Beautiful green space in the middle of the capital Colombo. We went here with a couple who are members. The atmosphere is calm and delightful. The resturant has indoor and outdoor space. We had lunch here. Outdoor could be a bit humid and warm. The food was tasty and came promptly. Service was good

Always a feast for tired eyes to visit the RCGC. Colombo's best expanse of well maintained 'green!' (To say nothing of it being a great golf course!) Tasteful, elegant renovations. Food as good as ever. Service not as good as it was. The Committee must ensure that serving staff are clean and don't reek of pungent/ammoniacal sweat! Sensitive issue but must be dealt with. This is a prestigious club with high standards!

The breakfast buffet on a Sunday is a must try - a selection of Sri Lankan and Western food offerings. Its nothing g fancy but freshly cooked tasty food.

The club has been upgraded to a very high level, getting the right mix for a staid 'Royal' club along with a degree of modernity to cater for the modern day needs. The restaurant too is upgraded to create a great ambience. Generally a 5 star feel, but food is at a level of good but not great. Prices are nor low, but as can be expected at a classy place like this, particularly when you have a few drinks. Service is great.

The clubhouse at the Royal Colombo Golf Club provides a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests. It offers amenities such as changing rooms, a pro shop, locker facilities, and a restaurant where visitors can enjoy a meal or refreshments. The club also has practice facilities, including a driving range and putting greens.

Visited the Golf Club to get a takeaway for dinner. Batter fried fish with French fries and salad. I enjoyed this meal. It was well prepared, and the tartar sauce was out of this world.

Excellent venue to wind down after a long day.. great music, wonderful ambience, and wide choice of food in the buffet. . And lovely people of course...

Fantastic atmosphere. Lovely place. Need a member go get in. Food prices very reasonable. Standard are maintained. Western food gets top marks. Thai also good.

This place was fantastic. Couldnt praise tgis place any more ad do it further justice. Pizza was great but the cuttlefish was at another level. Brilliant. Atmosphere around the world cup final was also superb.

The food was not up to the standard, the presentation of the food was not a wow feeling, just a colonial feeling at the atmosphere.

Staff can't handle large crowds but the atmosphere is classic colonial and smells like 1942

Good food, excellent service. But Very less vegetarian food options. So I always have to go with the mushroom dish🍄🍄 and garlic bread... Hope they will come up with few new vegi dishes.. 😊😊

The oldest golf club in the region. Good 18 hole golf course which is well maintained. Excellent clubhouse with a superb dining area serving good food and beverages. Good well stocked bar. It’s only for members and their guests. Open to non members to play on payment of green fee then one can use the club facilities.

2nd oldest Golf Club in Asia

Available only for members. Ample parking lot. Golf ⛳ facilities within the city premises and easy to locate. I went for a dinner party and the service was good. Prices was OK. But I was not impressed with the taste of the food after ordering a seafood noodles and deviled pork. Chef definitely need a training in Chinese dishes.

Members only but you can accompany a member as a guest. Good quality food at a relatively low price. Options include Western, Asian, and Sri Lankan.

This is a members only club you need a member to get in.The old colonial building is beautiful and maintained very well.A good golf course. The restaurant and service very good. The service extended by the staff was very satisfactory.
