Having observed a lot of Cafes, the first thing I try to notice is the ingredients. Do they really care about the customers health? At Barista the answer was "No" they don't care. First and foremost they do not use butter in their sandwich they use margarine, which has been proved to be an extremely harmful replacement for butter, but then why would Barista care? The place where the sandwich was made was storming with flies, and from the looks of it the staff was quite used to the same. The sandwich was not well made as the ingredients kept falling off it. Neither was it tasty. Therefore to sum it up. Coffee may be ok but the rest of hygiene and health does matter. I would avoid this place.

I'm a massive fan of barista and its coffee. This place is nice but a bit smaller. The staff was friendly, and overall they provided excellent service.

I tried the café mocha. It was decent. I couldn't taste any chocolate flavor. When they called the cake "death by chocolate" they freaking meant it 😂. I had a hard time finishing it. It costs an extra 220 to get cheese with your sandwich. It's not worth it. The sandwich is perfectly fine without cheese. It's not that busy in the morning so I loved the vibe. I stayed there for like 3-4 hours and got some work done.

A quiet little place which has seating for about 10 people. Visited on a monday evening and the place was not crowded. Had cafe mochas and chocolate muffins and three four bites of the muffins had us full. Friendly staff. 5/5

I’ve been a customer of barista for the past 17 years and love their service and food continuously. I tried out their Staple street outlet and want to commend their wonderful service. They were very welcoming and felt like they put their heart and soul into serving the customers which really did the magic. We ordered Swiss chocolate shake chocolate croissant Tuna sandwich and a cappuccino. All of it was really good however suggest to make the croissants a bit softer. Would really recommend this outlet if you need a mini coffee fix after a hectic day’s work. Kudos to the lovely committed staff at the outlet.

Highly recommended for coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even to work! It is really nice to say Barista is one of my favorite places for me. Literary out of all the outlets I have visited, the best outlet indeed is the Staple Street Outlet. I have been visiting the outlet regularly and despite of minimum parking facility given. (if you know you know the hazzle, Please look into this - kind request to the management of Barista) Anyhow, the staff, including the manager, senior and junior hospitality members, and trainees, are super friendly, and as I have noticed and seen, they have always given their best to satisfy customers. Food preparations are really good and quick, and the services are highly appreciated even in the busiest time of the day, such as early mornings. Since the place is not that big, you might think this is not the best place for office work stuff, but I have to say it is not that difficult with the staff and the service given always. Early mornings, Day time, Evenings, nor Nights, these guys never let us or the barista chain down.

The place is not that big. If you're planning to do some work/attend calls there, it can be difficult since there's only 3 or 4 tables and they are very close to each other. It's inside Lakarcade and has an overall nice vibe.

I've been here a couple of times, and I've absolutely loved it. Their coffee and drinks are amazing, but the highlight is their CHEESECAKE! They have a SUPER amazing blueberry cheesecake which I just LOVEEEEED! You know how when normal places sell "cheesecake" it just tastes so buttery and oily?? Well, this one was PURE CREAM CHEESE! I absolutely loved it. Bought 2 and bought more to bring home! The place itself is also pretty cozy. I wouldn't recommend if it you have a large group of friends because it's not the MOST spacious, but if its a date or just two or three of you, PERFECT! Super nice vibe, with chill music and all. 5/5! Thank you so much for the experience! (Oh and they have sockets to charge your phone/laptop, so that's a major PLUS!)

Entire staff at this outlet excellent custom care, they know how to great & treat customers. Very clean place, staff maintain very high level of hygiene too. This place have a separate smoking area, very clean. All in all deefinetly worth a visit.

Place is cool with the vibe it gets in from the antiques store thereby. The customer service was great and they were cheerful at the moment in serving all. The food was tasty tbh and you should also try out their yummy cheesecake!

I was a bit sceptical at first seeing the outlet in a Handicrafts Store but it is secluded, cool and clean. Sitting behind the glass enclosure overlooking the store is actually a good feel. Ordered and received a well grilled cheese and tomato sandwich that could have been more cheesier but it was well compensated with fresh brown bread and a tall Nutella Shake. A great start to the morning. Staff are couteous and greet you with a morning salutation, big smile and stupendous service! Would not hesitate to do this again! Thank you.

Lovely little place with great coffee! Real coffee used using coffee beans which makes taste even better. Staff are so friendly and nice. Sandwiches and cakes are also very tasty. Worthwhile to visit if you are after a tasty coffee and sandwich!
