Worst customer service experience i ever had. We ordered pizza and lava cake. But they didn't give lava cake until we finished the pizza. After that we asked them for the cake and they said the forgot the cake and we waited another the 15 mins for the cake. They didn't provide tissues for us.

Pizza was good. I got the srilankan spicy chicken with thin crust. But I think default cheese percentage is added is lower than they used add those days.

Love the ambience, the best pizza hut In Sri Lanka probably. Spacious, looks more like a restaurant and oh yeah don’t forget to ring the bell on your way out! Of course taste wise all pizza hut pizza tastes the same, here the atmosphere is different.

A quiet place to have dinner relax and enjoy a meal

Tried sausage roll & pizza bt its not more cheesy may be the reason we ate little late. Taste is normal. 1st time taste pizza here. Pizza hut located with children park its good point to spent an evening. Interior designs are superb

Place needs a renovation. Dirty walls. had to change the table due to untidiness. there were marks on table. service is also very poor. steward just left the cutleries on the table . There were water drops on water glasses. when queried the reply was they never wipe the glasses so far. I suggest you choose some other place to taste pizzas.

The first Pizza Hut outlet in Sri Lanka impresses with superb service from its attentive team. The food is served hot and bursting with flavor, complemented by a calming and spotlessly clean atmosphere. Families will appreciate the dedicated kids' playing area. While prices may be a bit higher, the overall experience justifies the cost. Highly recommended for a satisfying dining outing.

Came here with my brother to taste their new addition MELTS. but really it not tasty as social media influencers informed. Just anothe average product from Pizza hut about it taste okay and you can enjoy all bites. Waiting time was too high. You need to wait untill some waiters to come and get your order and you need to wait to get your order to the table and you need to fait for the waiter to get the total amount and you need to wait for the payment confirmation and receipt.

February 14 2021 18:28 The service person was not ready listen. He was so hurry. And my plate was chipped. I ordered 2 classic personal pan pizzas, they said usually they take 15 minutes but I've been waiting for more than 45mins. I'm very disappointed about today. It ruined my whole hunger. I received only one pizza. The other pizza they served me after 15mins. Please look after this and do the needful.

To be honest, I love Pizza hut compared to any other brand in the same category of food. But their issue is same as the others… Consistency is never there, there are days when their pizzas are good but I have to make it a point to tell them this. But it gets frustrating to do it all the time. The social media campaigns and pictures are what the usual pizzas should look like, given the price of the pizzas. But however, it never is. The cheese is also not enough at times and the stuffing is not that great. Lets rate now….My usual orders are the following and I am going to rate the dishes next to each one. Hot butter cuttlefish pizza: Flavor is 8/10 Stuffing & quality is 4/10 Chicken Hawaiian Pizza Flavor is 87/10 Stuffing & quality is 2/10 I have literally counter.. on a personal pan pizza there are 4 cubes of pineapples…. JUST 4 On a large there are close to 15… which is nothing for a pizza that people want pineapple on 😊 Hot and spicy pizza Flavor is 9/10 Stuffing & quality is 5/10 (If anyone remembers the outlet that served slices at Liberty plaza and cresecat.. you know that this is not the same any more… Come on guys… stand out and keep up to your reputation. Cheese lovers Flavor is 7/10 Stuffing & quality is 4/10 Chicken Lovers Flavor is 8/10 Stuffing & quality is 7/10 This was the first time I ordered it and given the number of toppings it came well… Double chicken and cheese Flavor is 8/10 Stuffing & quality is 8/10 The only one that stood out… Now no longer available on the menu…. ☹ The marketing team needs to work on the discount voucher if the survey is done. You make it impossible to do it to get the 20 % discount and when we do complete it we are to retain the old bill till the next time we order… send an SMS or something guys come on. Overall Pizza hut can be the best of the best.. However unless a proper survey is done and the feedback is listened to and the steps are taken to maintain good stuffing and consistency you are going to loose clients. Look forward to hearing back from pizza hut on this for any further concerns.

Great taste. Customer service is good but not as good as other outlets. Took sometime to place the order. They struggled when I tried to redeem 20% offer. Very crispy crust. Ok car parking space. Plenty of tables available. Recommended.

Pizza Hut has some of the best pizzas specially Tandoori chicken pizza and Hawaiian chicken pizza was awesome and they have large varieties of pizza. What i like about pizza hut is the service you get its top notch, people working here are friendly and the service is fast that is why pizza hut is the go to place for pizzas. Inside the atmosphere and the ambiance is really good, the design of the seating layout is really good. Overall a highly recommend place to go and enjoy some of mouth watering pizzas.

All attending Waiters couldn't understand and wouldn't take orders in English. Polite enough. Very sparse topping with minimal cheese for the pizza. Over cooked as well. When compared to the other branches near majestic city and locations outside Colombo the quality was poor. The ambience was pleasant with good background music and good cleanlinesss in dine in location.

