Visited with family which is a usual favorite for the kids, food is always well prepared, great serving sizes and well presented. Staff is super friendly. Their specials are always better on the pocket but we will always love from their classic dishes. Thanks

Ordered a sharing platter with variety of fried seafood and chips. The fried calamari was a disaster, it was way overcooked and tasted like it had been fried multiple times and it was very chewy. The fish fillet and the smaller fried pieces did not have enough seasoning. They were not very appetising to eat without dipping into the sauces multiple times. The chips were mediocre at best. Almost all of the items lacked proper seasoning. The fried prawns were the only juicy item on the entire platter that I enjoyed. This was the first time I went here and it was a disappointing dining experience. Tl;dr the food doesn't taste nearly as good as it looks.

Situated in the food court area. Food is great. Liked almost all the dishes and drinks we tried. Prices are too high compared to other sea food restaurants around. Probably due to their high service charges. Otherwise recommended for all seafood lovers. Service was also good.

Me and my friends ended our busy day by going to Manhattan Fish Market in the One Galle Face mall. As we walked around the mall, we noticed this restaurant because it had a bright yellow outside that caught our eye. We were excited and ordered different dishes, but I can't remember the name of the dishes I ordered. A worker used a special tool that blows fire to make it taste different. But I didn't really like the strong burnt taste it had. On a better note, I chose a drink called "Happiness Infusion" from their menu, and it was really good. It was refreshing and tasty, and I had no complaints about it. The prices were a bit high, but I think that's because they use good seafood in their food. Also, when we got the bill, there was an extra charge for service and a tax of 15%. The restaurant feels nice and friendly, which makes it a calm and relaxing place. They also keep the place clean and tidy.

This place is a solid 3. The dory fish was dull, the sweet and sour chicken came with bones and skin (which was not mentioned in the menu). The rice was okay. The hygiene is concerning - my water glass had a sticky stain under it and for some reason my plates came out oily...

I ordered the fish and chips. The food named "Dory" In my food, there was a thick thread piece inside the butter prawn rice. I told them about this, but they didn't apologize in a good way. Their customer service was poor. But anyhow the Food was good. & the environment was also great. But the prices were all High and the portion was not enough for a person. And also they charged a 25% additional charges for VAT and some other charges, There was noting in that fish it was just plain, No flavours in the fish just the crispiness of the batter No any special flavours for their dish names

The food was as usual. We got soup of the day, which was the cream of mushroom. It was nice. Then we got the fried chicken, and a mix plater which had dory, cuttle fish, prawns and lots of chips. The food in general was mild in flavor. We also orders vanilla, oreo and a sweet alabama. The seet alabama was very good and very peanutty. I love the sauce options they have. The service was excellent and they are very attentive. The value for money in this place is not that great. The prices are a bit on the high side and on top you get 10% service charge and 15% VAT. Which increases the cost significantly higher. For 5 people we spent around 18k. If you eat at one gallface make sure to get your one gallface points. You will get 10% in value return. You can use it for parking fees via the app.

The food was super delicious 🤤🤤 and the staff was very friendly too. Food was served on time 🥺 much worthy for the money we spend ♥️ Evening is perfect 👌🏻

It is a good place to taste the seefood. Located at the lower ground floor close to the food studio. As of now, we have visited the place twice. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Prices are expensive and 10% of service charges, and 15% of VAT will be added to the final bill. They accept the card payments.

The food was amazing in the Manhattan fish Market. I had crispy chicken wrap and creamy chicken pasta which was cooked beautifully and the taste, flavours and the portion you get is good. The service was good as well The communication from the team working here was good because their menu is just cramped with a variety of items you need to have a chat with the team working here to know which is good and better. Inside the seating area is clean and well maintained and the ambiance was good. Overall a good place to have some delicious food and highly recommend too

Their foods are one of the best in one galle face food court.Their foods prices are a bit pricey but it's worth the price.The only disappointed thing I have to tell is that they take a really long time to bring our foods into the table.Otherwise its a really good restaurant and will recommend the place.

