I went to an appointment with a pediatrician here. This hospital has a very large parking area and charges for parking, which is common among most private hospitals. However, hotels don't charge for their parking facilities. I feel that hospitals are unfair for charging for parking. Although the atmosphere is much better than government hospitals, doctors have many appointments and it seems that the country lacks sufficient numbers of doctors

Worst place ever visited. Came with 12 hrs fasting to admit checkups on 10 am. Its took 4 hrs for admission and came to room 2pm. Testing postponed due to to over fasting. Consultant signed the paper for discharging around 4 pm. Took 4 hrs to send the documents to insurance company. Now 8pm.. This is the worst hospital ever visited. Think before getting admit or getting any service

There's no surprise the ratings are still 3.3 after many years of establishment of the hospital. This private hospital becomes very similar to the general hospital in Colombo. There are more than enough staff to perform the job but everyone is passing the ball to other. Staff are wasting time taking their personal phone calls. Doctors are not checking the patient well. Test reports are taking ages to come. Channeling service also not good the line get disconnected many times. Hospital washrooms are very unclean some of the accessories are broken down. Really dissociated and not recommending this hospital.

I think Nawaloka gives the best rates from the high level private hospitals but still the quality and service are in the same range. Doctors / Nurses / Attendants everyone was polite. The wards were surprisingly good like a room minus a TV and shared bathroom with another patient. Food and all other facilities were very good. There is a spare bed / chair as well. There is good free wifi (you will get the login credentials via sms). There are free plugpoints so you can charge your phone or laptop as well. Towel tissues soap sponge kettle available. Cutlery inside the cupboard. Also if you are a boarded patient, you can give you vehicle number so that you will not be charged for parking at the exit. There were a lot of printed paper wonder if they could find a way to reduce that cost and be more environmentally friendly.

Worst impatient care. Unbelievably poor service. Once admitted to a room you are on your own. Nurses and the medical staff don't check up on you or attend to your medical needs. You have to keep pinging them for hours to get a simple thing done. You even have to remind them to give you meds or take you to the tests. They ignore you at all cost. There is a hotline to complain, but they ignore you too. If you want to admit to a nice room with a nice service, look elsewhere. Nawaloka is the worst in the island.

It's one of my worst experiences yesterday 13th January 2021 .I took my son around 1.30 pm he had an accidental injury deep cut in the nose when we came to the emergency unit they took him and said cannot do because we have to do the PCR TEST and after the report come only we can do the surgery tomorrow . I was very upset and called Dr. Nuwan and he help.us to do and rapid antigen test and admit . A round 2.45 pm he was taken to 8th floor to a room and the service was Horrible dont care level. At 4.30 pm he was taken to the theatre for surgery and it took more than one and half hour and around 7 pm Dr. Benaragama came and spoke very well and explained and told nothing to worry to bring him after a week to see . He did a wonderful job but other hand they took long to take him to the room and doctor told to discharge and I told them after dinner we will leave and around 8.45 pm I went to pay the bill.i have to wait 15 mts only one person was working and came around 9 pm to the ward and gave the bill and said wait and not bothered to attend later a attendant saw me and vanished and again 10 mts later another one came and took and gave me the ticket and I ordered a wheel chair for the patient and never came and again a nurse order never came and an attendant came and said no wheel chair all are bussy no one was working in the floor desk was empty photos uploaded for reference i took my son after waiting 30 minute took him down and saw more than 8 wheel chairs and chatting on the phones. This the service you get after paying a big amount at lanka hospital I was dissatisfied Customer. Please think twice before going to this place same treatment.

We booked an appointment for 12:30 and doctor didn’t arrive for 2 hrs. Until we go and ask nobody came to inform those waiting. They don’t respect your time. This happened to me for more than 3 times in the recent past. No way to get a refund and walk away due to doc.lk booking policies, we need to wait for hours till the doctor comes or lose the money.

I highly recommend Nawaloka Hospital based on our recent experience. The entire staff, from the nurses to the doctors, was exceptionally kind and caring. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and it provided a sense of comfort during our stay for surgery. The rooms were not only clean but also quite comfortable, which was crucial for a smooth recovery process.