A very good place to visit with friends. The service of the staff is very mind-blowing. A place filled with good vibes and memories.

Had a great experience here. The only complaint is the washrooms. They are far away from the restaurant. Other than that food, staff and everything is great.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Pizza Hut Union Place, and overall, it was a good experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, and the food tasted delicious. However, I feel that the dining experience could have been even better if the staff were a bit more polite. While they were efficient in serving the food, their demeanor lacked warmth and friendliness. It would have been nice to receive a warm welcome and feel more appreciated as a customer. Despite this minor setback, Pizza Hut Union Place still offers a good dining experience, especially for pizza lovers. The quality of their food and the pleasant environment make it worth visiting. If the staff could improve their customer service skills, I believe this place would be even more enjoyable for diners.

Tried triple chicken feast and it was yummy .....the staff was friendly..

Visited this outlet after a very long time. Food quality was good. Felt the outlet was bit understaffed. For a Thursday night it was busy and crowded.

A beautiful and big Outlet in Union place. All the staff are going there best. Usually it is a little bit crowded at lunch and dinner time.

Tasty pizza served clean and warm. Usual pandemic-times-hand-wash was provided at entrance. Friendly service and quick-serving of the food. Ample space with plenty of room for couples and families. Can actually be called a top-notch pizzahut branch of the lot.

Very poor method of giving discounts, making things complecated and not willing to give away the discount as promise. We got 20% but when we walked in union place to get the offer its a terrible experience because i have go through the web with my MSQ which makes life hard. Very simple when you give out the offer let them use rather waiting at you counter for while to get that.

The staff was very nice. It was nicely decorated for Christmas and the place was very clean. The pizza was hot and fresh.

Our overall experience was very bad. We had to stay more than an hour to get our drink, appetizer and d main meal(all three food items were served after one hour). The pizza was not that warm and the person who took our order didn't even care to provide cutlery. We also ordered a lava cake for dessert and the person who brought the food asked if it's ok to bring the cake when serving the appetizer, drink and d main meal as there is a chance to miss the order. We refused as this is not how lava cake should be eaten and we requested it to be served once we are done with the main meal. Also if they can't handle the orders then we should have been informed at first so that we would have left the place without ordering in the first place. After finishing the main meal we had to wait almost 1hr to get the dessert. For all these inconveniences they never cared to even apologize properly. We actually came to this place after 6 years while we were visiting Sri Lanka as we loved this place back then. But with the recent experience we decided that was not a good choice. Have to highlight the food was good.

This place was really awesome. As soon as you enter you are greeted by staff members who welcome you to have a seat and come for your orders. We had personal pan pizzas. Now it did take time for them to notice us and to take our orders but they eventually did. Bringing food to our table wasn't fast either. They said 15mins but it took more like 45 and they were not much crowded. Pizza was best in class However. Better than any other pizza hut. Very soft, yet crunchy crust. Overall really enjoyed the experience. The wait didn't seem too long due to presence of my friends. Had a lot of fun Also as a bonus. There is a bell to ring on exit if you had fun!

Nice place. Friendly service. Tasty food. When i enters the pizza hut the welcomed me with a nice smile and took me to a table. The order which i placed was served quickly. Recommend this place to have your pizza.

Quick service and good value for money.

The pizza at Union place is truly remarkable. Has a good play area, so a good place to host kids' bday parties, has a private area next to play ground as well. Ample parking spaces available. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Went there to have a personal pizza and a lasagna. Both were served hot and tastier than other pizza hut branches I must say. Super delicious food and Very friendly staff.

After a long time, we visited this Outlet to have a different Experience. Went with family to Celebrate our anniversary. It was very nice and enjoyed ourselves. I was surprised that all the staffs are Ladies on that day and they took care of our Kids and us very well. Thanks Pizza hut - Union Place.

Most poorest experience ever at a Pizza Hut. I have visited almost all the locations. But this visit was terrible. They served food and our drinks never came until after reminding more than once. by the time we got drinks the food was gone. We ordered additional foods while eating and two different guys came and asked if we ordered additional foods. It happened more than once. Very poor service . A huge black spot for Pizza Giants name. I must say they made me very upset. Generally I like giving people 5 stars and appreciate locations even with small mistakes here and there. But here it was a total disaster.

The staff was great as well as the atmosphere..however the pizza toppings can be improved and the crust is a bit thick and oily when compared to other restaurants. But the food was delicious..

I visited for quick dining..but they took mor than 45 minutes to give my food Oder for dining.. and also there was to much noisy not recommended this outlet for dining..but I don't no about take away or delivery...?

The atmosphere are very quiet. Food and service are still top notch. If you are going to spend some time, this is a very suitable place nearby. I went on a rainy day, sitting near a glass near the road. That feeling is amazing. The music from inside and the silence, the mist clinging to the glass created a different vibe. It was an unforgettable moment with that delicious and hot pizza.
