Nice place which has fallen prey to poor management/maintenance. The room was good value for money. The bath room was horrible! Our bathroom had no latch! ...no tissue rolls, the window in the bathroom was clear glass for someone standing on the above floor to peep inside and worst of all the drain was so badly clogged with hair that water refused to go down and you were left wading in disgusting water. I showed it to the housekeeper who seemed really stupid and lazy. However, he came up and after alot of excuses and cleant the drain. he tried convincing me that the missing latch was ''by design'' according to the lazy guy untill i showed him that it was broken and wasn't by design to be just a swinging door with no latch! The tv in the room had just one chinese channel.. a few other amenities mentioned on airbnb while booking were not there either. The room could be value for money but really needs to hv some good maintenance or it may get worse

Great Value for money for a stay or stopover in Colombo. Friendly staff and even though you are close to the city center its very calm. We will come back.

Reasonable price and good service. They got a shared kitchen also. The maintainer was a young boy with less experience. If he trains well he could manage clients nicely. You cannot expect a comfort in those rooms. But this is a better place for their pricing in Colombo.

My son, daughter and wife stayed there and there was dust and ants everywhere they moved out with in 16 hours and didn't even get a refund for 7 days payment. It is literally someone's house. It is no Villa

Nothing same as in description. Room is so bad. You wont feel safe there. And they are selling water bottle for double the originals price. When we asked about over price for water, he said it’s like that all over in srilanka. You wont get a complimentary water bottle. No toiletries. You have to ask for towel. Pathetic experience.