One of the leading private hospitals in the country. Specialist doctor services, OPD, emergency, surgeries, lab tests can get done from here. However it is difficult to park vehicles although there are many parking spaces in the upper level car parks as the vehicles have to go about five floors up. Therefore it is difficult to get work done in short time if you are coming from a vehicle.

We visited this hospital for an RTPCR test. Hospital staff were nice, and the process was smooth. However, unlike in India, they do not have the option of hotel or home visits for taking samples. Also, compare to India, the price for the test is quite high. It will cost you around 3500 Indian rupees. Accessibility score: four on five. The testing facility is accessible with wheelchairs, and for persons with blindness. Staff members are sensitive and easy to communicate.

Had the worst experience there, went there to get a chest X-ray due to shortness of breath. I did my payment at the cashier and they asked me to go to Room No 16 and then lady at the room No 16 sent me to room no 130. I went to room no 130 and I was really uncomfortable because of the condition I had. I handed over my receipt to counter at room 130 and then waited there for 15-20 mins, then the same person who asked me to stay there asked me weather I have done my X-Ray then I replied no. Then she went in to the X-Ray room and asked me to go back to room 16 and get the X-ray from there and bring it back to Room 130 for the report. I was not in a condition to walk up and down two more times and I asked for a refund. Then she grabbed my receipt in a very un-professional manner and make a note to issue me a refund. When I go and ask for the refund from counter a lady at the counter came along with me to Room no 16 and asked them to expedite it and do my X-ray as ap. Then the lady at room 16 gave me a receipt and I went back to office. While I was near my office at Fort I received a call, mentioning they have given me a receipt belongs to some other patient and asked me to come back and return it and I refused that because i was already late for a meeting. As a reputed Private Hospital in Sri Lanka I do not expect this from them. Really disappointed and I will use any exception I have hereafter.

I visited the Nawaloka Hospital in Colombo on the October 30, 2020 around 08.30pm. At the entrance they checked my temperature and asked me the reason for visiting the hospital where I mentioned that I am having an alergy since noon so I came to meet the OPD doctor. They took me to see the doctor at the OPD room 3 and the doctor recommended to give me an injection. Then the Nurse took me to the ETU waiting room and asked me to lay down on the bed for them to give the injection. After about 10mins one nurse came and said “Sir you have to go to covid19 checking area (back entrance of the hospital) and they will give you the injection”. Once I reached the covid19 area, one of the male nurses’ asked me why I came to the particular section and I told him the incidence at the OPD area where he took me to Dr. Somachandra who is handling covid19 area. I told the doctor about my alergy and he said “who asked you to come here because this is covid19 checking area”. I told him the entire series of events that took place in OPD and ETU area where the particular male nurse called the OPD and told that they cannot conduct it at that location. However, finally the male nurse agreed to give the injection to me and he requested to send the injections and other supporting equipment from ETU in which one of the hospital workers came to me and handed over the injections instead of handing over to the male nurse. I had to give all the injections to male nurse where he put me in an isolated room and gave me the injection. After that he told me “Sir you have to pay the bill at the front entrance (OPD billing area)”. I said ok and walked towards the main entrance area and at the billing counter I stated that I needed to pay the bills and all. The person at the counter (male) said that he did not receive any bills from the Covid19 checking area and again I asked from the nurse who sent me to covid19 checking area. She said to give her sometime to check. Then, after 5mins she came and said “Sir the bill is with ETU section”. After that I walked to ETU section and took the bill from them and again I came to pay the bill to the billing counter where the entire sequence of activities took me around more than 1hour. Why I am openly stating all of this is for everyone who is reading my post to share the unfortunate situation I had to face to cure my allergy amidst the covid19 pandemic and also not to visit “Nawaloka Hospital” for any sort of sickness if you do not won’t to waste your money and obtain an unpleasant service. Nawaloka does not care about patients and even if we visit for a normal sickness, they will immediately send us to the Covid19 checking area which is extremely dangerous for if someone had come with covid19 symtoms, you will automatically become a person of contact. Once again I request everyone to think of my situation since hospitals like Nawaloka will only clear your money instead of the sickness.

Not recommended for anyone. This hospital, staff, operations, and nurses are totally unfair and very bad service. Had an incident few minutes ago. Mad an appointment today for my mother at 19.30hrs No. 26 as they said. After 2 hours when number 30 going to meet the doctor only they said appointment no 26 could not find in the system and have to make new appointment. It's totally unacceptable. No body giving proper information. Please if you need to see any doctors try out other medical centers. This is my first and last experience with this hospital.

