Called
them
on
them
on
a
Thursday
and
asked
if
I
can
bring
my
laptop
in
for
a
service
and
cleanup,
a
person
named
Irshad
or
Irfan
answered
and
said
it
would
take
1
day
and
if
I
give
it
on
Friday
they
will
have
it
ready
by
Saturday.
Went
to
Redline
at
around
noon
on
Friday
the
guys
at
the
technical
section
said
that
it
would
take
3
days
to
service
and
clean
and
after
that
they
said
they
cannot
take
the
laptop
for
service
and
cleanup
because
they
are
to
busy
with
other
orders
and
jobs.
They
asked
me
to
call
next
Tuesday
and
check
before
coming
to
make
sure
that
they
are
not
too
busy
to
take
my
laptop.
I
don't
understand
how
this
company
can
charge
a
premium
price
for
their
goods/
services
and
have
the
customer
do
all
the
work,
very
poor
after
sales
service.
I
only
wanted
the
inside
of
my
laptop
cleaned
no
repairs
or
fixing.
I
can
only
imagine
what
its
like
for
people
who
have
to
get
repairs
done.
