totally unprofessional service on warranty items. very delay, late reply…. takes more than 3 months and gives the worst solution. i have experienced the worst service solutions here for 3 times. i do not recommend buying here after experiencing. i should have tried other places like nanotech/chama computers.

Been building my PC's with them for quite sometime and it's good to see that they are actively trying to improve on their already great service standards. Wish it was more like the MC store which had a more 'go check it out and buy' kinda vibe but I think that's coming along with the new shop remodel? The website however needs an overhaul as currently it's somewhat clunky/outdated

There are plenty of choices in Colombo if you want to get a PC assembled. If you are ready to spend, there are people ready to sell. But what makes Redline Technologies different from all of them? For 3 Months there has no response for my warranty claiment for my Power supply unit as due to recent Shipment issues by Corona but i was little upset about it but it wasn't redline tech's fault, but yesterday i mailed them regarding the issue and they sent me a brand new Antec EAG PRO 750W Modular PSU worth 24,000 RS But the item i sent for claiment was 650W worthing just 12,000 RS. The temps are managed extremely well and the build quality is far ahead of the price range. Bad experience from redline technologies, got a 4gb ram with lifetime warranty, but they said they can't claim it under warranty... (but at the same time got two rams with lifetime warranty from nanotech. nanotech claimed warranty and gave me two brand new rams)

I bought my Laptop about two years ago and It was worth the price and It worked well without any issues. Their recommendations and service was awesome and friendly. Recently I had to fix my laptop and it took about 1 month. While that period I was kind of dissatisfied with the service. They told me they don't need charger when I gave my laptop the first time and after a month they called me and told me they need my charger. That is very inconvenient. I had to come to the service center just to give my charger and had to come again after they fix it.

Rather than trying to make a quick sale and earn a buck, they discussed with us and proposed the best configuration for our needs which ended up with costing less money than we anticipated. They are super respectful and resourceful in the subject area than the average sales persons that you will find in most Sri Lankan shops.

Bought my laptop GF63 thin from Redline 2 years ago. Called them on them on a Thursday and asked if I can bring my laptop in for a service and cleanup, a person named Irshad or Irfan answered and said it would take 1 day and if I give it on Friday they will have it ready by Saturday. Went to Redline at around noon on Friday the guys at the technical section said that it would take 3 days to service and clean and after that they said they cannot take the laptop for service and cleanup because they are to busy with other orders and jobs. They asked me to call next Tuesday and check before coming to make sure that they are not too busy to take my laptop. I don't understand how this company can charge a premium price for their goods/ services and have the customer do all the work, very poor after sales service. I only wanted the inside of my laptop cleaned no repairs or fixing. I can only imagine what its like for people who have to get repairs done.

I have replaced both the hard and the battery of the asus laptop I bought from there. I have spent almost Rs. 30,000 so far. I don't know what else needs to be repaired. I noticed that the laptop is slow since the day I bought it. The seller didn't even let me check it. The lap is not right here.

Pleasantly surprised at how good their after sales service is. I had my mother board AND power supply both replaced within warranty (on two different occasions) for no charge. I'm a bit curious about why these parts seem to fail so frequently. The technicians at redline say it's because of the poor quality power supply in Sri Lanka.

Very poor customer service. Very disappointed about your service center working people's. Because they think we should claim our services their free time. This is not a first time. They wasted my 2 weeks for change the charging adapter fuse. Not recommended this company. Very Bad. Thank you