High reputation but terrible service for the patients. We had a booking for ENT specialist and the appointment given for 2.00 PM. But it is 4.15 now and we did not see the doctor or any update yet. It is ridiculous to have a service like this from a leading hospital.

I thank the universe and my previous lives karmic merit that I was not born as a Sri Lankan. You will waste your money and time in this hospital. Probably you might get sick because no social distancing at all . I know social distancing imposible in an extremely overpopulated island like Sri Lanka . Avoid this hospital because the doctors and hospital management are only after your money. All about your money and making a big bill. Service is bad and time scheduling is inconvinient. Doctors are 2 or 3 hours late and they do not care if you waste your time waiting. After you pay you can not do anything even if you did not receive a satisfactory service. ========================= Vermeit dës Plaz well se nëmmen no Äre Suen sinn. alles iwwer Är Suen a mécht eng grouss Rechnung.

I have been to Nawaloka hospital some days back with my father for an appointment to meet doctor Shivanthan. While we were waiting for the doctor, some of the female hospital staff who were wearing green colour uniform came towards all the patients and they were like forcing us to fill some papers with good comments about the hospital. It was so annoying to all the patients at that time who were there to meet the doctors. My point is if their service is so good, we would definitely recommend the hospital to our known people but why do they force people to write good comments about the hospital? 😂😁

Worst customer service. Had to wait for 1 hour but the nurse never cared to update us about the appointment. Later when I inquired she said doctor was at at meeting and the delay is due to that. Can't they inform the patients there and then ? Do patients have to go around asking for details ?. We have to pay them & waste our time too. Doctors should come on time and they should treat patients with utmost care & diligence. Doctors and Nurses think that we Owe them

Worst hospital to book an appointment for a doctor. We booked an appointment on the 23rd of march to come and meet our doctor on the 25th of march saturday. Our appointment was scheduled to be at 2.30pm and as per the message sent by the hospital we were informed that the session would start at 12.30 pm. On the day of the appointment we got another message saying the session would be delayed by one hour, hence we too came a bit late but we arrived with quite a bit of time to spare before our appointment. When we came at around 2.19 pm we thought that they had started the session as per the said time at 1.30 pm and had started taking in patients...but even at 2.19 pm no patient had been taken in. Our appointment number is number 14 and even more than two hours later we are still waiting to be called in. To add to it all they are taking in patients who missed their appointments and who arrive LATE before the patients who are already waiting. The nurse does not have the slightest idea of what she's doing and its a big mess. Worst hospital ever!

Doctor was ridiculously late, the first session was scheduled at 3.00 P.M. then it was rescheduled to 7.00 P.M. later when we arrived at 6.30 P.M. at the hospital, I was messaged that the session was delayed yet again till 8.00 P.M. There's a separate session for E-channelling patients which was started after the other patients' session although we have an estimated time for our session. This wastes our valuable time as we're making an appointment amid our busy schedules. The front staff and some of the doctors' assistant girls are quite impolite. Don't get me started on the outdated, and gross washrooms. I'm never going back there ever again!

I would highly recommend Nawaloka Hospital based on our recent experience. The medical staff was exceptional, showing great expertise and kindness throughout my father's surgery and recovery. The rooms were comfortable, and the food provided was of high quality. The hospital's management staff, like billing and cashiers, were generally good, ensuring a smooth process. The hospital boasts a spacious car park, Moreover, the medical equipment and technology available were impressive, contributing to effective treatment. Overall, our family received amazing service at Nawaloka Hospital, and we are grateful for the excellent care provided.

DON'T GO THERE.... Worst place to visit.... we were at 3rd floor ward at old building... nurses and attended staff are less experienced.... we had to pass and remind doctor's advices to them and get treatments properly.... even regular checks - they don't do until we remind....didn't give us dinner, said that they forgot....took 4 hours to discharge... even after paying the bill, took around 2 hours to release us.

I have visited for a appointment and they have requested me to make double payment, when I try to make the payment they have said tht patients count over so" I have to visit anotherday. i don't see defference between Public hospital vs Navaloka now.DISAPPOINTED!

