than this , only thing convenient here is the parking 😃

    The Receptionist was very friendly. She did all the documentation and help with the admission. The doctor and the nurse who did the general checkup were very friendly too. The Room was very clean and tidy. The The view too was fascinating.

    Got realy dissatisfied with their service. 1. Doctors don't come at time. Dr was expected to come at 6pm but came at 7.30pm. 2. Charge for the parking. When asked about the parking the ticket issue person said that they are charging because they have given the parking for a third party eventhough its own by the hospital. The best part is i said that this charging way is unfair because every people cant afford it. The answer i got from the ticket issue person is "sir mewata enna salli tiyana ayane eyalata mewa podi ganan.The fact is they have forgotten not only rich but aslo the poor & middle income earners come to the hospital.

    I don't understand how anyone gives this hospital 5 stars. My dad was admitted on Sunday night with low sodium levels. They did a pcr test which was negative. And now they are doing a 2nd per test! And what is the bill for 2 days??? 300000! For giving him saline and waiting for the results! Is there no justice in this country????

    The facilities and treatments are satisfactory and the doctors are very empathetic towards the patient but the other staff, nurse and front office staff are very rude and not professional at all, not helpful in any manner.

    I would like to leave a negative review about this clinic and Surgical branch as well. My experience with the doctors here has been extremely disappointing. Firstly, I found them to be highly incompetent. During my last visit , the physical doctor reffered me to the wrong specialist, which caused me delay in receiving the right threatment. Finally the doctor made refund of his part payment, but clilic left its part of payment w/o refund. But it was not my fault with wrong specialist. Moreover, the doctors (mb in all Sri-Lanka) here seem to have a one-size-fita-all approach when it comes to prescribing medication. Regarding of the symptoms or underlying cause pf the illness, they always prescribe strong antibiotics and painkillers without conducting appropriete tests or asking about all of the symptoms. This reckless approach to treatment is not only ineffective but can also lead to serious side effects. To make matter worse, the doctors here are always running late, and some patients seem to be able to skip the queue by whispering to the nurse. The appointments are rushed, and the doctors appear to be inattentive to their patients' concerns. Overall, I had about 6 appointments in Hostital and Surgical Asiri Clinic and for each one has been unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking competent medical care

    Went to a channeling of Dr.D.wariyapola who seems to be a famous one in his field, regretted the moment stepped in to his consultation room. We placed an online booking which cost us 3799/= to show him our grand mother who is 85years old( don't know what to tell and the doctor won't let us show previous medical records)and when we go in he doesn't bother to ensure our privacy, he takes two patients in to the room at the same time . He dose not pay attention to what the patient has to say and don't let the relatives give the past history relevant to the eye or show the previous treatment cards, he kept verbally insulting us till the very end of the appointment and at the end he gives hell a lot of tests to be done and another date to come and see him . Never going back to this doctor again and strongly advise others to think twice before going to him . We pay our money to get a more efficient and caring service but what we get here is absolute bull*hit. Doesn't worth the money, management should be more mindful about the service they provide cus we don't come to a doctor solely to get some medicine ,patients and family need reassurance and we come here so we can talk with the doctor rather than going to a government hospital . Believe me they're far better than this . Highly disappointed about the service. If I could give negative stars this doctor would have win the first place

    Only place to channel doctors but not really a good service they provide. Especially the security is worse. Untidy place. Air conditioning does not work. Only go there if there is no any choice. ::: Update ::: As per Operations Manager, the building is to renovate and hopefully, the environment will be improved.

    One of the good private hospital in Colombo and one of the most prominent and best hospitals in Colombo. They are systemic and offers international standards in Healthcare. Staff is well-trained and friendly. Rooms are spacious and equipped with all standard tools.

    Very Poor service. we got admitted to do a surgery and we observed a poor service from them. Does not have any experienced sisters nor staff. All are fresher's. They charge unnecessarily. Please request a detailed bill prior to settle the final bill. As we recently faced a hidden charge called Covid 19 health and safety measure charges in apart to a sanitizer bottle charge. neither they provide any testing nor they provide any prevention goods (not even a surgical mask).