This place is located in one galleface mall food court and atmosphere is good and spacious also comfortable. Food was super fresh (specially seafood) taste was good. Staff were friendly and service was good. Ordered ice tea was average and I don’t like it very much. I’m recommending this place for seafood lovers.

Excellent experience on outlet at OGF. We, me and my wife had a really great time enjoying their various seafood varieties!

Whenever I visit, I always have the grilled chicken meal and the blue lagoon drink. over the years, the taste has only improved. Love the service as usual. Very polite staff

We ordered burgers, wraps, spaghetti, soup and some mojitos. All tasted great. I loved their food presentation. Friendly staff. Highly recommended 🙌

The service was good, Most of them were Helpful and friendly. I ordered a Gummy Bear drink which was really good but drinks are not what we go to MFM for ! So, I ordered a Fish n chips, Fish was nicely battered, It was hot n crispy and delicious with tartar cream. But I really didn’t like the chips. When I think of fish n chips, I expect to get nicely cut long fries along with my fish not thin cut oily round chips which didn’t taste good at all. Hope they would change back to original fries Instead of this cheap quality round chips.

We ordered the Dory Fish and Chips, the Fisherman’s platter, Calamari, Anchovies, and Shrimps (unfortunately they didn’t have mussels) with a variety of starters (I think we tried all the types of starters available). The Dory and Barramundi had a mouthwatering presentation and were equally succulent and tender. What can I say? I could never get bored of this place, each dish was delish from start to end. This was our third visit, hope to come back for more!

We have ordered Fish & Chips based on the special offer. Probably it was in the rush hour the cutlery was not brought in and we had to inquire. Fish was Nicely fried and very tasty and great portions. Chips was not French Fries. Instead Tapioca Chips were served and no broccoli, probably due to price issues which was a big let down as they served proper french fries in other parts of the world. Hence the 4 stars. Service was ok and place is excellent.

The worst fish and chips (fish & crisp) shop ever from my experience. It is even nowhere near to street fish & chip shops in the UK. Here, they serve fried crisp, not chips. Batter of the fish, calamari and prawns were so disgusting and very very oilly. I felt like throwing out. I also ordered a salad, and it was nothing but one variety of leaves and raisins with little sauce. It is just waste of money and time paying for their dishes. You better go for any other fine dinning.

Best food we have had in a long time! loved the presentation and the meals were just as it was on the menu if not even better! great, friendly and lovely staff! can't wait to go back for a meal, really loved it 10/10!

Best 3 dishes we had OGF , highly recommend this fish and potato platter. The prices are somewhat high but satisfying. Atleast try one plate you won't regret it.

This is a good restaurant if you're dining in. But if you wanna take out, don't ask for it or pay. Tell them you wanna dine in, have them bring the food over and then ask them to pack it and pay. Because they really lower the quality/portions if it's take out. Really disappointed with that but apart from that it's good. This meal on the photo was 2000 ish and was NOT worth it. (photo was taken after eating half the fish fillet but not the rice so this is what they gave for 1990). This is why the restaurants here will always disappoint. No loyalty/consistency towards the customers.

I was craving fish and chips so decided to visit the MFM at One Galle Face. For a starter, we ordered Fried Calamari, which accompanied a spicy tomato sauce which I really liked. For mains, both of us ordered Dory, while I chose the Garlic Rice and my partner chose the hand cut chips, which is just like the crisps you get in packs. We ordered one Melon Breeze and one Gummy Bear for beverages. The bill came up to little over 7k, and quality of the food and general service was worth the bill. One difference we noticed from the other guests is because we chose fish and chips, our food was laid out on a parchment sheet rather than served on plates. Unique concept but no complaints!

Me and a Friend dropped by to have some drinks here and they were so good! The waiter movindu was super friendly and provided really good service. The decos were also nicely done and the santa hats on the waiters gave off a very festive vibe!!

I visited this place after my 5 year old daughter has asked to eat Seafood for the first time. Both my children (son 2 and daughter 5) enjoyed the food and the ambience is amazing. We ate grilled fish and grilled prawn with garlic rice. We are coming back tomorrow again for sure to try more varieties.