They have installed a new report printing machine called Health Service Kiosk at ground floor of new building near Green Cross Labs. You can simple scan the barcode in the receipt and get your report printed in less than a minute, so no more queues to collect your reports. New building is still clean, however the staff is not matured enough to assist you most of the time. But most of them try to provide a good service. Good parking is available, secured.

The entry of Nawaloka Hospitals into the state dominated healthcare sector in 1985, saw the private health care system take root in Sri Lanka. I went and asked back my rs 1.70. where she said no coins. Will they ever give us discounts if cents or 2 rupees are in our bill never. But just to get that 30 cents they charged me 2rs and said no coins to give balance. Everyone beware they are stealing and earning in thousands. I want to give zero stars but unfortunately can't.

I wish I can avoid giving any stars! Nawaloka hospital is the most unhygienic disgusting hospital I’ve ever been to - with water overflowing into the lobby, toilet smelling lifts, corridors and water dripping from the ceiling! I mean it’s from the same company that owns Nawaloka Constructions! It’s unforgivable as it was filthy and clearly issues with the plumbing. This picture is from the Luxury section on the 7th floor

Had some great service and some sub par service. The premium room has manual hospital beds as opposed to Lanka Hospital that had fully automatic beds in rooms that were almost half the price. The find, though, was the vending machine with a selection of flavoured and traditional Sri Lankan teas. Tried the cardomom and cinnamon teas. Will check out the other flavours when I get the chance.

I mostly visit this hospital, and I must say that it is generally clean, neat, and tidy. The staff members were friendly and supportive throughout my visit. I would recommend it for your medical needs. However, I was disappointed to find that the washrooms, while clean, had several amenities that were not working. Some of the toilets' flushing units were broken and out of order. Additionally, most of the bidet showers in the toilets were out of order, forcing us to use the main valve, which often resulted in a mess and wet clothes. This was a very unpleasant experience. I hope they address these maintenance issues soon.

Nawaloka has the best Food restaurants comparing to crescat and perera and sons and other restaurants they have the best food and clean and hygienic. In perera and sons I ate and had food poison and diarrhea. But nawaloka five star food, they have egg hopper and plain hopper mouth watering . Just try it out if you don't believe me

Worst place to go for a medical exam. I was given an appointment at 8.00am and by the time I met the OPD doctor around 11. 40 am. Only a single doctor was there at the OPD where the health check is done.

Old building public area has no air conditioning. When air not circulating it very smelly and bad odor. No one to complain. Government hositals better than this. When you charge huge amounts it your duty to provide basics. My wife had a minor operation but they need PCR report before operation. They given a contact of PCR coordinator. He never pick phone although we tried so many times. Then any how we found the PCR center and its in the old building car park entrance. No exhaust fan or disinfectant facility. More like a bus stand boutique. People there without masks but staff looks like came from Mars. So my wife removed mask and allowed to get samples from nose and mouth and same time COVID infected. We were down for 2 weeks and only possible place we got was Nawaloka.

Don't use the drive through facility in nawaloka, there is no drive through you need to stay in a que looking at the digital screen until your number comes up. There is no safety at all. They are charging 8200/= claiming that this is a drive through PCR.

Worst hospital system ever. No time management at all. Staff with poor knowledge and customer service. Neither doctor nor management care about time. Seems they don’t know how to manage time with patients. Not giving exact time for consultation or surgery. Making elderly patients wait for more then 8-10 hours just because of doctors poor time management and staff letting others to jump the queues. Service doesn’t worth the money compared to other hospitals. Zero customer service.

He is such a bigshot who doesn't know to negotiate with people in a propper manner. Also he made me to wait more thn 3 hours. Guys please be safe when you channeling with this guy. Better avoid this kind of humbleness doctor. He thinks he is god. There plenty of better doctor waiting outside who can treat people with kind a good heart.