    Asiri Surgical hospital is a one of unforgettable place in my life.. coz my father did his bypass surgery (open heart) in the asiri surgical hospital. Unbelievable service given from the hospital. Very friendly kindness staff with best service.. specially need to thank Dr.Guptta, Dr.Kolitha,Dr.Vajira , Ms.Sachini & Mr.Sameera & all other Doctors , nurses, physiotherapist & the minor staff who support to success the My father's surgery..we saw the speedy recovery of dad with your careness..     The place is overcrowded and total mess specially in weekends. There's no one to guide or answer your questions. They just merely send you here and there. What is the use of having 30k package if they can't just do simple things right. This is the 3rd time I'm being here and will never go again. Worst experience in private hospital.

    This is the worst hospital I have ever went to. The staff service is much worse. They even don't know how to talk to the patients. They do not care about appointment numbers as well. No guidance at all. There is no proper aystem. Government hospital service is far better than Asiri Surgical hospital.

    Wellness center. ZeRO Star. Overcrowded and underserved. Pathetic and not recommended. Happened to get their service as this is the only recommended Visa medical center in Sri Lanka. Nothing is organized. No system at all. I am complaining to the relevant immigration authorities if possible. One star because we can’t rate zero. Simply Don’t go there.

    OPD sucks. Waited for more than a hour to reach the doctor. Only one doctor available at the OPD. He does some admission works also. Its better you dont provide the OPD service than giving a poor service. We had to wait and came back home without seeing the doctor because he was too busy with other general admission works. Better you improve the OPD like in Asiri Medical.

    You might have all the adequate medical services here yet the staff is not helpful.i saw how they treated few patients came across who are not aware of the procedures of the hospital. They waited so long that i had to reask from the counter to help them. So better to ask from someone exact thing that you wanna do or go through if u are asked to go to this place. Staff will not guide you !

    Billion Rupee facility operated by a cheap call center!! I had a really bad experience recently with the call center. I called them lately to get to know whether it is possible to do an ear piercing for a child there. After transferring the call to like 3 different locations(each time i had to repeat my requirement) and finally some guy said "yes sir you can walk in to the OPD at anytime at my comfort and get it done" for which I was very happy about and traveled all the way from Kalutara to this place. To my utter surprise even the gate attendant who was checking the temperature at the entrance told with great confident "No sir, we do not do child ear piercing at here !". But it was so late for me to get that response since I had already traveled all the way to there. Finally I went to the OPD to double check where I got the same No response. I think management should consider more seriously about the people working at the call center, because Asiri was a good hospital brand at SL!

    Laboratory service should be efficient. If you cannot find your report online, be careful. My report was not found online. But when I asked over phone, 6 people were asking same details again and finally told it's ready and can be collected. When I came to the laboratory, they were searching it for 20 minutes and finally they reprinted I guess.

    Very bad vibe, staff are not training to at least act professionals.. Staff are more interested in their own gossip and their breaks than the customers.. Appointment sheet says room # 309 but doctor is in 301 and non of the non medical staff (tons of them and seems to be doing nothing) don't care to inform the people waiting at 309. Scary to be there with all these Covid choes...

    One of the worst hospitals interms of customer care. Today I called nearly 5 times to get an appointment for an ECG but they keep us on hold for hours and cut the line. No decency to help customers either . Will never step in to this hospital again

    Emergency care was good. Staff who attended also was helpful. Pharmacy is crowded. Please double check the prescription, they may miss 1-2 medicine. Paid Parking available. Need same attention for mosquito problem in the evening. Specially in emergency services area. Surround roads are always busy.

    I have called for the wrong section to ask the PCR report. The way of respond that particular department (Lady who answered the phone) was so horrible. At least be pleasure to the customers when you answering the phone calls or some thing else hereafter. Coz we dont know how to choose the right department when there is only limited options available in the recording you were playing.

    Had a very bad experience at Asiri surgical... didn’t want to go this hospital but had to because the doctor insisted. But it’s the worst hospital I have been to. One of my reports took a month and they can’t find it nor do they know who’s running the hospital and no one is taking ownership. Sad that it is owned by Ashok Pathirage and I can’t believe as to why they are so so bad at their service. Don’t think this review will matter either.. please don’t this place patronize.

