Ugly house, not easy to find. Check in is very flexible - compliment. But the already booked and confirmed room was not reserved in their system. I had a room, very dirty, cheaply furnished, no soap, no toilet paper even when i asked for. The wifi is not working most of time. Loud at night. No drinking water available. The hood is ugly, poorly connected and not good shopping facilities.

Owner is a chinese person and it's near to colombo city. This place you will have your own space and freedom to go out and come back in anytime. But it was hard to communicate because owner is not staying there. A young boy is there and he still new. But rooms are A/c and have wifi. And this place is next to a ATM. From this hotel to colombo fort cost around 250~300 rupees by tuk. I prefer pickme or something for you. But this place is so silent and nice. Not bad.

Very nice and friendly place for a stay. Room boy Christhopher is so helpful to all. More we gained and less we paid. Thanks for the hospitality.

Don't book the hotel by looking at the photos. Washrooms are very dirty. Does not look like they change bedsheets and pillow cases after guests. Not recommended for anyone

Average place ideal for short stays. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The service is quite good as well. Services such as laundry are not available here but for this price point you can't complain. Very affordable and economical option to stay. The location is ideal and quite central which is also a good thing. Parking, etc is not a problem as well. Definitely recommending this as a place for short stays.

I booked a one night room. But they told the checking time was 18.00. But i check in hour ago about 17.00. Early checking charges was 800.00 rupees. I disappointed but i got the room. And the check out time was 08.00 but i checked out 9.00. So they charged me Rs.1000 extra again. This was my first experience like this kind of charging. I think manager took that out of the books. Worst experience. Normally one night means at least 20 hours. They trick you with low rates but even for a minute late they charge extra.