Nawaloka Hospital is a very reputated one, but they don't provide good customer service, specially the call center support is very disappointed. I had to call three times to get a reliable information by calling the hospital, but ended up wasting my time after visiting hospital as they have not provided me the proper details. To make a booking for a particular doctor, online booking was not available and called and asked what was the reason and what could I do. Their first response was the doctor asked not to allow online booking and I had to come to the hospital 1 hr before the appointment time to get a number. Since I need to travel from Kandy with my father for the appointment, asked whether there's any alternative, and they said no other way. That's completely fine, and planned a day and got a second call to check whether the doctor is available on a particular date. However I was surprised to hear that I could place the booking even in advance for future dates, but need to visit the hospital to make the booking. It was someone called Mr. Gayan and he apologized me for the previous wrong information I had got. I was repeatedly asked him and ensured that I could make the booking by visiting the hospital specially because I need to travel long distance to reach there. With the new information, I decided to visit the hospital immediately next weekend thinking better to confirm the booking so that I can go with my father directly to visit the doctor on the appointment date. I visited the hospital today and went to the channeling counter and their response was so unexpected that they said the doctor had asked not to accept any bookings. I explained everything I heard on both calls, but the staff was not so helpful ! My next option was to reach Mr. Gayan since he ensured me that I could make the booking. He said he's on leave and asked another one in the hospital to check on this matter. She also checked the system and said again that she can see the available timeslots and should be able to make the booking. I was wondering whether I am in the same hospital as different people were saying completely different stories ! She was helpful and came with me to the cheneling counter, and the staff there repeated the same they had told me. She also had no other option that saying me sorry ! Somehow travelling hours to Nawaloka hospital to make the booking was a waste of my time with no outcome. It's completely fine that a doctor is not available for booking, but I am really disappointed on why the staff cannot communicate it well to the customers without wasting their time. Think management should involve on this and take precautions to avoid these type of incidents at least in future otherwise it's not good for the reputation of Nawaloka !

PCR qué should be inside the hospital. But they let people to stand outside. People's are not maintaining social distance. And from hospital also not put any distance sign. Cash counter taking long time to receiving PCR test cash. It should be more quick. Sample taking is first and smooth.

The worst hospital experience. The nurses, sisters and attendants on the fifth floor is the worst kind of people let alone carers you can ask for. The daily fee is Rs 150,000 and yet you are not given any response but arrogance in return. The nursing staff surely had been the mean, uncaring and ill mannered. We had no choice but to go there because our doctor was visiting only that hospital. If you can, please avoid Nawaloka Hospital.

Worst service ever in terms of channeling service. Some doctors never come on the given time. It is understandable, doctors may be late to come for the channeling service if there is any emergency issue. I’m not talking about that kind of unavoidable situations. Some doctors are late to come everyday and it is not for a few minutes, it is hours. Mainly Dr. Bimsara Senanayake never comes on time. Patients have to wait hours and hours. It is really unprofessional and the hospital has to take some actions to prevent this type of unprofessional things. Dear Nawaloka, Don’t forget this is a paid service. Not free of charge.

May We know what is the reason to charge parking fee? We come for a service and we pay for the Doctor and then the hospital. We don’t park our vehicle at the hospital parking to have groceries or any other activities at out side. Even car park person can refer the channeling receipt. In what basis you ask us to pay for parking fee? This is ridiculous and can’t justify. Again I mention here. We pay for the Doctor and to the hospital (Hospital charges) . Why does the hospital charge parking fee from their clients/patients?

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and staff behavior during a recent emergency visit with my mother at Nawaloka Hospital. We encountered a lack of assistance, empathy, and professionalism that was extremely concerning. During this critical situation, no staff member came to help transport my mother, who was in severe pain, inside the hospital despite wheelchairs being available. The unresponsive staff at the counter showed no concern for my mother's condition and directed us elsewhere. Fortunately my friend was there and had to personally take my mother to the doctor's room on the second floor, as we received no help from the hospital staff. Moreover, the security staff were aggressive and unhelpful. They focused on a minor issue instead of showing understanding and compassion during our distressing time. Lastly, when it was time to leave the hospital, we once again received no help from the staff, and had to rely on the kindness of a stranger. I hope that Nawaloka Hospital will take this feedback seriously and ensure no other patient or their family has to go through a similar experience. Prompt and compassionate care is crucial, especially in emergency situations. On the other hand, my experience at Lanka Hospital was excellent. The staff was very attentive and provided prompt and compassionate care to my mother during a similar emergency situation. They assisted us with a wheelchair and made sure we received the necessary medical attention without any delay.

PCR drive thru testing at Nawaloka is highly recommended if anyone’s going for private testing. Superb service with great care. Process is streamlined to maximum possible limit, reducing risk of contamination at point of testing too. Staff is well trained. PCR testing at Lanka Hospitals put people at risk of contamination due to their poor practices, extremely high waiting time, disorderly process and staff procedures.