    Excellent Service from really good friendly staff especially admission division who are not only capable of handling all the matters but also very friendly and cooperative , doing what is very best for the patient's care and well being.     Tried to call several times to inquire about a consultant and waited while listening to the recordings. Even after 5min no one answered. As a reputed hospital chain, Asiri Surgical should allocate more people to answer calls without wasting customer's/patient`s time.

    My wife was admitted to asiri surgical to room number 915 on 3rd Aug . Out of all good services , I would like to highlight Matron Bandara who gave a tremendous support and care to my wife and looked after like her own daughter . It was amazing and she made hospital service more colorful. Great service 100%

    They checked at entrance issued green label. Their lab service was good. Got my test done within 10 minutes. I got my lab results within 5 hours. I had my test around 1.30 pm and got my result around 7 pm to sms. The SMS contains a link. If we click the link it will ask us to enter the password and reference number given on the bill. If we enter them then, we can easily download the report on pdf format.

    Went with a critical patient, but the doctor and the nurse wouldn't let the guardian in with the patient. The patient was old and the state was critical and hence we really wanted one of the family members to stay with the patient to understand the treatment as well as the diagnosis. However the nurse slammed the door closed right in front to the guardian's face locking them out. Cases like this should dealt with more sense and care. Highly disappointed by the hospital and the staff. The hospital doesn't even have a customer care unit to handle these complaints. Which means they have no desire to serve the customers better. Truly awful experience.

    Asiri hospitals have been my go to response for any and every illness. The doctors your choose plays a huge roll in your experience here, so do your research before figuring out which doctor you’d be seeing. Cleanliness in good, the design of the place could be better, and their front desk representatives could work on their communication skills a lot more and learn to act professional. But other than that, I’d definitely recommend Asiri surgical for your medical needs.

    I tried to reschedule my visa medical since the day before but they kept transferring my call to other divisions and they ended up putting me on hold for 12 mins and then cut the line. I couldn’t reschedule the appointment and when I call them today someone called Reuben is telling me they cannot cancel or reschedule since the doctor has charged them. What a bad service from their operators and zero customer service. It takes ages to take a call and connect to them only to get disappointed at the end. Such a rip off! Will not recommend!

    Staff is not friendly. And there were some ladies at the front with full make up On and they don’t even smile with anyone. And one lady with tinted hair call her colleague in a filthy way ( balu geni) in front of me. I am quite disappointed about their professional aspects. Also the process took too long. For the X-ray I had to wait almost one hour without any response. After like 1 hour when went and asked a nurse they said that I have to submit the receipt to the x-ray office. And I waited intil the ofc doors open and when no one came out I approached to a nurse and what to do next. And then she told me go to first floor. Such a waste of time. Patients do not get advised about the process at all. Quite inconvenient. Such a waste of time due to unplanned and poor service. They just day-robe people and that’s it

    Poor customer service and daily operations. This is a private hospital and we pay for the service. But they really dont care for people's time. We have to wair hours and hours until the doctor comes. This has happened to me not only one time more than 3 times. They really need to update their systems to see with patient history so that front office knows how long will it take for an appointment. So that they can give some realistic timeslot for a next patient rather than asking us to come by 8.30 in the morning and keeping us until the 1st appointment getting done till 9.45. Horrible

    Poor customer service. The doctors don't arrive on time. A few minutes or even half an hour or even one hour can be acceptable! cause we know the life of a doctor, but here the ENT doctor was 5 1/2 hrs late and we had to stay the whole time till he comes because even while staying they didn't inform us about time of arrival correctly. Very disappointing. They should understand that everyone's time is valuable.

    I visited Asiri Surgical Radiology unit on the first floor 2 days ago for a Dopler Scan. I was quite impressed with the total experience from the entrance onwards. Resident radiologist Dr Eranga Perera attended on me and after a few minutes my report was handed over. Charges were quite reasonable. Kudos to all !

