Awesome little hotel in the middle of Colombo. The breakfast is simple but delicious. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms where clean and the bathrooms were nice. Our room had air-conditioning. Definitely would recommend for anyone wanting relatively cheap accommodation in the middle of the city. It's walking distance to house of fashion (which I wouldn't bother going to if you have big shopping malls in your home city.)

This place is awesome! The rooms are amazing, very comfortable beds and all very clean and cozy. A nice bathroom with a proper shower (hot water even!) and there is a fridge, tv, a/c and a fan. Its located in a small street in a quiet area so its very peaceful here. The people from the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, they set us up with all the good drivers we needed and gave us very good information for where we could find everything. We arrived hours before the check-in time but they let us in our room so that was great too! I would definitely come back here if i visit Colombo again. The hotel is very well located in the city too so can get everywhere very easily from here. The breakfast was very nice as well. Really well recommended to anyone, also very childfriendly! 10/10 so thanks a lot :)

For basically the same price as a small room in a cookie-cutter hostel in town, you get basically a boutique hotel experience. Lovely and clean, well-appointed facilities with a huge room. Breakfast was very good ... and all just far enough from the city center to offer a breather. They even gave us a local cellphone while we were there so that we could make local calls. This place is a gem.

Superb hospitality in the city of Colombo. 'Anugaa in the city' made sure that my friends from Denmark felt at home from the moment they checked in, having made sure that their stay in Sri Lanka was a happy and memorable one. From efficiently meeting meal specifications, to arranging transport to and from the city and providing the best value for money, Anugaa was able to 'wow' my guests with their impeccable hospitality. Central location and comfortable lodging facility. Highly recommended.

Absolute lifesaver. Manager was super helpful when I got bad throat inflammation, took us to the doctors to get antibiotics even late at night. The place's decor is modern with hints of Sri Lankan inspired furnishings, court yard is designed with alfresco living in mind. Clean and neat facilities, fast WiFi, solid breakfast. Overall quiet and home-like atmosphere; the caring staff is the icing on the cake. Definitely will stay again.

Amazing place would highly recommend and definitely stay here everytime I visit Colombo. Found the location to be quite central along with an Amazing breakfast and awesome service. The rooms were very spacious, clean and well equipped. Highly recommend.

More personalized than you can expect from a 5-star. Anuradha is absolutely spectacular as the host - the property is quite unique, built and maintained with love. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was warm, literally and figuratively.

Beautiful place! Very tastefully and carefully planned interiors. Warm, caring and sweet host. Sharath plays an excellent front desk and an all round manager! Yumm and healthy breakfast! You can be ensured to feel at home here at Anugaa! Kudos to Anuradha!