We are highly disappointed with the service recieved from #nawaloka hospital yesterday. Eventhough we made prior reservations for the room for both myself and husband including the payment been fully taken care by insurance we were idled and left but to wait from 1.00 PM till 9.00 PM with no attention but with utter disappointment. At the point of raising claims from the insurance, hospital staff had mistakenly sent our bills to wrong insurance companies which in return resulted in rejecting our claims. Despite the fact that initial mistake was done by the hospital staff no action to liase same was done whatsoever to help us given the delay. We find this so unprofessional and unethical since prior arrangements were already in place.#continental insurance on the other hand gave many excuses to avoid reimbursing the claim which is the case up until now. In fact last night we recieved a SMS demanding us to pay and failure will result in legal action!! We were scheduled to be discharged in the afternoon but due to negligence of the staff we had to take care of cordinating between the hospital and the insurance company. Our most unhappy experience is having to wait with our three years old daughter who was exhausted and badly wanted to leave the hospital at the earliest possible . We have only one question to both the hospital and insurance companies, what sort of responsibility you hold to support your clients?? Awaiting your response.

The entry of Nawaloka Hospitals into the state dominated healthcare sector in 1985, saw the private health care system take root in Sri Lanka. The launch of the hospital and the overwhelming response it received from the people demonstrated a long felt need for superior healthcare in a pleasant environment. As Sri Lanka’s first premier multi-specialty hospital, Nawaloka was set up to mirror reputed hospitals in the region which offered advanced medical technology and expert medical care, thus eliminating the need for people to travel out of Sri Lanka for specialized medical treatment.

Very disappointing experience it's basically just like a government hospital at a higher price. I'm here for like 45 mins to get an xray, they just have one xray counter for the entire hospital, when asked they have 2 it seems and one closes at 10 and there is only one 24 hour functioning xray counter for their entire hospital what a surprise 😂 and also the best thing about them is that we should take a receipt from the xray counter go all the way to the cashier in the main entrance to pay for it and bring the bill back the receipt to the xray counter of such a modernised hospital as they sound. Poor Management Very disappointed. People pay expecting to get a better service from you and you treat them like this.. I wouldn't even think of recommending this hospital to anyone.

Really dissapoint such a poor service from a Private hospital. Not recommend anyone to go there. If you are going there, please prepare yourself to waste 2 to 3 hours there.

Nawaloka Hospital was established in 1985 by Deshamanya H. K. Dharmadasa. Nawaloka Hospital is one of Sri Lankas largest private hospitals and has created a chain of hospitals across the country. It is also the first hospital in Sri Lanka to introduce Intensive Care Units, Coronary Care Units, Laparoscopic Surgery and Thoracic Surgery. Presant day temperature measurements and visitors information recording carried out at the entrance due to covid19. Only one guardian allowed with patient due to pandmic.

Therefore I had to make an urgent appointment for Doctor Priyankara Jayawardene. Numbers were full at that time and when I called the channeling service for a possible solution for this matter, they never responded positively. And were not customer oriented. Never listened what I said and what my issue was. They didn't give a f***. Then I called Asiri Medical and they helped me a lot and suggested possible solutions for this matter. When we took our father for a surgery we had no clue on the admission process especially with PCR and other new procedures. M.Vijayadharshani the Customer relations officer was so kind and guided us on every step. Her hospitality and professional approach was really touching. Thanks

Got PCR result printout in minutes once notice was received by text message. They have a mobile team assisting on request in hotels around with very high standards of service. A breeze to see human dedication brings sense to a process often cluttered by bureaucratic rigidity leading to delays and inefficiency elsewhere.

Dr. Himashi Kularathne, a neuro surgeon shouts at patients with no reason, even using filthy words. Hospital doesn't do anything even when complained. Very unprofessional. Will not visit this hospital again.

bruh. nawaloka hospital needs to work on their timings. things gets processed here freaking slow. I’m not even kidding when I meant slow as a turtle. was asked to come at 10:30 it’s already 12 now and they’re keeping us wait for hours. on top of that I’m swearing cus there’s no ac. People have other plans and appointment waiting for them. please work on ur timings and be accurate with it. I give it a 3 star cus the outside staff was nice to us and the hospital looks well kept and clean.