    My son (16) had a small wound on his tow and the nail should be cut (a peace ) to recover. We had an appointment for Dr. Anuja somarathne , and he was in a rush that he never wanted to explain how it's done or how much it costs. We were sent to a theatre and there they dressed my son in a surgery outfit and I was confused what's going on , because we only wanted to cut a small peace from his tow nail . I've quickly asked from surgical staff and they said it takes around one hour and costs 30,000 /= rupees. We never expected to remove the nail permanently on one side ! How can this doctor remove a part permanently without letting us understand clearly what he was up to ? And at start only my son (16) took in, and I had to ask to go in to consulting room ! Why ? All other doctors allowed one person with patient, and anyone can see he is a teenager. This is totally unwanted behaviour !

    Really dissatisfied with ASH. We went ASH one month ago for admission at around 10. 30pm and patient was with abnormal pain with severe headache. At ETU, we had to wait around 1hr for admission with their ball passing and they didn't care about the patient even to gave him a bed. He had to be in wheelchair. Really unsatisfied with service at ETU after admission and 8th floor. And also day surgery unit is also like government hospital

    There is no place to buy even a bottle of water once the only food outlet available in this hospital “Perera and Sons” closes around 7.00pm. There are many patients who come for consultations waiting for long hours and stay till very late In the night. This is inhuman. Why can’t the cafeteria be kept open at least till 10.00pm with some food that can be bought by the patients.

    Staff have a tendency to get overwhelmed very easily with a few people.. generally end up talking about their own affairs rather than take care of the patients waiting in long lines... When you to the the referred room with a receipt you're asked to sit down and wait until someone takes pity on you and asks why you're there (waiting time varies from 30 mins to hours at an end). Extremely poor service.. definitely go for other hospitals to get tests done.

    I don’t even know how to explain my frustration. I went to do my Canadian visa medical. The doctors and staff in general were good. They responded fast and to my surprise I finished all tests within an hour. ( mind you it was pretty crowded!) but the problem is reaching them from home. My test upload had been delaying for more than a week and I called them 2 days in a row. You have to call the customer service and they transfer to the wellness centre. It was so frustrating how they barely listen to what I have to say and kept transferring the call 3/4 times. And I had to repeat each time! And when they transfer to someone else they don’t answer the stupid phone! I had to call again and again for hours.

    Asiri surgical is a well known private hospital in Colombo which provides channeling facilities, 24hr pharmacy, laboratories, labor rooms, OPD, operational theaters and many more. Their payments are relatively high but it is fair for the services and facilities they provide. It also has a vast area for parking with 24hr security. They provide the patients with vast waiting areas with TVs, coffee machines and the seats are quite comfortable. They maintain the sanitization within the hospital well but the staff should concentrate more on the behavior of the patients so that they can make sure that the patients keep 1 meter distance in waiting areas.

    I was given a mobile number to book for ultra sound scan. When I call that number, the line is cut. When call via WhatApp, no one answers. So, I called the the general line. The recoding gives us the option of langage to continue, but the person in the radiology section spoke only Sinhala and when I spoke in Englsh, she said she will call back! and ended the call. Few years ago too, I had similar issue when I was trying to contact radiology section for appointments. If the staff are not going to speak in the language options given, why have such recordings? I cannot really give a star, but unless I give a star, I cannot post this comment (an issue with google).

    Asiri Surgical Hospital 🏥 is one of Asiri groups' main hospitals now operating under Softlogic group of companies. They have every medical service including a centre for cancer patients. You can call and book doctor's appointment, radiology and scan appointments, and other related services. There is a car park within the premises, however you will be charged even if you were patronizing the establishment. That is one negative aspect we experienced. Other than that, service was good.

There was a 20m between us at least. How Can I say my problem in the entrance and among the people in there.most of people were in the moment in the entrance specially men.     Took my wife for her visa medical test.. The wellness center was so disorganized, the staff scream patients names on top of their voices every 5 minutes. Takes ages at the counters, as the staff at them are always missing. Then they come in a hurry and mess your bill. No proper instructions are given to us. We had to ask several staff ppl what to do next after repeating what we had done so far, to each person.. Expected more from a private hospital..

    Booked Travel PCR test online, selecting the preferred time slots provided on the website. Payment made online. Received and email requesting proof of payment to the given WhatsApp number. No other instructions are provided. Arrived at the testing counter on time and waited for some time till staff were ready. After about 15 minutes a staff member came out and were checking for those who had booked online. By this time, there were easily about 25 people who had booked online and few who had paid as well. To our dismay, we were told that we had to go to another counter, produce the confirmation of booking and payment, to collect a receipt. All these took almost an hour. So disappointing that no proper instructions are provided, either at time of online booking and payment or when the confirmation was provided by WhatsApp. Please do provide accurate and complete information. There were some foreigners too and this gives a bad impression of service in Sri Lanka. Do help to keep up to good standards.

