Wide area. Good customer service so friendly and the staffs did there job perfectly. The pizza also good in taste and good in quality. They have large place for dine in and they have good condition washrooms. My favorite thing is the stuffed garlic bread 🥖😌

Worst customer service and worst taste I have ever experienced. The waitstaff was unhelpful, and the food was terrible. The dishes were bland and tasteless. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, as it was a complete waste of money and time.

Offers good service, my experience there was good. Speed of making pizza should be improved, because i had to wait ages for just 2 medium pizzas to get to the table. Cleanliness is commendable, the staff are friendly. Overall experience is good. Just one down side is, there are not enough space for parking.

Ordered a medium hot chilli chicken & spicy veg pizza . The chicken pizza had no chicken at all. Very small quantity of minced chicken was drizzled over, which looked nothing like the pictures they use to advertise. Please see the pictures I have attached. Can you even spot a chicken piece ? The pizzas tasted horrible. Raised a complaint over the phone and no prompt response. Really disappointed

Very poor service. They did not know what offers they were running and tried to fool the customer by offering wrong discount. Only after showing the mail only they agreed to give the advertised discount. They dont care about customer at all. They gave 3 pizza wedge shaped paper plates for 4 people. And only 2 tissue papers. It was a awfully wrong decision to go to this outlet. No wonder there were not much crowd. Dont go there.

The worst Dominos I have ever visited. Seriously I never knew Jubilant FoodWorks Limited had such a low standard in Sri Lanka ..! Terrible service and out of stock of lava cake which is fast moving..! 45 mins for and large pizza it’s horrible ..! Garlic bread that wasn’t as per as the SOP garlic powder was more than 20gm . I wonder how domino’s reached 50 outlets without any international standards. As unfriendly staff where they are busy eating and chatting with each other.. The worst part is serving pizza in a butter paper without any box. And oregano wasn’t available at the outlet..! This is very shame for an international brand which is owned by jubilant foodworks..! Even after rising a complaint I got a call from area manager he was lossen up.. As a Dominos fan I know how Pizza Hut it’s doing much better than Dominos on Sri Lanka.

I visited this outlet for dine-in last week and ordered a pepperoni pizza. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed with the quality. Just take a look at the picture - the pizza was saturated with oil, which was quite unappetizing. Moreover, the taste didn't meet the standards I've experienced at other outlets. I would like to suggest that as a franchise, quality checks should be conducted randomly to maintain consistency. If not, I'm quite certain that you will lose your customer base

There is no water bottle, No enough sauce it's happened to me two times and this time no even mozzarella cheese also.

Compared to other Domino's outlets, this particular location falls short in terms of quality. The staff members often seemed uninformed about the available offers during my visits. There is a significant need for improvement in terms of outlet hygiene especially with flies. The pizzas, however, were consistent with the quality typically found at other outlets.

Terrible customer service from the Kotahena branch. Customer complaint resolution process is severely lacking.

Excellent place to have a bite. Quite and calm place. Cleanness and neat arrangements are 100% wait time is bit high since they prepare the meal after billing it. However you get the meal "hot"

Don't know about other franchise but Kotahena Dominos : Visited on 16.07.2022. 3rd class service. Specially Counter Fellows with attitude. Not aware of product price. Responses are like, As in they pay for a customer and giving free. The food processing zone is worser than the Rotti Kade. Poor Hygiene. I often by from dominos. But tthis made me completely boycott and avoid the future purchase.

Pizza is tasty. But dine in is not good I think. Not caring Customers, 500ml water bottles only have, 500ml drinks bottles only have, they are not giving cups to drink water. Very bad dine in experience. And No ifthar arrangements. Please don't go here to ifthar times

Bad service is this the way i treat a customer if u cannot handle a customer with care close your restaurants no even a water bottle to buy and talk was like something we asked for free cardboard treaters