Please stop coming here! God knows why it takes 4 hours to get a CT scan done. So many people are waiting here and a brawl almost broke out because of the delays! So many other hospitals are there in SL that are better

Most UNORGANISED Hospital as per my experiences. 1) No one to guide patients to relavant Unit 2) After parking a Vehicle, there is No clue or guidance what to do Next & No directions. 3)Attitude of Staff ( Specially at Counters & Cashier) is very poor . ( Though they call everyone " Sir: just for sake . 4) Doesnt seem following Covid safety procedures ( as per my experience) 5) From parking to the related unit patient had to walk closer to 500 meters You have to to better as one of the pioneer private hospitals in Country DISSAPOINTED. . 😡😡😡😡

Worst experience in channeling doctors. Specifically came to Sri Lankan to show my father’s reports to Dr bimsara (2nd floor ,218) .ever day appointment scheduling . 1) 1st visit doc supposed to come at 5pm but he didn’t show up until 7:30 and we Left as the counter nurse he’s not answering his phone . 2) appointment time is 6pm. But the hospital rescheduled to 8.30pm . Unfortunately he did not show up until 10pm (Still after all this wasted time he doesn’t even check the reports properly ) Hospital has no proper communication with doctors or have not raise a concern of coming late and disregard people time and acting unprofessionally. Disappointed to see such situation of a welknown hospital. Don’t ever recommended this hospital.

I was admitted to ward 5 (room 5515)yesterday, saying the particular doctor is available and on the following day they assigned me to different doctor just keeping me in the ward, you people are real cheaters who are focused on grabbing money from patients very disgusting. No doctor is there to discuss my reports and I am discharged. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL to anyone again.

We had our appointment for the CT scan at 7am. Now it's close to 8 and the radiologist is still not here. My mom who has a liver failure needed to fast for this test and she's has not even had the morning tea. Very unprofessional service and would not recommend to anyone.

Nawaloka is one of the well known hospital in Sri Lanka. In terms of channeling, reservation and booking, very well versed. Staffs are friendly as well. Some parts of the old building is poorly maintained and the numbering system for appointments are still on analog old systems. Could improve better so that patience can check online based on doctors sessions and appointment numbers online.

Dr. D. Chandana Galappaththi was my physician while I was visiting from England. I can not speak any higher of him for the heart felt help and support he gave me and highly recommend consulting him. I wish all the doctors over here in the UK where as good as him!

Can't even give one star. They don't deserve it. Hospital staff is useless. It take ages for them to do a small thing. I took a MRI and their quality of MRI is zero. I went to see several doctors and they couldn't really read it as they have used old papers.when I speak to the staff they blame the doctors I went to see. It's a waste of money and time. I will never come and will never recommend this hospital.

Worst hospital in the country. Honestly government hospitals are way better than these donkeys. Very unsatisfied with the services.

Had a worst experience yesterday morning with my eye appointment. Girl who was in the room 924 is so disrespectful. I was waiting for my appointment about 2.30 hours. This is called paying and waiting. Even government hospitals better than this. Worst experience ever. Never go there again. So disappointed. Can’t even give one star. Would not recommend to anyone.

There are not enough words to describe how thankful we are for all of your wonderful support and care during my pregnancy & delivery. You all helped bring a perfect miracle into our lives and we couldn't be more thrilled with her! We're grateful to have deal with such a knowledgeable, friendly staff! First day of my surgery was a sleepless night for me and my husband as it was difficult to feed my newborn but ward staff did a such a good job taking care of my newborn throughout that night. They never forgot to give me bit of sleep while they taking care of my baby. Also special thanks for all nurses and attendants for taking care of my numb body under anesthesia after surgery. Many people must not have seen this side of the story which only patients are experiencing. I know for sure it was not easy to deal with a numb & heavy body like mine. Furthermore, I’m so happy with my final bill. It’s less than i could ever expected for a c- section. I was able to get my c-section done with premier care less than 350,000/- which cannot expect from any other hospital as i checked. Words can't express the love and appreciation I have in my heart for all of you! We’ve got more than our expected version of care from all doctors, nurses and attendants.
Thanks for nurturing the baby and me through this pregnancy!💐🥰♥️