    I have been to Asiri Surgical Hospital one month ago and I did my FESS (Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery) there. To my experience I can say that it is worth choosing Asiri Hospital if you are looking for a solution for your health problems. The health professionals are really nice and well- experienced. There is also good hospitality, the rooms are well- cleaned and the different meals offered are well-served and tasty. The consultations, surgeries and after- care and treatments are also exceptional whereby you can feel the expertise of the different professionals. I had to go through a hell to get it corrected at the last moment. There was no one to take the responsibility or a corrective action in "Wellness Center" where I made the payment. The staff was passing the ball to one another, wasting my time and after making dozens of phone calls to different sections they finally corrected and sent me a new one. When I made an appointment they didn't even mention about bringing a photograph which is required for PCR for China. But I took one anyway based on the information given from the embassy. The same process in Durdans hospital was much faster and easier.

    Went there for mothers Angiogram test. Rooms are clean. Very friendly officers and medical staff. They provide good care of the patient. food is good as well.

    Words cannot express the gratitude I have for this hospital and its very professional and hardworking staff. I’m traveling and began experiencing pain. I saw a urologist here and he referred me to a wonderful surgeon, Dr. R. Nanayakkara. He gave me referrals for several tests and fortunately for me everything checked out fine. The hospital operations as a whole run very smoothly. Highly recommend!!!!

    Worst experience. Very irresponsible. No one in the hospital knew where the wellness centre is .. and they were sending us to different floors up and down. Sad that the Hospital doesn’t have sensitivity towards disabilities . Staff busy on the phone ; yet not interested to guide the patients and visitors. Narrow corridors…lack of connectivity and accessibility for wellness centre. It’s a serious concern. The management needs to take immediate action .. I would never recommend this to anyone.

    After having a very bad experience at Nawaloka Hospital, this is the best place that I could recommend to anyone. Customer service is very good. They update you on all the information required, on time. Things like changes in room numbers, accurate information on doctor's appointment locations, and most importantly, informing us in advance of the changes in doctor appointments. These may sound to you like very basic things in a hospital but keep in mind that some private hospitals are not even up to these standards. Asiri gives you a very good service for the level that you expect from a private hospital. Even the pace of giving reports is very high. Pharmacy service is very speedy with the staff working their best to give you a service for the value of the money that you paid. Ample parking space available.

    Very friendly staff and the administration work is ultra convinient for patients. We went for a kidney procedure of my father and the whole stay felt like home. Really happy that we have a hospital with such a friendly staff. Highly recommended for surgical operations.

    I am very disappointed with the service I experienced today. After waiting for almost 2.5 hours for a medical exam they informed us on a system error and further delay on the services. Moreover, when headed back to the pharmacy only one counter was open and some employees were just seated even not bothered to enquire about the requirements of the customer. Having paid for their services I am displeased to see how a private hospital is running low on their grounds. I will never recommend any persons to obtain the particular service I was hoping to obtain from them.

    Extremely poor service overall. The inward patient care has come down drastically. So many mishaps and inconveniences during the hospitalization. Doctors were friendly and supportive about the clinical condition, but the sister, and some of the nurses, absolutely no clue about what’s happening. And sisters, atleast they claim to be, are very rude- ward 08, specifically. Lunch was not delivered until 4pm, and when inquired, they were not even sorry, instead, they just sent a sandwich an hour later. Was told the dischage would be ready in 1 and half hours, instead it took 5 hours, just to prepare the bill. Waste of money and time. Would not recommend at all.

    Had to admit at Asiri Surgical for 2 days. Got a room at 5th floor. Everything were so good.The staff including consultants,Nurses and minor staff were so friendly and kind. Even the food was good. Nice service and keep up the good work!

    Not worthy. They are just nicely taking all your money by introducing packages for Angiogram. On top of that staff is also not managing the duties properly. Not recommending to anyone!!!!
