It's renovated now with New machines. Part of the gym with weights training is air conditioned. Parking also available.

Machines are not updated and repaired. Most of weight bars are broken. Good location. Cheap prices.

Best ever

For this price (15,000/= on May 2018) it's an amazing Gym. Huge range of equipments and alot of space. May get crowded in the evenings after about 5.30. With the package I got I can use 2 of their other gyms of my choice which I think is great! (note: One star less because they don't have water filters in any of their gyms that I've visited)

Lowest price per annum in town. Because of this, highly crowded, men to women ratio 50:2 Downside, may need to wait for machines as it is highly crowded specially within 7-9 pm

Has lot of new fitness equipment. It's clean and spacious and attract a decent crowd. Sri Lanka rugby team also use the facility whenever they have practices in CR&FC Grounds. There are enough parking unlike other places. Have good instructors. It is managed well as owner of the Gym network who is also a renown sports personality visit the facility every morning.

Better place to do workouts in non AC environments

Great gym with almost all training equipment available. Look out for their membership deals that drops the price to nearly half during new years and Christmas time.

Hands down a budget friendly gym thats in the heart of Colombo. very nice place but a bit crowded during evenings but still manageable. take your own towel cause the equipment is not properly maintained due to the crowd. but apart from that this is a fabulous gym for a fabulous price!
